161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin to invest excluding ETH on: October 31, 2019, 03:27:10 PM
if you want to invest in altcoins under 1 $ with the latest coins in the market try to invest in coin Gomics (gom), mogu (mogx) therapy is up to you as to where you choose the coin that you like to invest.
Are there any particular reasons you recommend this project? If I may know what are the advantages of the project compared to others? and what really makes them different so you're interested in both projects?
162  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin cross $50,000 by Dec 2020? on: October 31, 2019, 01:03:20 PM
Do you really think that can happen? I don't think so. If we speculate that Bitcoin will touch at the price of $15k- $25k it might be possible, but for $50k I think it's rather difficult. We need regulatory support and implementation from major big companies to make it bounce very high instead of many good altcoins around us. Cause based on the facts, only a few altcoins have good quality.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency? on: October 31, 2019, 10:49:30 AM
It might be a bit difficult to say that they really go according to the roadmap because there is no guarantee that in the future they will actually realize it or not. And I don't think the product guarantees that what they're doing is good. Let's think about this, what if they create a product that still fails and is very imperfect but still launches in a hurry? Can this guarantee the future of your assets? I don't think at all, we need to research and learn more about what they really do more than this.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your advice! on: October 31, 2019, 09:56:05 AM
The important point you need to know is that you have to understand what kind of project you are investing in. That's enough, if you feel they have potential and always provide innovative ideas and the best solutions for users, why not? You should really know what is profitable for you or not, but don't let you enter into the project with a ponzi scheme in it. Don't always listen to what people say, because they have their opinions. You must struggle to research and satisfy yourself with your research.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 31, 2019, 07:20:35 AM
If you want a simple task then you can try to join Airdrop, Bounties, or Faucets or if you have experience and expertise in managing data or communities, you can create Bounty and Community Management services on the Services Board here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0. And the last option if you have your own community, you can try participating in the Referral Campaign. But don't expect too much to get paid a lot from the Bounty Campaign cause most of them can only pay using their tokens which still don't have value.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 20,000 USD by the year end. on: October 31, 2019, 03:20:12 AM
Looks like you are very optimistic about it, that's good for long-term vision. But I don't easily believe with such reasons for short-term vision. I think there are several other factors that need to be considered and need to be seen periodically. It's easy for them to manipulate good news to raise public enthusiasm, but we don't know what other news will happen after a day, a week, or even a month after that. The crypto world is too much manipulation, so we need to stay prepared with the risks we have so we don't lose a lot of assets.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are u buying alts? on: October 30, 2019, 05:29:25 PM
Not all of them are under the guise of fraud. In my opinion, there are still those who are really serious about creating a solution and a real product for us. And until now I still buy some famous altcoins like EOS, ETH, Qtum and so on. I prioritize those who have the top 30 ranking based on the CCID’s Global Public Blockchain Technology Assessment Index. This index is very helpful in assessing each project based on the Tech-Base, Applicability and Creativity they have.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WirelessRacer Official Announcement Thread on: October 30, 2019, 04:16:37 PM
Hello, can you explain it in more detail about what blockchain technology you are using and what are the benefits of applying blockchain technology to your project? I also still haven't gotten the main points of the objectives of this project. Thank you!
169  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Phising Exodus, Electrum, Bitcoin core,Litecoin Website on: October 30, 2019, 03:51:55 PM
Maybe I want to give some advice to you if you find a site like that, we can report it via Google or Yahoo.

The steps to report it through Google are very easy:
Step 1: Go to page: https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_badware/

Step 2: Write the URL that is suspected as fake or scam website

Step 3: You can write additional details about the website and explain it in the space provided

Step 4: Click "submit report" and Google will investigate it.

Steps to report via Yahoo you can see it by visiting this link: https://safety.yahoo.com/MY/Security/REPORTING-SECURITY-ISSUES-MY.html
170  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Phising Exodus, Electrum, Bitcoin core,Litecoin Website on: October 30, 2019, 12:33:24 PM
<…> If the fake website directs the download link to the electrum original site, what benefits can he get from this? Do you think that the crime he committed hasn't been perfect? I think that he can now use the original link and in the future the link can turn into a program that he has inserted a virus in?
The download links do not point to the original proper files (at least not now). Both download options (windows and Mac OS) point to the same file, which is already detected as a phishing file:

If the fake website from Exodus I can clearly see they put phishing on the program, but have you seen the fake website from Electrum? The link to download the file provided is exactly the same as the one on the original Electrum website: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/ba31287b8adf984730d6ff37f414e165d61dac7f3cb226b967d48262931fab48/detection
171  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Phising Exodus, Electrum, Bitcoin core,Litecoin Website on: October 30, 2019, 11:44:46 AM
Well, this is what makes me wonder. If the fake website directs the download link to the electrum original site, what benefits can he get from this? Do you think that the crime he committed hasn't been perfect? I think that he can now use the original link and in the future the link can turn into a program that he has inserted a virus in?
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32 ETH for staking?! on: October 30, 2019, 09:50:48 AM
I am sure that if we need 32 ETH for a stake, then pools will surely appear. They will help those who do not have enough money, but who want to take part in the PoS on Ethereum.
I myself would be happy to use the services of such a pool.
Well, you are right. If 32 ETH is the minimum capital to do staking for 1 person, then I think not everyone can enjoy it because the funds needed are very large to start. I'm sure someone will provide something like this (pools) later. But the reason behind this may be that the developer wants to increase new demands that make ETH prices higher quickly.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Ankh - Exploring Value Resonance on: October 30, 2019, 04:56:11 AM
Hi, by holding the airdrop as above does that mean Credits (CRDS) and Sequence (SEQ) are your partners? I want to learn more about this project, do you have a whitepaper to share and your future plans in the form of a roadmap? I don't see some important links in this thread, I hope you can add it too soon.

Hello barnes13, there is a common history with both Credits and Sequence, both projects remain as contacts. There is no curremt white paper, for now we are content to make sure that the wallets have a similar appearance, function as intended. We would like to keep them up to date and perhaps port over certain functions from one to the other. In the future we might add specific Fluid parameters to better accommodate changing market conditions. Of course secondary projects like Desktop wallets or Mobile wallets could be initiated.

Small steps Wink
Thank you for your reply! I understand you are in the stage of developing this project, but I don't understand your purpose in making this project. That's why I ask you to make it in the form of a whitepaper so that I can really understand what you are doing right now and how good the utility of your coins is. And I think it's better if you make a roadmap to give us a clear estimate, keep away from using the word "soon" because it can reduce our interest. Those are some advice that I can give to you, hopefully you can understand.

Footer Credit Restored to Soratemplates.. See screenshot below. Will appreciate feedback from anyone if they still have the redirection problem.

Thank you for your awareness with that. I hope you don't repeat it again in the future. Before you want to be appreciated by other people you must respect others first. This is a common ethic in society. Goodluck with your project by the way, you have an innovative concept. Just need improvisation and prove your seriousness in building this project.

176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MYFIE - Monetize Your Selfie on: October 29, 2019, 12:58:09 PM
This happened because @OP removed credit from the template. I see, their website uses a free template that must include credit on footer. The following is a web archive for this project.
Domain name: Myfie.io - Archives
I think so, but what do you think about this? Is this the right thing to do? If they choose a free template they should respect what they use, removing credit from the template maker is a bad and un commendable action.

barnes13, I am not able to get the link which redirects to soratemplates.. Can you post the link which you clicked please?
I clicked on the website you provided in this thread and I don't know why on my computer it directs to the soratemplates website.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MYFIE - Monetize Your Selfie on: October 29, 2019, 11:58:57 AM
Hi, is there a problem with your website?
When I visited this link http://www.myfie.io/ it was redirected to the following link https://www.soratemplates.com/
I don't think that is very relevant to your project.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to go crazy again once Bitcoin reaches 20k? on: October 29, 2019, 11:39:42 AM
Yep, I see a good correlation there. If Bitcoin touches all-time high and goes above $20k it means that the public's enthusiasm is high, when many of them are new and welcome this technology, then they will also see the potential that can be produced by other cryptocurrency and eventually they will realize that Bitcoin not the only one there. But there are lots of coins/tokens that have different uses. I think this is one of the causes of the hype of altcoin.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for 2020? on: October 29, 2019, 09:19:53 AM
Because a few days ago Crypto world was shocked by the good news from President Xi who gave the green light to trade bitcoin and cryptocurrency in China. So, to see the top rankings I think you need to see this article https://news.bitcoin.com/china-ranks-35-crypto-projects-as-president-xi-pushes-blockchain/ In that article you can see the best order that has been made based on the CCID Global Public Blockchain Technology Assessment Index. From that, we can conclude that EOS has a very high potential in 2020.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: October 29, 2019, 08:22:07 AM
I now when I get my bounty payment I no longer trust holding it. because so many losses are obtained later on. what we expect when holding is an advantage but it is precisely the loss that is obtained when we hold the token bounty results. trust has already decreased for hold tokens

In 2017, holding bounty tokens is really worth it because almost altcoin has risen and almost every new altcoins/token have many new investors.
But token from bounty nowadays once it get a big drop, they won't recover because investors are finding the next new ICO token because they knew they will be a new project every week or month
I think the best decision you can make is depending on the prospects and potential you see about the project, if the project has good development and a lot of funds and is likely to be able to buy back their tokens after listing, then I think you should wait for the right time and not sell it when they are trying to raise the price of their tokens on the market. However, if you are following a project that has very poor development in their project, then holding their tokens for a long time is not the right choice.
