Vialectrum offline for everyone?

I imported my paper wallet, didn't think it would affect anything, hopefully it doesn't.
The address stayed the same.
My paper wallet will stay a paper wallet. I'm a HODL on this coin. I have two different wallets, going to transfer them into 1 paper wallet to hodl and add more from bittrex  |

Guys, in the mac wallet password section- why would it insist my password is wrong when I didn't enter one yet?
Anyone else confused about it? because it says Password below it it says new and re-enter. insisting I already entered one. I have no idea. Is this an address you imported or a new one? |

Oh wait, I unticked 32bit... now its just not loading- the icon keeps bouncing :S

interesting... why does it only open up through the terminal? You mounted the .dmg then dragged vialectrum to Application folder, then right clicked vialectrum and go to get info then unticked "open in 32 bit mode" and then opened the app? |

Anyone know if the mac wallet is running fine now? Also, how do I import the private key into it?
ive read that there might be a mac wallet bug. i expect the DEV will provide additional info on that in the near future. not a bug. Right click on it -> get info > untick 32 bit -> fixed. Thaaaank You!  |

The massive BTC investments are probably the dev...by simply taking his own BTC and sending it to HIS OWN "presale" BTC addresses - VOILA - he now owns 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, of the overall presale viacoins by simply exchanging BTC between 2 OF HIS OWN ADDRESSES.
This presale format MASQUERADES as "fair and open", but it's the dev (and his cronies?) who are in a position to really game the system and do some illegal/unethical things.
The more I think about it, the more pissed I get - this is NOTHING MORE THAN A PREMINE with a different name/scheme...btcdrak could have easily boughten more than 50% of the presale viacoins with ZERO RISK whatsoever!
Also, in the entire next 12 months, there will only be about 6.5M viacoins mined anyways, so if the dev "bought" (i.e. sent BTC from his left hand to his right hand) 50% of the presale viacoins, he essentially "premined" 30% of viacoin on a 1 year time frame!
no wonder why btcdrak acted so rude and guilty in the IRC chats - he's probably too busy sending BTC to his presale and felt guilty about it!

We will all just have to wait and see how the coin develops. You never make anything substantial in life without taking a risk and to me this seems like less risk than 99% of other new coins. |

Well done on your pre-sale BTCdrak!
Fwiw, I know the person behind the 75BTC transaction. I can assure you two things about him:
a.) He's a long term holder and to date I've never seen him make an investment for a quick exit.
b.) He's a great guy who often takes an active role in working with core devs to further the coins he's involved with and a great addition to the community.
I'm actually very happy he's on board, regardless of how it may affect price or distribution.
If true this is great news for everyone If you are close enough, any chance to get him to take a screen cap of the address of the bitcoin wallet he sent to the ipo from? Would bring big faith to the coin. |

New Coins always looking very promissing and moving the World forward... Thatīs why i do not invest and prefer to shake weak hands lol Im hoping I can do both, theres always going to be weak hands between release dates. Weak hands made me some nice money in darkcoin. This coin looks just as promising, contender for top 3 if dev(and team) delivers. |

Sorry guys I got out (100,000), made a good profit but moving to a different coin that just passed cso on my predictions list. Good luck to you all. I'll be back to bet on some games tho edit - only reason to post this is that I believe cso will be a great coin and will rise, I still hold a small amount |

I've had enough trying to clarify the original terms. I am preparing to close the presale without further notice. There are some steps I need to take to make this happen in the next ~20 mins.

If you really want this presale closed please tweet to @viacoin your opinions. If there is a clear decision to close I will close it, but please understand there have been quite a few people who bought BTC from Coinbase and ti takes a few days to complete the transaction to get their BTC.
Didn't you just announce it closes at 22:15 UTC today? Yes and if he announces that it will be closed sooner than then, everyone has had enough time. Originally it was set to close at a random time. Consider yourselves lucky its still open. |
