161  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens next if Bitcoin drops to zero? on: July 08, 2023, 09:11:30 AM
Bitcoin already has many holders, from retail to companies, so if we think that bitcoin will go to zero, of course that's an unreasonable thought.
Bitcoin has been in this world for more than 10 years, and until now the price of Bitcoin has gone up millions of percent,
that is an extraordinary number for bitcoin, and I can even say Bitcoin is the No. 1 asset that does have extraordinary price developments.

That's right, It is highly unlikely that, if that were to happen, the repercussions of the widespread loss of confidence in cryptocurrencies and the ensuing market chaos would be significant. What needs to be done if there is a correction like a while ago is to stay calm and don't panic when the price drops like you said.

Why I agree it is nonsense , Historically, the price of Bitcoin has shown resilience and recovered from the downturns, leading to renewed demand. The wisest is to take advantage of this opportunity by buying Bitcoin at a lower price and be patient for potential future profits.
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: July 08, 2023, 09:00:40 AM
Imagine a friend investment $2000 but what is currently left in his wallet is $400, and the deep is still bearing down the nuds.

Well, what makes your friend lose the investment value estimate to $ 400 because they don't really understand how the market works. if he understands I'm sure there is no fear of a decrease in the investment value of the $ 2000 he entered first due to temporary corrections and news. The name is also the market for fluctuating prices up and down, it is very normal and will also return to the first price your friend entered.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think on: July 03, 2023, 09:13:09 AM
I fellas I have two questions to ask crypto experts and investors in this forum today

1. Is this a good time to build crypto portfolio?
2. Do you really think that bear market will be a dipping as 2018?

Now that crypto is gaining more investors day by day and crypto adoption is increasing massively I don't think that the next bear market will be crazily low like 2018/2019, what do you think?

I'm trying to answer question number 1. Is this a good time to build a crypto portfolio? If you yourself, of course, you must answer with the answer "yes" just like me too. I think this question is very general and simple, but it's not that simple if we don't have extra funds to buy it. Of course. No one who already knows the crypto world wants to be a spectator when BTC will exceed its ATH to $ 70K but, what can you do there is a limit to the ability of each individual and means they cannot afford to buy but there are other needs that need to be prioritized.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop stressing kids with bitcoin on: July 03, 2023, 09:05:49 AM
For many people Bitcoin = money. They only see easy money in Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Ok, I can accept that parents wants to teach their kids about money, but then why do they choose such complicated method as cryptocurrency and investment. Why dont they try something simple, as buying an apple and reselling it. Why go into deep waters as cryptocurrency.

Teaching kids about money and earning through Bitcoin is similar to teaching how to ride a bicycle by using track bicycle on a velodrome. Of course one day kid will understand how to ride it, but on the other hand he might hate to ride bicycles at all, because teaching would be hard and complicated.

I don't think there's anything wrong with what you've said, about simple understanding and simple practices that can give children their own charm. The true learning factor must be adjusted to the limits and ability of absorption where the age factor also determines. even if forced, it will not achieve what was previously planned. everything has its time and its time. My Assuming it might not be much different, when they are ready, then we will start teaching at least the basic concepts in the form of video animations or something else.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing doesn't guarantee you to be rich on: July 03, 2023, 08:57:22 AM
You will not become rich by investing but you will not reduce your capital but it should not be forgotten that making a good investment causes your ambition to increase. When you become ambitious, you decide to invest more. But this is not correct behavior. You should stand by and proceed with Hodl in such a case. You should also be prepared for market fluctuations. Avoid investing if you have a weak hand. When investing, you should always be open to change and investment strategies from 15 years ago will not work.

Surely the skeptical attitude must be thrown away. yes, as you mean, emotional control in the crypto world is the main thing and revenge and against the mainstream besides the end goal as the title OP wrote that Investing does not guarantee you will get rich. We are, now many are proficient and have their own ways and tips on investing and navigation.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: July 03, 2023, 08:45:17 AM
That may or may not end up happening..  then you end up FOMOing in at $50k because you really wanted to buy, but you were too greedy to do it right away.. and you don't even have to buy all of it right away.. but hey people have to make their own decisions, and we have seen a lot of examples historically of guys who were waiting for a lower price an then they become bitter because they failed to buy and they thought for sure that they were right about a lower price was going to happen, and such lower price did not end up happening.

This is the problem.
I think it's better for your regret to be "I should have waited" than "I should have just bought it at $31k"
If he buys now and the price drops, he just needs patience for it to go back up. But if he doesn't buy and the price doesn't go down, he'll end up buying at a higher price.
There is no wrong time to buy Bitcoin. We know that the dip is the best time to buy, but that doesn't mean it's the only time to buy or that buying when the price is up is wrong.

It's normal i think. Up then down again. From the post title of the thread above Buy DIP, and HODL. very clearly illustrated where the direction of writing is meant. Yes. currently there is still a very large opportunity to accumulate BTC ownership and is seen as still very affordable before it goes up even more. For the timing of the most potential when to enter. I'm not the main obstacle. anytime as long as there is and enough and support.
167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any chance to fall below $30k bitcoin ? on: July 03, 2023, 08:31:32 AM
From the point of view of Market Volatility for the Price of Bitcoin there is always the possibility that the price decline could be slow and set or sudden due to various factors such as regulatory changes, macroeconomic events or security issues. However, if we look at today's market it seems that there is a decline but not as deep as some time ago and it seems that Altcoin growth is starting to show its action.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do when you have Financial Freedom? on: July 03, 2023, 08:09:44 AM
Times changes price goes up and salaries are not enough to manage these prices. I have saw many individuals some are jobless and even having degrees they are just running for job because in this era population are increasing but jobs are limited.

If online business was not originated then I think the percentage of poor people will be more than wealthy one. I know that most of individuals are not able to maintain their life expenses and they worked hard to feed their children so it will be easy if they start to do dual jobs.

There is no limitation in online jobs so if you don't have any government job the start some private ones and then at a same time online job will help you to save some money for future which will aid in completing your responsibility during inflation.

I agree and it makes a lot of sense to do. I think at least for the lower middle class, the average monthly fee is issued if I confirm with my country's currency to dollars, it is approximately $ 466 and the salary varies greatly depending on rank and position. Yes. You have to look for more and try even though one of them is online work. Anything as long as it helps and supports the lack of fixed costs as I stated above.
169  Economy / Economics / Re: UAE is the biggest gold buyer of Russia during this war on: July 03, 2023, 08:02:13 AM
Apart from the fact that Russia is one of the largest producers of gold, they also control a number of gold mines in the conflict zones of Africa, such as Sudan, Central African Republic and Mali. These mines were previously controlled by colonial powers such as France, but Russia took over the operations as they were able to provide much better deals. And gold is not like crude oil. You simply can't sanction gold trade. It doesn't require expensive tankers to move, and also there is a limited supply available (with more than 10% of the output controlled by Russia).
I think the key resource, for control of which Russia is quite successfully competing with France in Central Africa, is not gold, but uranium.

Yes. you are very sensitive and have a very high hunch in seeing the continued development of all of the above. Yes, uranium. I think it is more and more than gold and will be the most sought after. I think we too here will look in the direction you're referring to sometime. cheers.
170  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: July 03, 2023, 07:55:48 AM
Statistically, 95% of entrepreneurs have a bachelor's degree or higher and I wonder, for those of you who are involved in entrepreneurship, how useful was higher education for you?
It is unlikely that this ratio is correct.  Business owners and projects belong to different classes of society, including those with higher degrees and even those who were not fortunate enough to complete their studies or obtain higher degrees.
Personally, I consider that higher degrees are not in all cases useful for launching a business project, and by examining business owners who hold degrees, we will discover that their business field is completely different from their university specialization.

I think variety. Because this depends on the basic basis. especially if that person is indeed descended from a family of businessmen and if he continues his education in economics and finance school and gets a degree. I think it's like once you dive you can drink milk too. Genetic factors also play a role, even if those who are not born need time and field tests to become proficient in business.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: Gary Gensler should be sacked----Warren Davidson on: June 29, 2023, 06:12:24 PM

That isn't going to happen anytime soon... the US government is slow to act on anything, and it will take more people than the one lawmaker if they are to remove Gary Gensler to public pressure.

You make a valid point here. While it's everyone who's interested in crypto's desire to see Gary Gensler sacked, Republicans think it's impossible to fire him but could make his life difficult. And I'm here wondering how that's gonna help the situation? I guess Warren will have to drop this notion of removing Gensler because even though the bill has republican support, for it to get approved, it will have to pass through the democrat dominated senate and such chances for a positive response is highly unlikely.

I see that there is great interest/desire in the crypto community to see Gary Gensler removed from his position. The political process is often complicated and public sentiment can play a role as well. I think, even though the majority with many votes wins, all decisions are at the fingertips of the legislators and the procedures set out in the political system.
172  Economy / Economics / Re: What could Elon Musk be buying next? on: June 29, 2023, 05:59:36 PM
I think Elon Musk is a visionary and a risk-taker who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities. I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to buy a major media company or a gaming platform this year.He seems to have an interest in entertainment and social media, as well as technology and innovation.

There is no denying that the game world has a promising market potential and if it does have a big impact and definite benefits. Elon Musk would probably buy it. Yes, Elon is always one step ahead in a number of ways. By the way. Regarding the match between Elon Musk and Zuckerberg, has it started yet?  Grin Grin
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Return Of Terra Luna Classic on: June 29, 2023, 05:31:02 PM
We all that they have failed their fans and other investors of the token. But the way I looked at it, they have repented and coming back with a good package. If you look the investment amount in the token you wouldn't believe that it is a new project in the blockchain. People have invested more than$500,000 in token as from April 2023 to June 2023.

Yes. That will be the headline news this year. As you wrote now other warriors have arrived and FTX started discussions to relaunch its international exchange. Although still young, the UST/LUNA incident collapsed to $0 and tens of billions of users' funds disappeared from the crypto market and destroyed the lives of many who invested. It's better not to be discussed again, I'm sure it will happen again.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After FTX collapse, some call for a return to decentralized roots on: June 29, 2023, 05:16:36 PM
I see that if FTX has been returing 7 billions worth of money to be credited to the its investors again who have lost money due to the collaps of FTX under SBF.  There is a plan to recover FTX again as there are so many investors are interesting to help in recovering this company again.

FTT price soars again.

Yes. FTX begins discussions to relaunch its international exchange. Reversal mission I think. it's like an old wound treated but the scar is still visible. really smart people have a lot of sense. I don't know if it works or not but if it works I'm sure like you said many more stories will be born. hope it doesn't happen again.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: June 29, 2023, 05:08:01 PM
Because of profits.
If you want profits by investing in crypto then you should must be taken altcoins. I think altcoins without you haven’t any work from crypto market. Since when i was coming in the crypto market that was my target invest then profits.

Not only that, some people might like to see a small pump and keep getting interested, joining in and getting stuck, because they are not paying enough attention and hoping to go up again. This is the lack of a less fundamental Altcoin coin for me. I myself like the bright and resistant onslaught. Yes. of course. Currently, many altcoins are still cheap, but it will take a long time before they grow big.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be pulled by the hype of meme coins on: June 29, 2023, 05:00:41 PM
That is exactly how markets work. Its all hype. A coin might be the best in the world, but one bad news and it will dive straight to hell. Atleast for meme coins people accept the risk that they could lose all their money, so everyone puts a small amount they can afford to lose and the hype doesn't die.

As you describe, this is also bound by a lack of underlying value which can make Meme Coins very unstable and vulnerable to sudden market corrections, as they lack stability that comes from solid fundamentals. But, you know what some people say, smart traders are those who know how to take advantage of market situations. Sometimes they see the hype as the driving force behind their investment decisions even though they themselves never know when the hype train will collapse.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An Overview of MultiversX (EGLD) on: June 29, 2023, 04:46:28 PM
I've noticed that the prices on CMC have been pretty good, and the fully diluted market cap of $1,047,820,690 is pretty solid. from the initial listing price $17.6 and ATH in 2021 $490.. I personally see this, it is decent and good and the price is now $33.3.

But, I still think MultiversX Coin has a short and not long track record, this can be seen from the listing date, which is in 2020 and my view is that it is still relatively new, having only been around for 3 years in the cryptocurrency market. Some investors may still be a bit hesitant to invest in projects that have not been tested from time to time.
178  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: June 24, 2023, 09:48:53 AM
Banning from the IMF will not have an impact on the crypto currency market, especially BItcoin,
because the biggest market for crypto market cap comes from this world,
moreover China has also allowed crypto currency trading, so there is nothing to worry about the IMF.

Yes. Yes. You seem to know where the wind blows. For @Aanuoluwatofunmi it is true as you say not to be afraid to adopt BTC and do it for transactions and legal but I think many countries have not fully understood and are ready for this digital financial technology. Of course there will be large initial costs disbursed by the government at the beginning when this is implemented so that people are familiar in terms of use, although some are already proficient, for example in terms of depots, transfers and withdrawals to fiat.
179  Economy / Speculation / Re: This year is dumping ground for bitcoin on: June 24, 2023, 09:39:51 AM
Today Bitcoin can return to $ 30k after about 10 hours ago $ 29k, of course this is a good sign to make us optimistic and hold longer, for me long term hold  is the best option because I am optimistic that the end of this year can reach at least $ 50k Because of Halving Day preparation.
If you say you are a long term investor, why would you bother with bitcoin going from $29k to $30k? It's really not that noticeable because bitcoin never stands still, and it's normal for it to fluctuate 1 or 2%. And that is not proof that bitcoin will continue to rise in the near term. If you regularly look at the bitcoin chart in recent days, you can see that, after bitcoin surged to $30.8k, bitcoin has ranged from $29k to $30k since yesterday hitherto.

Bitcoin can get above $ 30k which is good news, yes we know that Bitcoin has dumped from $ 64k to $ 16k in the last year,
but Bitcoin is able to answer that Bitcoin recovery is fast and has headed to $ 31k yesterday,
so there could be great potential to pump again.

That's why these whales and big bosses who have the ability and finances enter the market at the right time and accumulate their holdings. Actually who wants BTC Price to be low?? Not us, but those who have more funds to add to their BTC coffers so that they are full. meaning they know BTC will be worth more than gold. because BTC is Digital Gold. The proof is that if BTC has exceeded 50K, all the news about crypto, especially BTC, will be positive. Grin Grin
180  Economy / Economics / Re: Will inflation in the world grow by 2023? on: June 24, 2023, 09:08:27 AM
Inflation is always and everywhere, deflation is impossible, so we need to get ready to spend more on ordinary products again. There is always an increase in prices in the world that no one can restrain.

It may be true that there are many factors that cause this to happen and happen, but what we need to pay attention to is whether we have any preparations for this if it happens again in 2024. why do I say that because everything can change at any time regardless of whether this has happened or is happening. Yes, there must be a repetition of events and the only difference is time.
