Got my first cube this morning. I have chips 81-88 not working. (half the bottom bank are x's)
Is there anything I can do about this? My PSU has plenty of power (750w, 55A on 12v) and they're the same in low and high clock modes.
I've found that some of the "mini blades" inside the cubes sometimes come loose in transit, they're not held in place well enough for a bumpy journey. So if you can, open it up (carefully) and make sure the mini blades inside of the cube are properly seated and then let me know how you get on. No, looks like a dud blade. I've opened it up and re-seated all the blades. I also swapped the blade positions round and the eight 'x's have moved to a different line, so it's definitely the blade and not the controller. Sorry about that gh2k, I've asked yxt what the procedure is in this situation - will be in touch when I know. |

Got a 'You were out, sucks to be you' card from Royal Mail today, so seems the Cube has arrived. Will collect it later.  Those cards are the worst  |

Yes still some available. YXT sent the next shipment of cubes to me, last week. Any chance of a tracking number for my Cube please OC3k? Nothing appeared today.
Hey mate, I didn't make it in time to the post office Friday so ended up posting them Saturday morning, I was told you'll receive them Tuesday by 1pm. I will send over the tracking number in a minute anyway |

I received the cube the other day and I realise that there are 8 chips marked with an "X". I assume these are faulty? Overclocking is not used. Anyone with the same problem?
Hey mate, An "X" does indicate a faulty chip, does restarting the cube help at all? can you send me a screen shot of the web interface. *Edit* Awesome, good to hear you've solved it. |

Sorry guys, it arrived later than I would have liked. Tried to head off to the post office anyway after a mad rush, got stuck in traffic and by the time I got there they was closing up just sitting outside on the phone now .... *sigh* |

So, I've just received an update and I've been informed that its still in production, one of the components is missing...  |

Unfortunately all the cubes from shipment 2 (which is due to arrive today) have been sold. I can only add you to shipment 3 now, which will arrive next week. If this is a problem, let me know and I can refund you, but you should still have it in time for Christmas. |

I'm still not entirely sure what's going on if I'm honest, I've sent their lead guy an email and left some messages on skype over the past 48 hours, hopefully I'll have update soon. With them being based in New Zealand though there is always a delay due to the time difference.

There are extra units included in shipment 3 (which will be delivered next week), if anyone orders today they should (as long as the postman doesnt screw up) still be delivered in time for christmas |

Looks like its out for delivery, so I should receive them today \  / As long as I receive them by 3:30-4:00pm, I should just about, have time to send them all today. |

Note to everyone, by default the stratum proxy seems to run on port 8332, cubes by default try to connect to the port 8333, so remember to change one of them.
I've had a couple of people contact me struggling to work that out, so I hope it helps someone else.

Is there a rough ETA on the second batch? Just I'll need to make sure me or someone else is in to collect and sign. RM special delivery are usually really good at getting it to you the next day.
