In all probability, Lankans will declare their innings and ask Bangladeshis to bat from the first over tomorrow. I was a bit surprised with the performance from medium pacer Hasan Mahmud. He picked up 4 crucial wickets for Bangladesh. The pitch at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram was supposed to be spin-friendly. But so far the pacers have picked up majority of the wickets - Hasan Mahmud for Bangladesh, and then Lahiru Kumara/Vishwa Fernando/Asitha Fernando for the visitors.
SL should have gone for follow on option but they didn't took that option. Not good batting from SL in second innings but it doesn't matter as they have scored enough runs in first innings. It's first time in this test series that Dhananjaya de Silva and Kamindu Mendis were not able to score fifty, in past three innings they both were too good for Bangladeshi bowlers to handle. Tomorrow hopefully SL will be bowled out in first session and then Bangladesh have a huge target to chase. |

In 13th game Delhi captials gave the target of 191 runs excellent batting by David Warner and captain Rishabh pant they made fifties while brilliant bowling by Pathirana takes 3 wickets. Chennai super kings failed to chased the target they scored only 171 runs their openers lost their wickets in start of the inning which created pressure on team Chennai also Ms Dhoni played fast inning but all in vain because to much score needed in last overs excellent bowling performance by Mukesh Kumar and Khalil Ahmad takes 3, 2 wickets respectively Chennai super king lost first match of IPL while Delhi captials also won 1st match of this season
This win will defiantly boost the morals of DC team as CSK is top team of IPL 2024. DC can now feel that they can stay in the tournament after beating top team of the tournament. Credit for this victory goes to DC top order batting including Prithvi Shaw, Warner and Pant. DC skipper Rishabh Pant stayed at the pitch till 19th over and ensured a big target. From CSK side the lower order batsmen tried but unable to undo the damage done by the early loss of both openers. |

Sri Lanka right on top after picking 5 wickets this morning. Bangladesh still trail by 400 runs and follow on seems inevitable now. Wickets start falling once Zakir Hasan got out this morning and no resistance from any Bangladeshi batsmen so far. Zakir Hasan is the top scorer from Bangladesh side so far with 54 runs. There were lots of expectation from Shakib but he failed to deliver in batting and got out on just 15. Bangladesh need to score 331 runs to avoid follow on which seems very much impossible.

This season CSK lost very early matches. The target of 191 runs given by the target Delhi became a big obstacle for them. Delhi Capitals might be desperate for a win after losing two matches in a row and their performance in the last match was exceptional. CSK's opening partnership was bad and those who were in the middle also could not take the team forward. Shivam Dube in the middle order scored just 18 runs off 17 balls when the team needed big runs. The only strike rate was higher by MS Dhani, he scored 37 runs from 16 balls and batted at a strike rate of 231. The condition of the team was already decided by seeing the batting of some cricketers in yesterday's match. But with CSK it is a bit difficult to expect this kind of performance.
DC were desperate for a win after losing two early games and they can't afford to lose third in a row. 191 was a good target and CSK lost openers very early in the run chase, sending a panic signal in the dressing room. Dohni no doubt played his part well but it was too late by the time he arrived at the crease. Pant and Warner scored half centuries but Khaleel Ahmed was man of the match for picking two wickets. |

Dehli Capitals team played very well and they gave a target of 191 runs, I did not expect that they will play well in this match, after watching the last two matches of Dehli Capitals team, it seemed that they will lose today match as well. But he batted very tough and put Pakistan under pressure now and now he is playing very well in bowling too. I was able to continue using coingecko.
As coingecko allow up to 365 days of historical data in their free plan, and as historical data is static, I just downloaded all historical data.
I also made a small code to check for changes in the last days of their free api plan. So, it will theoretically update our downloaded historical data once a day. Looks to be perfect. let's see in the next days if it updates well!
Good job done bitmover. Hopefully it will work, if coingecko is providing past data for free. There are many users who keep an eye on that tool very often because quick glance of Bitcoin spot price vs 200-WMA and the Bitcoin withdrawal strategy. Hopefully in few days things will get more clear about the new fix. Everyone can fix the issue with paid plan but you fixed the issue using this novel approach. Kudos to your effort. |

Sri Lankan are enjoying this situation as they are currently in complete control of the game and series as well 158 overs and having score of 519 is big achievement for them in these conditions now they are going to break a test record which was set by India few years back with having 524 runs without having any century need 6 more runs.
Bangladeshi team is badly down in moral with their fielders already drop 6 catches which are too much for any team in this format, we have three bowlers with centuries into their accounts and one with 90+ which is giving all review how things are going for them in this match on this batting pitch.
Edit: While I was writing this post we have new record Mendis hit 2 sixes then last ball run-out mean now this record belongs to Sri Lanka having 531 runs without century in test inning.
Congrats to Sri Lanka for breaking the record and naming it to themselves. What a tour Kamindu Mendis and Dhananjaya de Silva are having. Runs are coming from there bat whenever they come to crease in this test series. Kamindu Mendis missed another century by just 8 runs and was not out in first innings. Shakib Al Hasan was the most successful Bangladeshi bowler who got three wickets but had to bowl 37 overs to get these wickets. |

At this time I think the Sri Lankan team had the mindset to make 500 and then declare the innings but I think they have to declare it right after making 500 runs because today they have to put their all batsmen or if they can’t take 10 wickets so at least they have to pick 6 wickets which will help them tomorrow. Today is another day and another day of Bangladesh losing but still, three days are left and in the three days Bangladesh can catch up and win the match if they play well from today until the last day of this test match. Bangladesh is slowly falling out of the game of cricket. It is very sad to think that Bangladesh lost the match against a team like Sri Lanka by such a huge margin of score. Once upon a time Bangladesh created a lot of hype in the game of cricket. Shakib Al Hasan was a great all-rounder and now he is slowly retiring from the game as he is getting involved in politics. It will take a long time for the Bangladesh team to turn around again and better players of better quality should be added to the Bangladesh team
Sri Lanka is always a better and stronger side then Bangladesh. At the end of first days play Sri Lanka got firm grip over the match as they are 314 for the loss of 4 wickets. Shakib is no doubt great all rounder but to survive in cricket, Bangladesh need more players like Shakib in there squad. Fair enough. We have seen 3 ways of gathering Bitcoins so far in this thread DCA, Lump Sum and buy on the dip. Moreover there are hypo's also available that can give you fair idea about where you are standing in term of Bitcoin accumulation. Yeah, but if you are new to bitcoin, then anytime is good to buy. .and so it might take a whole cycle before a BTC accumulator might start to get into extra strategizing around something like the 200WMA.. yet sure, sometimes, we might come to bitcoin and actually already see that BTC prices are at, near or below the 200-WMA and we might be able to recognize some extra motivation to become more aggressive in our BTC accumulation strategy than what we otherwise would have had been.
It is blessing for anyone who is in accumulation phase and find out that Bitcoin price is close to 200-WMA. This point is discussed and there is consent that first goal is to accumlate Bitcoins to get in recommended hypo's. Yeah.. sorry about that. Sri Lanka won the toss and quite predictably chose to bat first. And this means that Bangladeshi batsmen will be up against the Lankan spinners on the 4th and 5th days of the match. At this point, Sri Lanka has a definite upper hand, and winning the toss has put them on a further higher ground. If Bangladesh wants to have a chance in this match, then they need to take quick wickets and need to ensure that the Lankan batsmen doesn't get time to dig in. BTW, early indications are that the pitch at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium is going to offer a lot of support for the spinners.
Bangladesh can't afford to lose nor draw this test else they will lose this series. To get the advantage of 4th and 5th day, Sri Lanka need to score good runs in first innings. Batting performance of both team is almost same in first test apart from Dhananjaya de Silva and Kamindu Mendis who made the difference. Bangladesh need to get quick wickets and also need to keep an eye on these two SL batters also. |

You can't directly compare both the teams. On one hand, Zimbabwe is a test nation and they have access to $17.64 million per year in the form of ICC funds every year. On the other hand, being an associate nation Papua New Guinea receives around 2% of that amount every year. Ideally neighboring nations such as Australia should help them. But unfortunately CA is busy elsewhere. Zimbabwe received a lot of help from South Africa when they were an associate member. Anyway, PNG's growth is being noted down by a lot of ICC officials.
New Zealand is also located in same region and can help PNG but no wealthy board is willing to help the weaker one located nearby. One more such example is of Nepal who has lots of potential for cricket and is located very next to BCCI. Out of 12 full ICC members 38% share goes to BCCI and rest of remaining 11 full members share is in single figure. Associate members have to work hard to improve there performance to get more funds from ICC. |

I think the Bangladeshi spin bowlers did great job in first test against Sri Lanka. They did especially well in second part of match when they got 6 Sri Lankan players out. Having Shakib Al Hasan back for second Test will really help Bangladesh. Shakib is talented player who can do well with both batting and bowling. His experience and skills make him important part of team. He can perform well in different situations which makes team stronger. So having Shakib back should give Bangladesh better chance of winning next Test match.
Shakib is at number 3 in ICC men's test ranking of all rounders and his inclusion in second test will give Bangladesh an opportunity to level the series. First day play of second test is underway and Sri Lanka is batting after winning the toss. After 2 overs play Sri Lanka score if 8 runs without losing any wicket. SL need to pay attention to there batting as there batting was pathetic in first test and due to superb batting of Dhananjaya de Silva and Kamindu Mendis they won. |

RCB vs KKR
What a game KKR is having. Despite giving 182 runs in bowling, KKR still in complete control of the match due to there batsmen. Right now KKR need 46 runs on 48 balls and plenty of batting left behind. KKR don't need big hits, to win the game they just need to rotate the strike and that will do the job for them. I don't see any major bowler in RCB lineup and that's hurting them badly now.

In the last 6-9 months, we had a lot of folks waiting for lower BTC prices, and they kind of got fucked and they might have been better just to keep buying as their paycheck comes in... or however they are authorizing their BTC purchases.

The point is not many are willing to buy when Bitcoin is down and when Bitcoin price went high they start waiting for price to come down and this cycle keep on repeating. and these guys are not making mistakes by being aggressive prior to the BTC price going below the 200-WMA because no one would have been speculating that the BTC price was going to go so low and to stay there for so long. But it did. This is quite right. No one of us can predict what price of Bitcoin will be in coming weeks or months. It's best to set some target value at which you will buy or sell because we don't know what exactly is price is coming weeks or months. Today price is $70k and what price will be month after we don't know. 200-WMA is good indicator for us to make a decision about when to buy. When 200-WMA and spot prices are close then it's good time for accumulation. You still have to figure it out, and you have to figure out how to use the tool to your advantage. I surely am not recommending guys start to use the tool when they have not stacked enough sats and when they have not over accumulated BTC. So guys have to come to a kind of over accumulation status when they start to use either the basic aspects of the selling portion of the tool and especially if they are going to use the selling in advance portions of the tool... Even if you started buying $100 per week of BTC on December 19, 2017, by now you would have had invested $32,700 and you would have accumulated 2.66 BTC (currently worth about $186k), so you would be right around 5.7x in profits... so there is no reason to be greedy or to be trying to second guess these kinds of matters. The main thing is to get the fuck started and to establish a position, and surely a guy with 2.66 BTC is in a good place right now, but he still might feel that he does not quite have enough and he might feel that he needs to continue to invest at $100 per week or maybe even to be more aggressive in his weekly DCA amount. It was mid of 2017 that I first came to know about Bitcoin and it took me few years to buy my first Bitcoin and only a year ago I got mature enough to know that real benefit of Bitcoin is in DCA. Rajasthan Royals vs Delhi Capitals is going to be a great match of IPL today. Today's match will be an interesting game between the two teams, especially Rajasthan Royals has more chances to win today. Moreover, Rajasthan Royal managed to win their first match brilliantly, and they will play well enough to win today's match as well. Both bowling and batting performances of Rajasthan Royals are good, if they can play well in today's match then maybe 180 plus runs is possible. If Rajasthan Royal can score a huge score against Delhi Capital then surely victory is assured and if they win today's match they will move to the top position of the points table. And I think in today's match Delhi Capitals will not be able to cope with Rajasthan Royals because Rajasthan Royals will definitely have a strong attack.
DC have a terrible IPL last year as they finished 9th on points table and this year they started there campaign with a loss. RCB have won there opening game against LSG and must be in high spirits to win today's game also. So far DC bowlers have done a good job after initial 8 overs as RCB have lost 3 wickets and score is 38 only. With this pace RCB wont be able to make 150 and if DC can restrict RCB to less total then they have a chance to win the game quite easily. |
