Same situations repeat to often to be accidental.
I agree that KYC/AML are needed in some cases to stop money laundering, and some other crimes. But it can't be a purpose to block assets and then ignore customers.

This is a good initiative your post is up to detail on how to request the removal I'm sure many will take the initiative to request its removal, I'm sure you are in contact with people who have been scammed, you can ask these people to request for the removal and since you have a dedicated site against Freewallet, things will be easy for them to understand why they have to remove, Freewallet on their store.
I hope in the coming days we will not see Freewallet on their store or some other platform where they can download freewallet, they have inflicted damage to their users, and those victims will have to get back on them.

Yes, well, based on my experience, 1-2 days is the fastest result i have seen especially in weekdays but still depends on different factors i don't know what are those though because sometimes it takes times or no action at all.
There may be different situations. If it was like an investing scam (when someone is advertising an investment fund, which actually steals assets, the respond would be fast. But if the project has terms of service, working app etc it may be not easy to prove the fact of scam. |

I have enough evidence from people who emailed ant told about their issues. And I have no doubt that they were tellinh the truth because I don't see any reason why someone would spend time sending an email, adding screenshots etc, if his assets weren't actually blocked by Freewallet administration. |

I had a worse experience on Reddit they are very strict if you post in on subreddit where the moderators and the creator of the group are pro or even paid promoters of Freewallet
That's what I also think. Made some posts there in specific communities, dedicated either to crypto or to scam questions. And somewhere my posts weren't allowed while other people could simply post their complaints about other wallets but not Freewallet. Also, Freewallet team is very active in trying to pretend they are solving all issues. As soon as you post there any bad reviews, they make an answer like "please provide your ticket number". That's a nice trick to confuse new customers: they see that clients issues aren't ignored by administration, and often don't wait till those issues will be actually RESOLVED. |

Found new scam accusation. In this complaint the victim tells that Freewallet scammers not just blocked account al always but also transfered coins to other adress. Which means that they already new that won't allow a person to withdraw funds!

Are you the owner of this website based on Whois it is registered and hosted in Russia https://www.whois.com/whois/freewalletreviews.org Why not transfer both the domain and the host outside of Russia as you mentioned one of its owners comes from Russia one of the owners may have cast his influence to block the domain you can try Namecheap or Name.com if you can I'm sure you have a backup of the site.
