161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low sell high? on: September 08, 2017, 08:52:35 AM
So I have seen Coinbase is the main "source" for buying/selling BTC, but I was wondering if anyone has used the method of converting bitcoin to another currency when it reaches a high point, then converting it back to BTC when it is low enough.

If so, what wallet(s), exchanges, etc. are you using? And more specifically, what crypto do you recommend converting BTC to, in this situation?

Any help is appreciated!
For this kind of trading strategy you can use any exchange. however the ones with higher volumes and better established are better option. For me personaly is poloniex and bitfinex. Both have their issues but still work for me. There are other options. Just be carefull and dont be too greedy on your margins or you will be panicking and selling on oposite directions.

But if you want to feel safer and have an ease trades then go to bittrex since this exchange are the most prefered exchange by most of the traders now. And I will just simply ride with the fuds and monitor some movements if there would be a good coin who got a nice pump and dump recently.
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 07, 2017, 11:29:09 PM
Savings in banks Deposits in banks Property investments, such as buying property (land and buildings) are then leased or resold after some time later. Gold investment, such as buying gold and then stored for the long term. May be useful in the long run. and produce a decent and satisfactory. or farming to buy sawan and gardening and planting fruits and vegetables is a very good investment. Although a little vulnerable to failure but it could not hurt to try.
yes bitcoin is best for invest because the value of bitcoin now is 20x after a few years so better is to invest now,so many people in other countries that acknowledged bitcoin so the price is going high because of that, the more people who use bitcoin then value of bitcoin get high also thats the cycle,in your post you only know bitcoin atleast search some altcoins in trading section theres a lot of information you can invest in some altcoins also
Bitcoin has become stronger until these days and its value is keep increasing. I must say it is good way to invest our money but you know there is always a risks. And your willing to risks because the value is fluctuates daily and it is best not to put all your money in one investment as to be wise though. So invest at your own risks but for sure you can earn profit in bitcoin for a long term with its value increasing.

The value keeps increasing since the demands and its stand are strong that's why we don't need to worry if there's drop will be happen since it is a normal thing for this coin. And not only the bitcoin investment is risky but all of the investment platforms there, but for me bitcoins is low risk investment since it proves that its holders gain more rather than losing some.

164  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 07, 2017, 10:46:04 PM
If you invest your money you will earn a lot of profit in the future. But you can hold it for longterm . But invest only you can afford to lose because we dont know what will truly happen in bitcoin if the price increase or decrease. But I hope it will increase so we can make a lot of money. Saving money in bank not gives you profit unless you invest your money in bitcoin. More bitcoin more money.
yes i agree on that bitcoin is trully profitable but it is also a risky kind  of investmen .as  of now the price  go high and low price is un predictable it can be change anytime.for me it is depending on how we handle the emotion because if we panic  maybe we loose.

Bitcoin is now the newest profit source of majority of people and some other guys who used to earn on forex shifts or add it on there list since they've see that bitcoins can give them some promising profits on short time around and it is good thing that we should grab it while the price is so high since we can possibly gathered more wealth on this.
165  Economy / Speculation / Re: why the dump ? on: September 06, 2017, 08:35:32 AM
hi guys anyone here  who knows why all altcoins are down?

anyone expecting bitcoin to hit 4k again?
Maybe it is because of the incoming hardfork to happen in the month of November. Same thing happened last month of august wherein the  market value of Bitcoin decreased before the fork and pumped after it. I am expecting that after the hardfork in November, it will increase again.

Incoming hardfork is far to be happen and the one I am seeing the reasond behind the dump is due to china banning of ICO's and maybe bitcoins get affected of it since maybe there fellow mens withdrawn there balance for there own safety.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of 1 Satoshi rise to $1? on: September 06, 2017, 08:07:58 AM
In the early beginnings of Bitcoins (2009-2010) it was easy to get some Bitcoins either by buying them for a few cents, by mining (which was easy in the early days) or even some faucets gave away some bitcoins every day just for clicking a button or solving a captcha. And now watch how expensive a Bitcoin is now.

Today you would not get Bitcoins but only Satoshis for the same time and effort. And as the price rises, you get fewer and fewer Satoshis of course.

Do you think that the price of a single Satoshi will be something like $1 one day? Or even more than that? Will there be fractions of Satoshis in the future like mSatoshis (Milli Satoshi)?

If yes, we should fight for every single Satoshi now as long as the price is relatively low. Use faucets, trade, buy, mine and hold them until you are rich. It's too late now to get whole bitcoins (too expensive) but some thousands of Satoshis here and there could be a lot of money in the future.

What do you think?
Unless there is a mass printing of the US dollar I do not think that is going to be the case, a single bitcoin will be worth a 100 million dollars and that is simply too much I think if that happens those 100 million dollar will probably buy only what 10k dollars buy today or something like that.
well, of course bitcoin would be greatly hunted if it really happened. besides, bitcoin will probably be a very step coin, and very valuable on the internet if 1 satoshi is really priced at $ 1
At that point the price in dollars will be meaningless, everyone will try to get their hands on bitcoin no matter what they have to give up in order to get it, it is very similar to what happens when an economic crisis hits a country and then everyone is trying to get dollars or gold.

How could be the price of dollar would became meaningless? while the point of that rise is we can earn huge if that instance will came true and the difficulty to get more bits are getting more harder so there's no point that price of fiat will became affected if this scenario will be happen.
167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Selling Bitcoin Over Market Price? on: September 06, 2017, 07:36:33 AM
If you could get bitcoin at a certain price and then sell it to another exchange or person... how profitable would this be?  For example bitcoin is 2500 a coin.  You get them at 2500 a coin.  Localbitcoins it seems like ppl who buy bitcoin actually offer you more than 2500 per coin right?  If thats the case, why not look for a buyer... then buy your bitcoin from an exchange... then sell that bitcoin to a buyer for profit?  The issue of course is you need to make sure the price doesnt drop much between when you get the actual bitcoin in your wallet and doing the transaction with the other user.  Does anyone know how much money ppl are buying over the market price for bitcoin on localbitcoins?  For example if price is 2500... are people paying like 3 percent for it?  Thus 2575 etc for a coin?  Or is it the other way around?  Because i recalled didn't people sell bitcoin at face value or actually get less than face value?  But since bitcoin gotten really big, its actually worth more than cash value?

Its very possible, in a situation where people need the coin urgently and there are only limited sellers you can make use of that opportunity and sell over the market price and since they have no choice they would just have to purchase from you.

If there's no exchanger available on there side then people will surely be pushed to buy some coins over the market price by buying it peer to peer to the people around him and this one is pathetic but we don't have a choice but to purchase it since the people is in need an immediate balance to their side. But buying peer to peer online is not recommended since there are some serious issues of scamming happenings.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Chinese still can invest in ICOs on: September 05, 2017, 10:42:52 AM
If I have correct image, ICos and trading fiat/crypto are prohibited under the jurisdiction of China only. So, if chinese wants to invest in ICO and he has some crypto(or he could buy it illegal obv), he still can.
Also, if chinese teams want to run their own ICOs, they could provide it under other jurisdiction (Singapore etc)

Perfect answer. This Chinese ban thing mean nothing.

Bitcoin has been ban before in China but still there people manage to get some and stake with it and join this industry, and those ban implemented will just be bypass by those chinese crypto enthusiast since crypto's are one of there business I think and there making a lot of money from it.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders; what do you look for on: September 05, 2017, 10:23:23 AM
Straight forward question;

What do you investors look for in Pre-ICOs and then after the coin does come out on exchanges what do you look for when you're trading?

I'm looking for the huge bunos given from the ICO companies in there presale so that I can even earn more whenever there coin will be listed on decent exchange and also I will sell my coins by that time and buy more since I expect that the price of the ICO coins will be dump since that is the normal thing i've see on them whenever they reached on there exchange.
170  Economy / Economics / Re: Three reasons to invest in Bitcoin on: September 04, 2017, 11:40:40 PM
1. the value is very high

2. security system for keep bitcoin on the wallet is very good

3. currently the best-selling bitcoin on the market, so for bitcoin investment is very good because of the market factors
That's right, it's value is good for long term investment, convenience on trasactions, fully open for more innovation and developments in this generation

Bitcoin have a lots of future ahead.
Absolutely, because of this reasons mention above many people are eager to join into bitcoin community. Because they realized that how great is bitcoin. There is nothing to compare in making online transaction in terms of hastleness, just a few click then transactions is done. And best thing is you can do it anywhere and anytime.

Many people see some good potential on bitcoins now and some other people tell that this coin is scam are dealing with this since they realized the potential of this coin, And although I'm not convince with your words about 1 click transaction will be ok since there are times that blockchains got so traffic and it can cause hours of delays but aslong as bitcoins gives promising profit I think will go with the flow with this and join the thrend of earners.
171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying from ICO or trading altcoin. on: September 04, 2017, 11:21:09 PM
I believe ICO is more risky than trading alt coin , the reason is because in ICO we absolutely don't know the coin, we only rely on the coin developer reputation and the sites also the white paper they give, while trading alt coin, at least we already know the coin, we got the chart and the information

Your right with that since ICO's are prone to get dump when they will be listed on its respectable exchange since there are bounty hunters will kill it, But if you bought yours whenever they offered a 50% or even larger bunos I think it is still profitable but you need to act faster so that you will be the one who early to sell yours before those hunter will came first to drop there balance off.
172  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is there a free site for the mine? on: September 04, 2017, 10:58:45 PM
is there a site that provides for the mine? what sites are not scam
I can say there is no cloud mining site are legit all of them are too risky and scam if you really want to mine better to build your own rig and mine with altcoin and sell it just to earn a bitcoin  this is much more cheaper to do and earn bitcoin..
But if you really want to mine bitcoin better to buy like miner s9 from bitmain to mine bitcoin. .

As for todays point there's no cloudmining sites that can make me believe that they are legit since once and foremost cloudmining is became worst site and it is been splendid by scamming scenario and the real happening on this kind of platform is the owner is just a ponzi runner. That's why we should carefull upon dealing this kind of site and it's very advisable to keep away and keep our money in good sites rather than putting at risk here.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is there a good dump/pump prediction group on Facebook or Telegram? on: September 02, 2017, 05:49:18 AM
As mentioned above, I want to know if there is a group that predict incoming dump or pump coin, even if they charge a joining fee. I see a lot of good prediction that actually happended, that made me really surprised. Thanks.

do not ever trust them, actually the way it works is that they will buy the coin that will be pump first and then they will announce that the coin will be in the pump, after a few minutes directly dump by the account owner, this will not give you a chance to make a profit.

This statement is correct and those group is just spreading some hype so that there dead coins will be left and they can escape for bagholding there long died coins and much better if you solely do the trades and just find those good coin prospect to trade on this week and try to earn without asking anything on some unknown group of people.
174  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is now $5000 on: September 02, 2017, 05:10:27 AM
Coinbase says it peaked at $4980 within the past hour and has since pulled back to $4872.  Blockchain.info is at $4952 and still climbing, but not yet at $5000.
This is what I'm supposed to say.We didn't still hit up $5000 price as far as I know when I do check new All time high we are still on 4900+ onwards and then suddenly roll back its price again.Seems like theres a resistance again on $5000 price which we would hardly to see for bitcoin to break that one.On latest price on preev.com we are on 4849 as of writing and it is only a few bucks to reach that amount.

You can expect that to be occur since bitcoins has tricky movements before it will go to that price and maybe its best for us to expect that the price can reach to 5000$ on anytime soon now since as I can see the graph is bitcoin had a great time today and people should look this one as good thing to hold so that we can fully reach to 5000$ speculated price.
175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: September 01, 2017, 08:07:59 AM
I just read on Btcjam blog that they are closing down: https://blog.btcjam.com/2017/05/25/btcjam-is-closing/, now I am just wondering if big players in thebitcoin industry are closing down, is there any future for bitcoin really.

I came to know about bitcoin through btcjam when i was introduced there to borrow. Eve in this forum, looks most signature campaigns might close down because of the ever rising price of bitcoin. Most of them have reduced their payout amounts for posting by more than 50%. Is this a good sign or a bad sign for the bitcoin development?
Bitcoin has a very bright future, it is going to be the major currency in use in the nearest decade. It is going to dominate every transaction and every payment process that is going to be used online

Bitcoin is the future of the life it will give motivation and groth for your life. It will give more profit for yur life and get the more income for the bitcoin. I belive the bitcoin
I think that almost everyone who knows about Bitcoin believes in it. We can never deny the fact that Bitcoin has changed the lives of so many people and is still changing lives of others. I see bright future of Bitcoin, where most of the trading in the world will be taking place in BTC.

Neither do I bitcoin change my life for some instance and It sure change the lifestyle of those people who knows more about it. And it could help for those people who are in need that's why we should think positive that bitcoin may have great future coming on it, and also there's no treat at all with this since bitcoins are getting more adopted well.
176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tried Copy Trading? on: September 01, 2017, 07:40:36 AM
Since not all of the people interested with trading can be professionals in this field and not all can have the time to focus on always being updated in all hours of the day, many trading firms are now offering Copy Trading. This means that we can just follow the trade moves of someone who is already an expert and has proven track record of success. It started with forex and now they are also offering cryptocurrencies as this is now in demand and very trendy.

Have you tried copy trading with cryptocurrency? How was the experience and what are the possible pitfalls with this set-up? Hope to hear more from you guys on this regard.
I don't believe in copy trading, bro... instead, why don't you try gunbot? It's quite easier and more reliable than copying human emotions. Ha ha ha. Just kidding.

Anyway, I have been using gunbot for a while now and so far so good. (Except for the past July and August when altcoins are so so down). Cheers!

Copy trading can help us some idea on which coin is good to trade on this time but actually this copying strategy of us sometimes not work since the time differential between our trades and the one we've copy is not the same. So that's why we should try to reach up as much as possible to look out for the our trades since we are the one who gonna make ourselves more richer and wiser on this kind of earning thing.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monetha ICO on: September 01, 2017, 07:03:54 AM
Monetha is a great project and I think they will became a next big thing in cryptoworld and maybe i will follow their thread ad invest some portion of my money on them and let see where does monetha project would bring there investors on the end of there sale and real project will implemented.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unsuccessful ICO - Terrible experience and what you can learn from it on: August 31, 2017, 09:46:35 AM
My experience on ETT and SONM is pretty worse I lose some capital on these ICO and it's totally a waste of time for spending some bucks on this project. And I think I will never ever do tradeds on this coin again since I think the dev of this tokens are selfish and no plan to give a good credits to his investors.
179  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price do you think bitcoin will reach by 2020? on: August 31, 2017, 09:28:49 AM
What price do you think bitcoin will reach by 2020?
I personally think that bitcoin can reach $100.000 by 2020 but i think it's never going to go to $1.000.000!

I am not deliberately speaking about your assessment; however, it is far from reality, it is just a dream value, and the issue that is worth noting is the existence of bitcoin. It is at a high value, however, if it wants to be appreciated, it must exist.

The value speculated by him is to much since actually there's a lot of scenario are needed to consider before we can actually tell on what would be the price of BTC will come when that year pass unto us. And I think Much better if we just stick on reality that is happening for now since this one is the real time price and might it will rise in future. I wouldn't give any exact value for bitcoins in future since I don't want to see that I am wrong on the figure that I tell today.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Gulden a good investment? on: August 26, 2017, 12:18:56 PM
PoW2 is not released yet.

Come back next year Feb or March. ETH will have their POS out before Gulden does PoW2 , might be better to stake with ETH , then buy Gulden next year for PoW2.
