The OP shouldn't say the money supply is 200+ M coins if that supply won't be reached for 180 years. It's unreasonable to have 200+ M in there because it shouldn't factor into anyone's calculations. No one is buying GE stock based on 180 year projections. They certainly shouldn't be using 180 year projections to value altcoins. yes, that was from the old formula with the pow. its been removed. currently after year 10 we are looking at around 30million coins. |

So let me get this right.
Initially there were 5.5 million BRO in the ICO, and there seemed to be pretty low interest, at best the ICO would probably have raised 400BTC, meaning the market price would have been about 13 750 BRO per BTC.
Now they are setting a fixed price of 6600 BRO per BTC, and everyone seems very excited to invest. Do you guys not realize they just pulled a very clever move on you and you are now getting way less BRO for your BTC?
I invested in the original ICO which seemed like a good deal, but now that I will get less than half the coins it seemed like I would receive I will have to ask for a refund and hope to maybe be able to get a good deal in the "private" sale later.
It would have been difficult to continue the project before if we reached only 1000 btc. And that's the minimum we were looking for when btc was trading near 400. At 1000 btc the share would have been @5,500 BRO per btc. But that scenario was not likely. You are now getting Bergstake from day one with the ability to earn more coins immediately. Also, no more dilution from PoW miners. |

Did you use www.breakoutcoin.com to purchase BRO? Did you download your wallet and select a password? Did you receive a backup copy of your wallet via email? The coins will be redeemed only after the genesis block is created and the coin is launched, all you would need is your password and breakout-wallet .json file. please pm for help with your purchase. i downloaded my wallet but im on a mac, is it competible with mac? cant open it there is no need to open it. just save it for later, and don't forget your password. if you wish to open it, please try: textedit or pages or any text editor. also, you can use the "Reuse breakout-wallet" button, on breakoutcoin.com , it will show your btcaddr, which can be used to check your balance. |

On a side note, what does everyone think about removing the PoW phase and going straight to Bergstake from day one. This will eliminate the BRO coins and Bergstake issued to the "miners" and the coin network will still be supported by the Bergstake owners.
There is 2 years of PoW coins, where will the coins go? Will the total supply be reduced by that amount or will they be added to the ICO distribution? The two years of PoW (7 mllion) BRO coins will be eliminated from the supply. |

No more mining, just Proof-of-bergstake? How is that going to work? Like a POS? That's correct, but the original participants of the "coin sale" will be able to sell their BRO coins and still maintain their Bergstake. So you will be earning BRO coins with your Bergstake from day one instead of having to wait two years. There will also be no dilution from miners dumping their coin. |
