Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

So let me get this right.
Initially there were 5.5 million BRO in the ICO, and there seemed to be pretty low interest, at best the ICO would probably have raised 400BTC, meaning the market price would have been about 13 750 BRO per BTC.

Now they are setting a fixed price of 6600 BRO per BTC, and everyone seems very excited to invest. Do you guys not realize they just pulled a very clever move on you and you are now getting way less BRO for your BTC?

I invested in the original ICO which seemed like a good deal, but now that I will get less than half the coins it seemed like I would receive I will have to ask for a refund and hope to maybe be able to get a good deal in the "private" sale later.

I don't know if you are trying to fud or what, but the total number of coins haven't changed. The 5.5 M you quote needs to be added to 7 M that would have been mined. The new deal is better.

I guess there's still few minutes to buy @ 6600 BRO per btc  Wink

Nope. Too late. 327467 is the last at 6600 and it's been mined already.

The Terms and Conditions need to be amended to reflect the new Terms and Conditions.

@ Jay

You haven't answered my previous questions:

1.- Will there ever be no more than the 10 million bergstake that is offered in the ICO?

2.- Will these 10 million be enough to secure the network?

Thanks.

1. there will be exactly 12.5 million Bergstake, forever.

2.  I would think so, as long as the reward is incentive enough to "mine". also the gaming company has a vested interested in securing the coin, and would educate holders to continuously run full "mining" nodes.

You can simply introduce social & gaming features in the wallet, which will enhance user engagement on Breakoutcoin ecosystem and increase number of active nodes to improve PoB network security.

See how Reddcoin implemented social features in their wallet to achieve the largest number of active nodes among all PoS coins:
https://www.reddcoin.com/reddwallet
http://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/2dg88j/just_two_weeks_after_the_switch_to_pos_reddcoin/

Bitcoin Darkwallet has Lobby chat room feature which could certainly increase engagement among Breakout players, and thus increase number of active nodes to secure BRO PoB network:

I can invest x10 if the team can provide some information about gaming platform, trial phase...

Has anyone tried to forecast what a brocoin would be priced at if breakout achieves its goal of buying 25 million brocoin per month?

Currently, assuming the ICO reaches it's minimal goals, the BRO operation is being priced at (around) 18 million dollars, roughly the value of Peercoin.

I believe it is optimistic enough.

I hope you understand how ridiculous this is. A project that hasn't even launched yet with such a valuation. Guaranteed loss for investors  Roll Eyes

If you don't think so, than please show me an ICO which raised such an amount and still made a profit for investors? You can't find one? Guess why... And you guys think this one will be different... funny  Grin

You're confused.

BRO Devs are trying to raise a "modest $250K dollars (700btc) to finish the software", not $18 million dollars.

Once the 700 btc criteria is met, the "coin sale" will end:

Hi Groker,

Are you saying that your transaction hasn't completed and the total btc on breakoutcoin.com doesn't reflect your purchase?

Please feel free to pm me.  We also have a native Russian speaker on the team that can assist.

What do you mean 200mm coins?  Isn't it 19.5mm coins at launch, then Bergstake starts with only 1mm per year?

Bitcoin Clone
Pure Proof-of-Bergstake
Block Time Target: 3 minutes
PoB Block Reward: 1 million coins annually ~5.71 BRO block reward
200 million+ total coins
14 million coin Pre-Mine (< 7%)
