What kind of update do you need? ePay.info is oldest micropayments service which is trusted and popular. It's safe to use, don't worry. I am not sure it is safe. I am not able to access my account there since few days already I have write them 2 emails to help me and even write epay admin here on forum I have not got any answer yet. Hi everyone, I also have problem with my dogecoin and bitcoin address with epay. I can't log into my bitcoin address, which the page said that my address needed a password to log in, but I never add any password to this bitcoin address or email. As it said that "JUST ENTER YOUR WALLET ADDRESS TO BEGIN EARNING. NO REGISTRATION NEEDED". Why is it now that I can't simply check the balance of my address now. And now in order to withdraw my balance from that account, I need to get into my address to REQUEST WITHDRAWAL. Why did you change the auto withdrawal features to REQUEST WITHDRAWAL? How I missed FAUCETBOX. It is so easy to use, no registration, whatsoever. So simple. Now you need to registered and everything. So complicated. sigh. I now preferred FAUCETSYSTEM. Very similar to FAUCETBOX, and certainly not much bad reported problems with it. Epay is really very disappointing. I trusted you before, but now.  Only FAUCETSYSTEM AND XAPO are the best middleman for faucets. Maybe this is the end of faucets earning for me. As many of U know, the faucets are paying less and less nowadays, and earning BTC from faucets are getting more difficult, hard and long. But again and again, i lose my hard earned BTC because of these dishonest middleman. Why wouldn't we pay? Remember that after sending your request, a minimum of 1 day must pass, and maximum is 4 days, if 4 days is passed please contact us. |

Hi ePay team, great update and new look, feel and options. Is the sponsored faucet placement still working? I have applied on Feb 4th and have not yet been added. Also I wrote a support ticket about this but I see that support is over worked atm and I have no response. Here is the real problem, I have been rejected by an ad network because my traffic went from 4k unique per day to 300 unique per day. Please I need to be put back in the top!!! Without traffic my faucet will fail. On a more positive note... I love how every new update from ePay solves so many previous problems. I bet the ePay team will learn to deal with their rapid expansion soon enough. But please, people offering to pay you money need to be dealt with. Charge more if you must. I had similar problem. How long is it likely to take to show in epay account?

Per user budget are count as successful payment on my faucet, and I paid for it from my epay balance! no answer from epay support side in this issue.
