we haven't, just testing and checking and double-checking everything to minimise the chance of encountering any problems. It's a massive update, not just the interface and certain functions, but also a deep reworking of the whole platform, hence the time taken |

not entirely sure, as this is a by-product of our service, not a service we actually offer, but it's a very small amount - $1 or $3 or smth like that. The more important thing is to ensure that your Wirex account is verified. If it isn't and you attempt to link it to paypal and/or load with money, it may get blocked by the bank |

Wirex offers Mastercard, are they Maestro cards ? I am looking for a card mastercard wich is not a maestro
If they didn't change anything since the last time I have used them then the virtual card should a Visa one and the physical card should be MasterCard, there is no Maestro. correct - plastic cards cards are MasterCard, virtual cards are Visa. We don't do Maestro |

Моя почта: ajoee7boehinow@bk.ru Регистрировался на www.e-coin.io, там же и пополнил баланс, там же соответственно и повисли деньги Пробовал залогиниться с такой же парой логин:пасс на wirexapp.com, но не смог. При запросе восстановить пароль на wirexapp.com - приходит письмо для сброса пароля на почту с которой регистрировался в www.e-coin.io. - но сброс пароля не проходит (ни каких ошибок, страница продолжает висеть без редиректа дальше). С нетерпением продолжаю ждать от вас ответа. насколько вижу, все решено и разрулено. Wouldn't that be considered strange business practice to anyone else? What is the reasoning to exclude the largest population that is debit in the entire world with a debit card/credit card? Do they know they are missing out on huge profits there? if it was our decision and choice, mate, we would be there not tomorrow, but yesterday! Unfortunately, our partner bank cannot issue cards to US addresses, and that's not their decision or choice either, it's what regulators enforce. Getting into the US market is a hell of a task due to extremely heavy regulation, different for every state. We are looking into ways of getting there, but don't have the projected time frame just yet |

Зарегистрировался, 5 марта пополнил счет через биткоин. При попытке заказать карту - получаю ошибку (Transfer Failed). То же самое получаю когда пытаюсь вывести обратно биткоин. На письма не отвечают совсем. Пробовал обращаться через "contact us" форму, а так же писать на support@wirexapp.com (разумеется с почты зарегистрированной в системе). Везде полнейший игнор до сих пор. Сумма не большая порядка $40, но все же не приятно. Думайте трижды прежде чем с ними связываться и распрощаться с деньгами... не стоит смешивать кислое с пресным - периодические ошибки и задержки с ответами от саппорта и "распрощаться с деньгами" - очень разные категории. Еще НИКТО из пользователей сервиса не "распрощался" с деньгами, и никогда такого не будет. Ошибки время от времени - неизбежны для любого сервиса, работающего на передовой технологий, задержки с ответами саппорта - да, есть, признаем и не отрицаем, работаем над этим, и в самое ближайшее время ситуация будет кардинально улучшена. Если проблема все еще не решена, сообщите, пожалуйста, номер тикета в саппорте, разберемся. I've been using e-coin since last year. The only issue I have is the frequent timeouts on the website. "Service unavailable - try again." I don't know if you're overloaded or something but I hope you guys will fix this problem in the future.
this has been addressed recently and should already be a thing of the past, if not, it will be very soon |

i have nothing bad to say about them . however it used to be 2k per day cashout limit via ATM and now 1k only . this is bad thing . advcash allow 3k per/day and i guess they use the same bank
that shouldn't be the case - nothing changed from our bank's side in terms of ATM withdrawal limits. If your account is verified, it is still 2 withdrawals per day, up to $1000 each, subject to the limits of the actual ATM used. Could it be that the ATM you are using has a different limit policy now? Worth asking the bank operating the ATM.. |

У меня несколько вопросов,
1. Какой сейчас у вас реальный % за обслуживание? Просто я вот сейчас смотрю курс на битштампе он $1195 у вас курс $1150, разница в $45 это уже даже не 3%, а больше.
2. Почему никак не отреагировали на уязвимость в CloudFlare.
1. Многократно рассказывали в английской ветке - наш курс никак не привязан к битстампу, поэтому это не самый лучший бенчмарк для сравнения. За 3% точно никогда не выходили. Если посмотрите на разницу в курсах разных бирж в периоды высокой волатильности, даже там легко доходит до 1-3%, хотя это абсолютно идентичные (commoditized) сервисы 2.
