DDoS attack on xpoolx.com again! The only working pool is yPool at now
The ddos attack doesn't stopped since last week but i have it almost controlled. Please spread some miners to port 5000 to help me debugging. Thanks |

The user who was ddosing me (not you) stopped the ddos attack, Relax. I believe that the long term impact of these events will lead to a more decentralized riecoin network and eventual growth.
+1 But not very long term: it's already happening, we only had ypool, now we have ypool, gpupool, and hopefully xpoolx again soon. Next week xpoolx will be back online When your pool is back online ypool had problems... How strange! And when ypool is back online my pool had problems, that's strange too Im under DDOS again.. pool wont work correctly until i'll buy the firewall this next week |

Port 5000 doesn't work. Tested with many IPs
Xpoolx and port 5000 works quite nicely for me. Also, within the last 30 minutes, I solved a couple of blocks on gpupool.com, which also works ok. The problem may be on your side of things? Im opening a random port for each whitelist ip. 32 ip connected and the only collapsed port is yours. The ports are random and supposed to be secret for each user how can de atacker determine your port? Port scanning is forbidden too I dont know if you are doing on purpose or you are using a miner not supported what is doing json request like a thunder. But im pretty sure you are doing it on purpose cause the pool worker name with you are attacking is abc.2, the guy you are so jealous and the incoming json request are using the same parameters all the time Men, this is only question of time. Please change your miner's port to port 5000 to avoid this attack until i find a solution.
Why "abc" still solve block? DDos attack does not apply to all?? ......... Due to his hight hashrate he have 3 stratum server only for him and the ports are not open to internet. |

Yes it does, but still stopps if it cant find connection within x amount of tries. I often find the miner disconected. How do i get the miner to auto re connect in ubuntu?

What do you mean by auto reconnect? Do you mean when connection drops it stops trying to reconnect? It should auto-try in 45 secs I believe. There has been connection problems most of the day I believe the pool operator is working on it. Admin work to add Primecoin on xpoolx.com A user is DDOSing xpoolx.com and he is replacing the identity of abc but is not the real abc. The user is italian and i know his name, surname, address etc. Hope you are reading that and i think you better stop that stupid attacks. Anyway i'm fixing that and today will be fully operational. You can continue mining Thank you,...however some miners are connecting now while others are not, fyi, I suppose being patient is in order. Still unable to connect. Should we stop our miners from attempting connection while you are trying to fix the problem? It should be fixed now. Sorry the for the wait |

Can you give me your pool username? im testing the pool with different created accounts and it works fine.
I tried at least four accounts. Still the same problem! I can connect with my server 178.22.70.122 and even with other accounts Im connecting with different ips and different accounts and i dont see any problem :\ Did you created the worker in the webpage? Auto creation of workers is disabled. |

I did some tests with different ip and xpoolx.com and often the miner does not connect to the server on any of the available ports.It can not seem to do the DNS hostname resolution and remains on "Launching xxx threads ...". Also several tests on Cloud Computing platforms give the same result. Info from the Admin?

xpoolx seems to have problem with invalid shares. Server is delayed.
Today im going to migrate the server to another system more powerfull. This weekend issues should be fixed 100% Thanks for patience. |

But mining on pool solo miner is the same as doing it directly on your wallet? This explains the fact that the blocks are resolved by other users gpupool.com are not "paid" and being distributed equitably according to the share done individually, right?
I think he have the software like a pool but works different, the miner who solve the block gains each block. |
