161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: genesis-mining - Ethereum’s Ether Cloud Mining on: June 18, 2016, 07:57:56 PM
i really don't understand why would anyone go for GPU cloud mining!

first of all, no cloud mining will ever profit you!
the system is designed to profit the company providing the hardware & the infrastructure/platform.
simply because no one will ever work for Your profit!
always remember everyone works for their own profit and continue from there!
(cryptos is an industry not a charity!)

for ASIC cryptos; i get it, you want in.
you don't have access to specialized hardware,
you don't have the resources/patience/knowhow to run that hardware in your home/garage/attic/office/etc.
you approach cloud mining platforms just to be in.
remember what you pay for is just to be in!
you will not roi & you wont profit.
(been there done that!)

for GPU cryptos seriously why would you even consider cloud mining?
do you know how to buy hardware & assemble a pc?
do you know how to install/run windows?
do you know how to download/install dirvers?
do you know how to double click?
No?! ok! spend 50-60 hours of you precious time in this forum you'll learn all of that.
then spend as much as you wanna spend on cloud mining, and have your miner working right next to you!!!
once its not making profit anymore, sell it for parts or as a second hand pc in any local hardware market!
even if you start your research today and start mining 2 weeks from now you will roi & profit mining eth!
(if you have fairly priced/cheap electricity & fairly priced hardware.)

ALWAYS DO THE MATH FIRST THO

even if you don't know how to speculate & do actual math, don't worry much, many of the ppl cant; including me!
just gather as many numbers and as much data, put them in front of you & stare at them.
try & work out the patterns, study, learn, ask around & get a feel for that particular market.
its better than nothing!

there's an incredible amount of potential to cryptos!
do actual work and i promise you will profit!!!

This is so good to read. Many people don't know how it works. Companies are there to profit themself, and not let you profit.
With cloud mining, especially with scam artist like genesis mining, you won't earn any money.

In fact I am positive you are donating for their new rolex/ferrari.

Let's hope DLISK will find traction now.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned on: June 18, 2016, 07:45:13 PM
Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned is the accepting of Bitcoin by  websites and that are illegal .

Nahhh, it's not really banned, it's just not recommended as an a mode of payment, because we all know that until now, bitcoin is not legalize by many countries. But not totally banned.
Well, Russia did really ban bitcoins in their country. It's not just that bitcoin is not recommended as a mode of payment but it actually received a law of ban.
However, I heard there were calls for reconsideration about this. I wonder how did this/is this going.

The time when Russia did that they had big problems, because like China, bitcoin was used to flow money out of the country.
Which is stupid, since they can't regulate bitcoin.
164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GSW vs CAVS on: June 16, 2016, 02:52:51 PM
Making a prediction is hard on both of these, but I think GSW stand a chance to put an ending mark by winning the next game.
It has been decided as they have already won 3 out of 7 and need just 1 more win to make it.
The GSW can finish this series today and with Green back the Cavs are going to have a much harder time to score. So they have to be even better then they were in game 5.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: June 16, 2016, 02:47:36 PM
England has to win today else they are out of euro..cant believe they are unable to make a lead goal , wales playing very good especially their defense.
I am also rooting for England they have very good players but every time they just miss that extra bit of fire power that will lead them to winning those matches. I think that this year they are going to make something happen.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever go over 600 in next 5 years? (Till 2020) on: June 16, 2016, 02:43:35 PM
Will Bitcoin ever go over 600 in next 5 years? (Till 2020)

Feel free to add your reasons!

Bitcoin price-future is dark -  camp:
- The last bubble was the last one and it will never rise again this high
- The world is exposed to Bitcoin and it said ‘Nay’

Bitcoin price-future is light - camp:
- Bitcoin is still not mainstream, we are at the beginnings
- Fundamentals (Retailers who accept bitcoin, number of users, number of addresses, number of transactions, Millions that are invested in bitcoin-companies and technology) are good and getting better.
- Next bitcoin halving 2016 or 2017, inflation drops
- winklevoss presentation on bitcoins: https://winklevosscapital.com/value-investors-congress-presentation/
- Coindesk bitcoin fundamentals changing through 2014: http://www.coindesk.com/state-bitcoin-2015-ecosystem-grows-despite-price-decline/

- Big question mark is these EFT’s that shall bring Bitcoin to Wall Street.

The Bitcoin is already over $600 and it is on its way to $700 so that has already been passed. I am now looking forward to hitting $1000 because that is going to attract allot of attention and more users.
167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never reach $700 again on: June 16, 2016, 02:37:57 PM
Lol dont say things like this because i know for sure that in about 1 or 2 weeks the price will be over the 700 so just wait and you will see that i am right and dont come back with your sorry of scaring people off to sell now.
Yeah as you can see the price is now on its way to hit $700 any time soon now, so lets hope that it is going to happen before the halving so that I can sell some of my coins.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: June 16, 2016, 02:33:33 PM
That is already over 6 more years and I do not think that almost everybody is going to make use of it because even almost everyone is allot of people. It is not impossible tho bu it will be hard to accomplish that.
169  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 16, 2016, 02:29:58 PM
At the moment I would still choose cash before Bitcoin because you can do much more with it and buy more stuff with cash. Maybe in the future the Bitcoins is going to be better but they still have a couple of years to make that happen.
170  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin will pass 1000 usd again ? on: June 16, 2016, 02:25:41 PM
yes please give your ideas and  make comments but please be realistic

i hope  1 week before halving .
I am always realistic when we are talking about the Bitcoin price. I think that it is going to depend on what is going to happen to te price after the halving. If the price keeps rising after that I think that we can hit it this year.
171  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 16, 2016, 02:21:57 PM
I think 2017 will truly be the year for bitcoin, because I feel that halving will happen in 2016, it will cause people to know about bitcoin, and start buying bitcoin
I do not know what to believe because some people sad the same thing about 2016. I want to believe that 2017 is going to be a good year but I just cannot believe it. I will have to see it with my own eyes.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: June 16, 2016, 08:37:19 AM
When do you stop? Do you have a daily limit or something?
When you see that your pockets or wallets is getting a bit empty that is when to stop with gambling because if you go own it will become empty. Stop before it is to late.
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016 NBA Finals on: June 16, 2016, 08:32:09 AM
Today game six of the Nba finals is going to take place at the home court of the GSW, they have to win this game because if they will have to go back to Cleveland that is going to be a hard task for the GSW.

Warriors can win against on Cavaliers if they had the play with game 1 and game 2. I think it will be also a hard game in game 6, Cavaliers will the necessary things just to push Warriors on game 7.

I believe that GSW will give a against him in this match. So all of the games will take place quite well and is full of charming surprises made by GSW. Cleveland will get a fairly painful attacks.
I hope you are not right because I want the cavaliers to win, I have to trust them because they are playing at home and even though the warriors are good in this match up the cavaliers have a good home record.
I think that the GSW are going to win this series in 7 games they will win the last game when the pressure is at the highest. That is when Steph Curry is going to shine.
174  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin in 10 years on: June 16, 2016, 08:27:57 AM
I see it ran by everyone who uses bitcoin today, and more. I also see it at the same price as today, but alot more :0
I am not sure where I am going to see the Bitcoin over 10 years because so many things can happen with in these 10 years. Maybe the Bitcoin is going to being take over by a bank. We will just have to wait it out and see what is going to happen in the future.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Predict the price for January 1, 2017 on: June 16, 2016, 08:22:19 AM
what is your prediction for the price at the end of 2016?

While I think the price could swing all over the place, I predict a price of $750 on January 1, 2017.
The price in the beginning of 2017 is going to be somewhere around $800. It is not sure that the price will be around that because everything can happen with the Bitcoin price.
176  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: June 16, 2016, 08:18:13 AM
No that is just never going to happen you have so many currencies in the world so it will not be possible for the Bitcoin to replace all of those. It can be possible to take over one countries currency.
177  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade house for 1 bitcoin on: June 16, 2016, 08:14:36 AM
Most likely a bitcoin will never be worth that much, although I hope it will be.
I also hope that the price will sometime be that I but I find it hard to believe tho. A house is worth much money so I do not think that one Bitcoin will be worth that much.
178  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you like to receive your salary in BTC? on: June 16, 2016, 08:09:56 AM
The salary in bitcoins is a good thing for those who also trade with them for the rest of us I'm not sure if it's a great idea.
Because bitcoin only effective to use for online activities but it's not effective to use in real life or our environmental. Our community is unfamiliar with BTC. I'm not interested in receiving all of my salary in BTC form.
I do not want my salary in Bitcoins and I also do not think that it is going to be possible. If they want to make it possible then the government also have to be involved because of the salary and most people do not want that.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 08:06:09 AM
People are stop using the Bitcoin because sometimes it can be a long time before you are ready to make some money. Poeple want to make fast money and that is not always possible with Bitcoin.
