Ma rimanenti de che? L'offerta era unica per BTC e MSC) Si son fatti fregare come degli idioti (si sono trovati con il pieno di spazzatura-mastercoin e senza BTC) e han deciso di farla pagare agli investitori, come sempre.

Io direi: aggiungiamo un'altra cryptomoneta, un protocollo sviluppato a cavallo tra le due, facciamo un logaritmo, tre integrali funzionali, una rete neurale e un pizzico di sale e ci dovremmo essere.
Comunque m'è venuta curiosità, al più presto vado ad approfondire meglio ; )

@picchio: ho avuto il tempo giusto per dare una lettura frettolosa quindi non so molto più di quanto abbiamo scritto. Per capire quella tabella coin/tempo bisognerebbe capire come avviene il "mining", in che relazione stanno i safecoins con i punti POR (proof of resource) e così via... Sarebbe interessante sapere se c'è una data prevista per il lancio della versione alfa (si parlava di uno-due mesi). Aggiornamoci tramite questa discussione. Intanto spero che non abbiano fatto troppo casino con i numeri perchè mi sembra che abbiano venduto troppi coins rispetto a quanto avevano annunciato, visto che solo con i mastercoins hanno venduto 460 milioni (su 4,3 miliardi totali). (doveva essere 30% di premine totale, di cui 10% complessivamente per la IPO, ed un altro 20% diviso tra core-developers, bounties per gli sviluppatori, e investitori precedenti della MaidSafe Foundation). Se ciò venisse implementato al meglio ... si avrebbe cosi un exchange interno e quindi ancora più sicurezza e velocità nei vari scambi fra tutte le alt-coins , spero solo venga fatta al più presto !
Ma non so, ci sono i pro ed i contro nel basare una "crypto2.0" sulla blockchain del bitcoin... un PRO è quello di affidarsi ad un libro mastro messo in sicurezza da miliardi di miliardi di hash/s, uno dei contro è sicuramente la lentezza del sistema (pensa che per inserire un'offerta nell'orderbook alla meglio devi aspettare 10 minuti per l'uscita del primo blocco e devi pagare 0.0001 BTC di fee... se fai il market-maker inizia a diventare un po' una rottura...) |

Ci mettono un po' perchè stanno facendo tutto a mano, però alla fine ti manderanno i MaidSafeCoin all' indirizzo BTC da cui gli hai spedito i tuoi bitcoins. Questi nuovi sistemi P2P registrano dei dati sulla blockchain del bitcoin sfruttando i metadati che si possono inserire nelle transazioni, quindi consentono di ampliare le potenzialità della blockchain stessa. In pratica: prima i wallet potevano contenere solo bitcoins, ora possono contenere anche altri "asset", tra cui, per esempio, Mastercoins e MaidSafeCoins. Ti aveva risposto knyethin su, ma quel link è solo per chi ha inviato mastercoins (mi sono informato nel frattempo).
Per i bitcoiners la cosa sarà più lunga perchè le operazioni non sono automatizzate (hanno detto 24h).
Questi tokens utilizzano il protocollo mastercoin, quindi praticamente stanno "dentro" gli indirizzi BTC.
Devi dare un'occhiata al tuo indirizzo utilizzando non i classici blockchain explorers (come blockchain.info) ma quelli che appunto consentono di vedere gli asset del protocollo mastercoin.
per esempio
masterchest.info e masterchain.info (che fa anche da wallet)
ma ce ne sono altri.
Masterchain è quello che si è bloccato "a tempo" oggi (e che ancora non funziona)

Se ho capito si tratta di una moneta che viene guadagnata mettendo risorse nella rete e si spende utilizzando risorse. Parliamo di p2p ma non so a quali servizi si fa riferimento e a come funzionano.
Se qualcuno ha capito qualcosa di piu' sarebbe gradita un feedback.
Questo funzionerà solo quando il network maidsafe verrà lanciato. In pratica tu metti a disposizione un po' di memoria, un po' di bandwitch e di CPU ed ottieni, in proporzione, dei punti POR (Proof Of Resource). Per farla semplice, per sfruttare le tue risorse, qualcuno dovrà comprare i tuoi punti con dei Safecoin. Quindi se voglio archiviare su maidsafe un video, o un file, o creare un applicazione o un sito, dovrò pagare le risorse di rete tramite safecoins. Per ora però ci sono i maidsafecoins che sono solo dei tokens definiti sul protocollo mastercoin che rappresentano la proprietà dei veri safecoins... in pratica quando la rete verrà lanciata, si potranno scambiare i tokens con i safecoins della rete maidsafe... spero di essere stato chiaro, nella fretta  Spero che quella lista sia sbagliata o si riferisca anche a qualcos'altro (ci sono i fondi degli sviluppatori e degli investitori originali) perchè sul sito safecoin.io pare che l'acquisto tramite BTC sia ancora attivo, ma li siamo già a 456 milioni quando il limite era a 430... inoltre il mio indirizzo non è presente |

bloccando la raccolta di msc senza spiegazioni (di fatto mandando in perdita chi aveva acquistato msc nelle ultime ore per partecipare) e modificando le regole in corsa, non hanno fatto una buona impressione.
Eccomi qua, uno dei "fregati" ; ) Mi spiace non aver avvertito prima sul forum italiano ma ho saputo ieri sera dell'IPO, giusto il tempo di leggere il regolamento, comprare qualche MSC (poca roba fortunatamente) e rimanere fregato Comunque l'han fatta sporca, io credo pure che masterchain.info abbia iniziato a non funzionare proprio per non far "dumpare" i propri mastercoins ai novizi (stile MtGox aprile 2013), o per fare un favore alla MaidSafe Foundation che stava per ritrovarsi (e comunque gli è finita così) con una massa enorme e inutile di MSC e senza moneta buona (BTC!). Poi c'è da capire in che misura la MaidSafe sia stata artefice o vittima di questo pumpadumpa, visto che si sono ritrovati a possedere una valanga di MSC svalutati. In ogni caso il giudizio oscilla tra la malafede e la stupidità... speriamo che si riprendano... il progetto merita molta attenzione |

I tried sending some mastercoins out today, and this is my first time attempting to do so. I've verified with a couple of the block explorers that I have 10+ MSC associated with an address. I entered the destination address into masterchain.info, and followed the send instructions. I made sure I had a little BTC associated with that address, and dumped the private key in my QT client, pasted it into the forms, followed all of the instructions, and received the response "transaction sent" and a link to blockchain.info transaction. It's been almost an hour, and the TXID isn't showing up and my MSC balance has not changed. Can anyone confirm that this site is still working as advertised?
I learned that masterchain.info uses blockchain.info to broadcast transactions. Since blockchain.info was down when I attempted to send using masterchain.info, that is probably why the transaction didn't go through. I missed out on the crowdsale since they pulled the Mastercoin only a few hours after posting it. here the same...  Another guy said something about needing 0,015 BTC in his account in order to send MSC, I don't really know anything about how it works though. That's not the problem, I have 0.18 BTC there. The website is not working. Either way the MSC address is closed or in the process of being closed for donations, so even if you manage to send your transaction you'll just get it returned. nick.lambert

The value of every coin is highly subjective, specially with these low volumes. Clearly the prices fixed by the MaidSafe foundation were thought to give a push to mastercoins. I don't see a problem here. Everytime a business accepts bitcoins is doing exactly the same.
The wrong thing is to announce that you will accept mastercoins and retract after 2 hours. This is price manipulation.
