161  Economy / Goods / Re: i will send you postcard for free or for some satoshi on: September 08, 2017, 09:32:14 PM
Is this free or paid?

I'd like a free postcard.. Smiley

If you're charging 0.001161 (which is a hell of a lot for a postcard), then it's not
free, is it? And what country would you be sending this postcard from?  That fact makes
all the difference in the world for collectors.

I'd like to know the country as well.

Is shipping included?

For the sake of argument (and that I forgot Tongue) I will say yes Smiley

Thanks. Smiley

163  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MESSAGE FROM GRAVITATE CASH OUT COINS NOW on: September 05, 2017, 07:53:51 PM
So it could be possible,. That the public addresses were intentionally not the same as the private keys in hopes to not have anyone peel the coins. So when people fine out, play stupid and just repay the people .....   Hence ... The Long Con..

Yes, and with the small amounts (0.01 - 0.05) who would want to peel them anyway?

And those who do find out would definitely contact Gravitate first.
164  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MESSAGE FROM GRAVITATE CASH OUT COINS NOW on: September 05, 2017, 03:56:05 PM
At what point do mistakes turn into a scam?
Private keys not matching isn't something to be taken lightly...

Keeping in mind that there aren't any back-ups, so those funds are non-retrievable. (Or so gravitate can claim.)

Sorry to hear DumbChump and MJ. Hope you guys get a refund.

BlockShow Meetups are for unique & cool start up projects, investors, business owners, blockchain & bitcoin enthusiasts and pretty much anyone who shares an interest in Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and ICOs.

The ICOscar Competition

If your startup is about to save the world or just making someone’s everyday life a bit easier – ICOscar StartUp competition is waiting for you!

A short-list of the 3-4 most promising Blockchain startups will be selected by the crowd during the meetup. They will continue competing for a prize of 20,000 $ (and counting) and full assistance from Waves and Qtum in holding a successful ICO. Final round of ICOscar will take place at BlockShow Asia 2107 in Singapore, on the 29-30th of November.

Sounds like a cool chance, doesn’t it? 🙂

If you'd like to participate, feel free to mail us your pitch at vibhor@vauxpay.com

The winners of our previous competition were Bancor and Status, which have gathered more than $200mln during their ICOs!

Did you pay for a funded one?
If so, did you get the 2 BTC back when Altin was returning them?
174  Local / India / Re: UnoCoin ICO ? on: August 13, 2017, 09:34:09 AM
This is really scary because previously from users account 0.02 btc was transferred and now to all their users somebody is sending this false rumors of ICO. This means that their is a huge security breach and this may impact their business in coming time. I think users will now think twice before dealing with them.

I agree. Actually, 0.25BTC was transferred from a number of accounts. (Or so they claimed.)

Looks like the hackers got their email database.
Maybe a good time to change your passwords on other Bitcoin related sites. (If you use the same password.)
175  Local / India / Re: UnoCoin ICO ? on: August 12, 2017, 02:08:04 PM
Probably a scam. I received a mail too.

Unocoin just raised funding from Bnktothefuture.
I don't think they're doing an ICO.

177  Local / India / Re: Zebpay Bitcoin Transfer Fees Issue. on: August 11, 2017, 06:36:17 PM
How to find out how much transaction fee did the website actually pay while doing a bitcoin transfer.
I recently did a 1 btc withdrawal from coinsecure and had manually entered the fee as 0.001 btc so that the confirmation can happen quickly. However it took over two hours for the first transaction. I think coinsecure may have paid only 0.0001 btc instead of the 0.001 btc that i had paid, leading to confirmation delay.

Can you share the TX ID?
Or maybe the Bitcoin address you transferred the BTC to?

Here or via PM?

Just received the TX ID via PM.

The actual fees paid by CS is: 0.00072358 BTC. (The tx contained multiple outputs and had a combined fee of 0.00072358 BTC)
