161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Speculation - Spectrecoin (XSPEC) on: September 30, 2018, 12:00:07 AM
This coin has good tech and good development, but lack in promotion and community size. It need more promotion and exchange, but i understand coz its ICO raised only small amount. today more exchange=more listing fee.
if xspec has good tech then is that mean price will increase automatically? Hell no.
At least try listing in idex
New exchanges do not solve anything and do not increase the cost, but only increase the volume of trading.

This coin has a strong and large community, there are technologies - this will eventually give rise to a price.
increasing trading volume will lead to increasing in price, more ppl interested in xspec, more ppl will buy this coin. strong and large community not increase price, ppl buying xspec do.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Here is how i survive in red market on: September 29, 2018, 11:52:50 PM
Such high staking masternode/Poss coins are far from guaranteed profit given how unstable the circulating supply is. Massive returns are possible but more likely is that your coins will dump in value at the same rate as you accumulate more.
yes personally i'll avoid that ROI with more than 1k%, mostly not stable and no volume, or shitcoin. but i know good coin with good project and sweet return, i'll keep it for my self  Grin but that masternodes site is really useful tool
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell bounty token at a loss? on: September 29, 2018, 11:46:02 PM
hold only applied to token with good prospect, coz there's chance that your coin will dump further and stay long at very low price.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Here is how i survive in red market on: September 29, 2018, 11:35:43 PM
What you do in bear market? what you do when your coin price down, or bounty payment is far below your expectation?
many ppl will HODL their coin until pamp, but when? when pamp? when lambo?

that's not smart way to survive in red market. this is smart way to survive in red market:
1. cash out to fiat (if your loss is huge, skip this)
2. trade your coin/scalping (if you are nub or just simply lazy reading chart everyday, skip)
3. hold coin/token which give you airdrop (if you are impatient or don't know what coin to hold, skip)
4. hold top coin (btc and its childrens) and token with extraordinary project ex. Pundi X (i sold all mine 5 day ago) (not surprising way)
5. staking

i've tried ^this all, and for now staking is best way to get more money in red market. i have real job so trading is not suitable, i also can't just hold, that's not productive and give you nothing. by staking, you can grow your coin by doing nothing, and can give you decent profit if you stake coin with big return (always stake good coin).

(improved post, thanks to Dancing_Lion)

Edit September 2022:
- i know those are obvious

- removed masternode

- always stake in your own wallet! Do not use 3rd party staking service, like exchange

- you can do day trading even if you can not see/read chart everyday. Just use trading bot in exchange. Each exchange may have different names but be sure to use ONLY SPOT TRADING BOT and choose pair with high volume and coin with lower price than your balance. I gained $3.5 in 1.5 day with $40 in trading balance. 9% for a day, not bad.
For muslim, futures trading is haram, my brother. Spot still give you good earning

- Nowadays dapps like social media type can get you free cryptocurrency. Like steemit or hive.blog and many more.

- nft is scam

- blockchain game is scam unless free to play. But that is usually not worth the time.

Good luck all 🙂
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing on ICOs still profitable? on: September 27, 2018, 11:59:40 PM
Investing in ICO now is gambling. many ico with real project get dumped after listed in market and many trash ico with price 1-2 gwei get pumped after listed in market. So now don't expect short term profit without big big risk
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Exchange coin trend, Will all exchanges soon have their coin? on: September 27, 2018, 11:58:02 PM
Now many exchanges create their own coin because binance successful with its BNB coin. and they can get more money because their coin by creating pair or by voting system
167  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: APA SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN YANG MENURUT ANDA PALING BAGUS? on: September 07, 2018, 10:32:22 AM

168  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: APA SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN YANG MENURUT ANDA PALING BAGUS? on: September 07, 2018, 09:50:16 AM

Contoh manager bagus: sapta, arteezy.rtx, woshib

170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people nervous about owning and investing in cryptocurrencies? on: September 06, 2018, 04:28:06 PM
How if crypto market never recover? nothing backed cryptocurrency.
Also how you feel if you invest in something that many governments against it
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: i want to invest now,What coin will rise max when the bull market arrives? on: September 06, 2018, 01:36:12 PM
Small cap coins have more growth potential than big coins like btc or eth, but more risky. so best plan is 2/3 for big coins like btc, eth, neo, xmr, and 1/3 for small coins/tokens with strong fundamental.

But put all your saving for crypto is not a wise decision
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Speculation - Spectrecoin (XSPEC) on: September 05, 2018, 01:44:32 AM
Why do people rate this coin as good ?I checked it at Coinmarket and found that its price went to the end of the line and there was no volum. It is not like alive and all its exchange is shit exchange
This coin has good tech and good development, but lack in promotion and community size. It need more promotion and exchange, but i understand coz its ICO raised only small amount. today more exchange=more listing fee.

173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top crypto under $1... Good tech, too on: September 04, 2018, 11:59:27 PM
XLM, ADA, those are top crypto under $1. Some of your mentioned coin/token are not top crypto. it isn't about only price or tech only but also community, marketing, marketcap, etc (project as a whole).
CS and NPXS also have big potential in the future
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs should only create Tokens with Working Product(s) on: September 01, 2018, 11:57:39 PM
All ICO with working product will happen only if we have ICO regulation, coz we alone can't do much thing as trash ICO boom is the side effect of cryptocurrency decentralization
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more important for us, more investment (ETF) or more adoption? on: August 28, 2018, 12:58:51 PM
Adoption is by far more important than the ETF.  Hell no one ever cared about ETF's last year and we were fine and skyrocketing.  Makes you wonder why everyone cares so much now and it seems to be the make or break item for Bitcoin.  It's laughable.
lol this is true, i even don't know last year there was bitcoin ETF
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto need to step out of Bitcoins shadow? Opinions please? on: August 27, 2018, 11:36:28 PM
Although i respect conservative opinion, "cryptocurrency is bitcoin" is wrong thought. Yes first cryptocurrency is bitcoin but take a note that bitcoin is based on other currency idea. Different is satoshi created with name bitcoin and it worked succesfully.
It is same as you say US dollar is only fiat money because it has bigger power.
In order to make cryptocurrency and blockchain grow more advanced, altcoin is needed
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin uses too much energy? on: August 27, 2018, 10:33:21 PM
For me, bitcoin is valuable because it is hard to obtain it. Those money we spend on expensive hardware and electricity is a backup of bitcoin value.
Then if bitcoin mining consumes more energy, isn't it will be more valuable?
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEWS Venezuela plans to create a cryptocurrency Central Bank on: August 27, 2018, 10:01:22 PM
It seems venezuela will do anything to escape hyperinflation and debt, even with illegal way.
As for petro, i don't have many information about it and also i can't access its block explorer. then it is not cryptocurrency because it is very centralized
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How good projects should start on: August 27, 2018, 09:53:38 PM
Yes they use airdrop as way to make community bigger.
Any good projects need to have MVP, and give bigger portion of advertising fund for external sites (fb ads, google ads, influencer) instead signature campaign which is we know people here want bounty instead invest in ICO
180  Other / Off-topic / Re: Soon we would not need banks on: August 27, 2018, 09:00:21 PM
This is my opinion too since I first met my bitcoin. As a person working in the banking sector today, I do not think the banks will survive in the near future. Cryptocurrencies can change the financial system completely.
lol survive from what?
We will not going anywhere in near future. What will happen is banks will likely adopt blockchain and go full digital
