IPO or Initial Public Offering is a movement where company are introducing their product on the market also can be refer as Initial Product Offering.
ICO or Initial Coin Offering where company are raising funds to develop their on going project. They have product but not totally made or finish thats why they use ICO to fund it. Also know as Crowd funding.
Not true what you are saying. How do you else explain that facebook did an IPO 8 years after launching facebook.... It has to do with going up on the stock exchange and not about offering a product.... also ICO is not like a crowdfunding. Yes maybe both are same, people put money into unfinished product. But in crowdfunding the product, project and creator is more clear and most ICO going scam. someone post thread on bitcointalk about his/her coin, then people starting to invest but after the dev get money he/she can just take the money and leave his project without further development. ICO is more like donation |

They ban ICO (and margin trading? from what i read). I didn't see down price, mean it's good (what they did is really good i think). Cryptocurrency will have healthier grow, no scam ICO stealing people money.
Then, will Japan ban ICO too?

For all of your die-hard Altcoin traders out there, share some input on your experiences or strategies you may have implemented/utilized to find success. I myself have had my fair share of dumb luck (knock on wood) but i'm interested to hear what some of you legends have to say.
I've tried, but I can't make the magic happen though. I'm either on a small loss or a very small profit, on the altcoins I've invested. They should be quite profitable though, because on some pumps I see gains of 200% on the last 24h, and that is just huge. I never managed to gt anything like that though. Maybe I'm not good enough, or maybe it's just a matter of luck. bought ltc at 0.017, and now it's at 0.013. Don't have any choice beside hold, maybe for years. Big coin never gave me big profit, small coin does (3x and 10x  ). 200% is huge profit but also has big risk, i prefer to buy in health grow. Also i think big pump only happen for one time, 200% on last 24h mean you won't see any pump for a week or month |

You still have another day to make big profit. I had bought all-in and ended up loss because the price goes lower or i lost moment to sell and dump started. Then i must wait again for days or weeks.
Now i always split my money when buy a coin. I won't go all-in unless i very very very sure the price will goes up

china issue is gone, i think no more bad news will coming out. chinese exchanges closing in 30th Sept won't have big impact to bitcoin, we already faced big dump. now just move forward, continue to normal trading or hold it's up to you, just leave china issue behind.

dogecoin is more cryptocurrency than other cryptocurrency. Fast transaction, mass adoption, still has solid community in reddit, and most important part, it is used as payment. Just need a little update, to make sure this coin isn't abandoned by its developer. Still, although without the devs, it has future in its community.
Just my thought, dogecoin is better than those high tech special feature coins, in term of real cryptocurrency.

I just imagine the amount of potentials doge coin possesses and at the same time it just seems its not moving. In the past year, several coins have came out even after DogeCoin and they have even gone beyond the level that they were drastically but it seems DogeCoin is just crawling and I feel its due to not much activities around the coin, no token being created and the developers, I don't know what they are into. don't expect dogecoin to has high price. it's almost perfect as digital payment, because fast transaction and of course, its big amount. That's why it has big supply. If you looking for profit in trading, dogecoin is not best choice. It's not created to has high price or as crypto asset or as expensive trading commodity |

Dodgecoin will have a future! I believe. If they upgrade it for the better, it will for sure. It is actually better than bitcoin in other ways like it can do fast transaction with just not so big fee. I personally fan of it. It is my favorite compared to those other altcoin.
Couldn't agree more with you, mate. Dogecoin is indeed, faster and cheaper than Bitcoin in every way. Where Bitcoin is used as a store of value, Dogecoin is used as digital money for everyday payments at a fraction of the cost. With it, anyone can join in easily without sacrificing much of their money, due to its inexpensive price. So even though we may not be able to see some real development for Dogecoin, it will still be used as a solid means of payment for many years to come. If it manages to grow its users and fan base, then it could go all the way to the moon! Together, we can make Dogecoin a better cryptocurrency for the masses. I think it will definitely be bad for ico founders and the participants ..
Because with the new regulations there will be more costs to be incurred.
But the problem is not good or bad. Sooner or later there will be rules enforced for ico because the turnover of money in this ico world is very high.
too many people lost their money because scam ICO, so regulation is very needed. But it's also bad if regulation is too strict, because ICO is helping people to learn about investing and launching business |

You are very correct! If you have some money to spare, I will suggest you split and buy at every consecutive dip. However, any time anyone buys now, you won't regret it most definitely.

now there are many options for a good altcoin collection that you can choose. I advise you to choose Etehereum, monero and and Litecoin. the three coins have good prospects in the future.
yes i think so. Litecoin is undervalued, it is close to bitcoin so the price must be at least like ethereum. Both ethereum and monero have special features, and many coins out there also have it. want to play safe just invest in top 3-5 coins |
