161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: June 16, 2017, 09:15:23 PM
With all the seriousness currently experienced in the crypto-currency world, i don;t think anyone can now save bitcoin for fun. The price i sis enticing that everybody will be thinking of investing in bitcoin and reaping thereafter due to the ever-changing bitcoin price. I would not do it for fun but save to earn big in the near future
162  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: June 16, 2017, 09:12:43 PM
The biggest dream that everyone will have have is to own a personal house and avoid those monthly payments to other people (Landlords) in terms of rent. If you bought bitcoins a year ago, I hope you are smiling now because the price has gone rocket high and you can reap enough if you the sell the bitcoins at the current price. You can definitely buy a house if you had a few bitcoins and kept them safely.
163  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: June 16, 2017, 08:38:24 PM
Human beings have become so self-centered to the extend that what they all think about is themselves. They consider the person next to them as an enemy. If the person is of a different race, religion or even gender, people don't feel comfortable to co-exist with them. We have a few elements who might be going against the norms of their groups, i.e. religion, race or gender, but this does not mean everybody in that group is of a similar character. Therefore, despite the fact that a few people professing to be Muslims have been doing weird actions, i don't think this is representative of the entire populace of Islam. Therefore, this is just stereotyping and there is nothing like everybody hates Muslims.
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: June 16, 2017, 08:24:30 PM
Bitcoin has proved many people wrong by improving day by day. No one knew that its price could be where it is right now. I remember sometimes last year and even early this year, people were suggesting that the price of bitcoin will drop. Surprisingly, the price has risen to the point that bitcoin is now more valuable than Gold-the most precious metal in the world. In view of this, I think bitcoin has a very bright future and what we are waiting for is just governments to recognize and accept bitcoin as a medium of exchange.

As some might not yet have seen it:

There is a contest going on here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1963905

Have fun!

A very nice contest indeed but it seems some of us might not be able to participate. The requirement that one outs on both the avatar and signature is a tall order to some. We are already enrolled to other signature campaigns and thus are wearing their signatures. I cannot remove the signature to play the pd contest only to lose later. Signature campaigns are currently very competitive and removing your signature will make you lose your position to some one else who is already waiting to join.

It could be better if people chose between the avatar and signature or both, if you can.

Is the forum down or is it just me?

Okay faithful users...we're currently in the process of relocating and upgrading our purpose built forum to improve the forum experience for you dedicated members. Please be sure to check back within the next few hours!

I think as the message puts it, the forum is down due to maintenance. It seems they are migrating the servers and therefore the forum can not be accessed. I tried login but the system rejected.

I was enjoying  a faucet of 3461 satoshi and was surprised today to find that it has been reduced to 668 satoshi. I don't think it makes sense at all to reduce the amount of satoshi in the faucet because at the end of the day, we all gamble and it goes back to primedice. Anyway, primedice has all the authority to decide what they offer on the faucet and we just have to follow.
173  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Any site still giving away bitcoins? on: June 11, 2017, 04:46:39 AM
The price of bitcoin has gone so high and the transaction fees also risen. Getting free bitcoins is no longer feasible given the high transaction fees. Whatever number of bitcoins you may get, it might be difficult to transfer them to your wallet because of the transaction fees. The only option in getting free bitcoins is to be patient and collect them for a longer time. When you have accumulated enough, it will be easier to transfer them to your wallet.
174  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to buy 15 BTC with PayPal - Masspayment, non-reversible method! on: June 11, 2017, 04:38:47 AM
Having lost my bitcoin in a similar trade, I would not advice anyone to exchange bitcoin with Paypal. Whichever method you are using, make sure that it does not go against the terms and conditions set on Paypal

176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: June 11, 2017, 04:27:40 AM
can gambling give you lessons in life? it all depends with your state of mind and your intentions for gambling. There is a saying that goes 'life is a gamble". and indeed we all don't know what will happen tomorrow. We know our past but we don't know our future, therefore life in itself is a gamble. When you think in terms of gambling with your money to gain, that is where the problem is. You can only gamble with what you can afford to lose. Of course there are times when you can gain but most of the times you will lose. That is why people keep on gambling to get back what they lost.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would you store >100 Bitcoins? on: June 11, 2017, 04:21:13 AM
More than 100 btc?. That would burst my wallet Grin I would split that into several wallets both on and offline for security purposes. Also at the moment, you can not risk to keep everything in bitcoin because you don't know what is going to happen next. You might wake up one day and find that price has dropped to $10 and stay there for good. What will you with your <100 btc? Throw away?
178  Economy / Services / Re: GET 0.001 BTC for SIMPLE REGISTRATION ! on: June 11, 2017, 04:14:45 AM
People should be very careful when they join such giveaways which are not clear. How can you just expect to earn bitcoins for signing up?. If someone asks you to sign up and get paid, just know that he wants traffic to his site and you will never be paid. If someone asks to perform a certain task for payment, I will give a second thought and see whether the task is worthy it or not.
179  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people like Trump? on: June 11, 2017, 04:00:59 AM
Trump promised to return America to its old glory but I think he is instead sending it to the dogs. The US being a super power needed someone with a clear mind who would appreciate that America has no natives and everybody is a migrant. No one can really lay claim and say that America belongs to this or that group and therefore others are not needed. Migrating to America started like 1000 years ago and people came from different parts of the world. What Trump is propagating in the US is just hate and he has nothing to offer to Americans.
180  Other / Off-topic / Re: Going to be homeless in 19 days advice? on: June 11, 2017, 03:27:02 AM
This sounds like a desperate situation but personally I feel it has not reached a stage of desperation yet. All you are thinking about is just in your minds. It seems the drugs have taken you hostage that you can not think positively any more. Life is not anyway easy but somehow you can manage if you have the right mind. Get off the drugs and start thinking about life, your future and your family. You are lucky you are leaving in Canada where other like us leaving in poor countries would admire to live. Why would people migrate from their home countries and come to Canada to leave a decent life than you who was born and raised their? What do they have that is more important than yours for them to earn a living when you are homeless - in your home country?. Think about this and seek the guidance of a professional counselor to help you go back to a decent life.
