Is this from PD or is it just a scam? They keep muting me for nothing so its looks weird the mail me and say i am a loyal customer.  

Well, the  promotion doesn't contain any phishing links or any thing asking you to pay on some email id. Its just a plain simple email from which only the workers at primedice could benefit. You should ask if this is real from the support. Please may I ask from which email did you receive this message?

The offer is legitimate. I have asked from support about it, they forwarded me to Brais from marketing who replied only selected users got the offer.

Any ideas who was eligible for getting this offer? And as I have not linked my email with my pd account, how do I know if I was selected for this offer not? Anything special that I'll get to see on my PD?

pretty sure if you didn't link your email to your primedice account you will not be eligible for the rakeback
the problem is I missed this email (if it ever arrived  ) because the spam email i linked my Primedice account to
is getting like 500 letters daily,currently at 2 mil in the inbox,haha

Yeah I get this also. This happens with Gmail. Basically you can say some email is NOT SPAM but eventually what will happen is a few days later, it will be automatically labelled as spam again. I think its because others report the email as SPAM and gmail flags everybody who receives those emails.

Gmail is the best email for escaping from spam emails. Even though you don't make them spam but if a majority of their other users mark it as a spam then they will mark all the emails from particular site as spam email and directly push it to the spam folder. But if you find anyone of the email and make them not spam then later on all emails you receive will come to inbox folder.

I believe faucet is decreased because all faucet abusers - or maybe it's just because bitcoin value is very high.
Someone already mention on previous page the same thing:

Faucets have been decreased to just 722 satoshi from 3600 satoshi. Hope it will help out in controlling facuet farmers and we soon will be able get claims like before soon.

I believe faucet is decreased because all faucet abusers - or maybe it's just because bitcoin value is very high.

Faucet has been decreased because of both faucet abusers and bitcoin value as well. But the best thing nowadays is, there's a bot (SeuntjieBot) who will ask some trivias questions for us to answer to get 10k satoshi as the prize. And it doesn't require us to deposit specific amount of money in specific period of time to be able to participate on it.

I think primedice just banning the country that doesn't supported in gambling that ganbling banned from there country. I've never heard something that they banning people that gamble eith them and gain profit.... Although if you break some bad rules with them..

looks like its been a while since you logged into your PD account. Actually edward updated about it a week ago since the faucet limit is applied. However edward also opened a topic about resetting the faucet back to normal on the forum. You can give your name to reset your faucet there.

looks like its been a while since you logged into your PD account. Actually edward updated about it a week ago since the faucet limit is applied. However edward also opened a topic about resetting the faucet back to normal on the forum. You can give your name to reset your faucet there.

if your wagered is under 10 bitcoins,your faucet is 100 satoshi,regardless of your level
it was reduced from 150 to 100 satoshi for all players who wagered<10 btc
and 5-6 times for all VIPS and the ones who have managed to wager 10 coins ,it is 1.000 satoshi maximum for all players at the moment
I guess moderators and some chosen members will have their faucet reinstated,there is a topicc on the primedice's forum
where you can cast a vote for a primedice player who is contributing to the community and is generally cool

I don't think it makes sense at all to reduce the amount of satoshi in the faucet because at the end of the day, we all gamble and it goes back to primedice. Whether it goes back to them or not different but when someone gives free coins then they always need to watch the price of the bitcoins. Now bitcoins prices went up a lot so they have to reduce and keep the same amount in USD which they were given earlier. And as you said they are the one deciding how much they want to give freely for the users and one day they can even stop faucet as well.

yeah it was on maintenance as I tried to link Ed's topic about the faucet reduction but ....
judging by the number of players online,this decision has not affected primedice much:the figures were 2000-3500 players online
3500ish peak time and 2000ish off peak,now it is 1800-3200 players
p.s. forum is still on maintenance,probably will be reducing the amount of posts per user,haha

That is their way to get rid of faucet abusers and give credit to depositor. Most of complain are just from people who rarely made a deposit or they really never did. But if you really a depositor what PD did is just nothing on you.
