It looks good, as a former FoldIt player, I will give it a try. Set up tutorial seems little bit complicated Isn't as bad as it looks haha. If you install BOINC and start a project (I recommend SETI, Rosetta, or World Community Grid since they're known to work) before running the .msi, it should pretty much be worry free after that. If you have any questions there probably hasn't been an install issue that hasn't been resolved here: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/1331-new-coin-launch-announcement-grc-gridcoin/or you can ask away

We also have a new forum, and in an effort to give it a spark of life, I'm giving out some more GRC for its promotion. Sign up for an account at www.gridcoinforum.com and make at least one decent post (more than one sentence). Then, PM me HERE on Cryptocointalk with your GRC address and your account name on the Gridcoin Forum and I'll send you 50 GRC. Thanks and hope to see some of you there!

Well, since updating I can't open the client anymore A fatal error occured. Worldcoin can no longer continue safely and will quit.
EXCEPTION: 11DbException Db::del: Not enough space C:\Users\User\Documents\Mining\Worldcoin\worldcoin-qt.exe in Runaway exception. Try the latest download from the Worldcoin Foundation: www.worldcoinfoundation.orgI did, I tried the posted link on the thread plus the link in the website.. Tried the download with two different browsers too but I still get the error when running the qt.

Glad to see people still supporting it through everything Anyways website is simple, sleek and fast, I dig it!

So koolio, you're not going to be selling them for now - just renting?
Does that mean we cannot switch to another coin at will? for example - a new coin that I like is released on here, I cannot mine it without contacting your people and setting it up first?
Also, congratulations!
I think he means the software that comes along with it will only be supporting Feathercoin and Litecoin initially.

Great to hear you're working on an FPGA Koolio. I'll definitely be contemplating on pre-ordering/buying one if my budget allows

Hey Joerii and ghost, nice to see you guys working together to revive Phoenixcoin! Now it's name has a meaning haha. Anyways, I'll be here to support you guys... I still have all my coins from before Just curious, I see the client is renamed Phoenixcoin while it still uses the AppData from Phenixcoin. Will the AppData eventually have to be renamed to match the new Phoenix spelling?

Hi guys, I decided to make myself a portfolio app for my phone using AppInventor. Anyways, I figured since there was no app for it I'd expand a bit on it and let others use it if they wanted to. It's in the Play Store as CryptoKeep. I'm not a programmer by any means, and this is my first program, so I know it may not be very efficient and may have bugs so don't beat on me about it too much. Plus AppInventor has a lot of limitations compared to if I had time to learn Java and code it in that. If anyone finds any bugs, I can try to fix them when I have time between school and work. If enough people download/show interest in it I'll add more coins. As of now the coins in it are: - Bitcoin - Litecoin - Feathercoin - Worldcoin - PPcoin - Primecoin - Digitalcoin - Yacoin - Namecoin - Xencoin - Solidcoin - Novacoin - Terracoin - CryptogenicBullion - Ixcoin - Megacoin - Mincoin - Phenixcoin Hope some of you guys find it useful!

I'd mine it if someone made it haha

Man, only if I had the money to spare I'd love to buy one of each physical crypto available, it'd make for a unique collection

I'm just curious as to why John M. (justabit...) has basically gone silent on FTC. Supposedly cashing out all of his FTC after stating many times he is so "glad" to be invested in FTC then a week or two later selling out all and basically going silent on the FTC forums.
Yea I wondered the same thing. On top of that it's been quietish in progress the pass few days before this weekly update. I was actually about to post asking about what's been going on in the background lately and then I saw this to answer my question haha. Great to see all the progress that's being made. Good job guys!

Looks great! I'd love to join in, but for some reason my rigs all bug out when I try to use stratum so I can only work at pools with getwork
|
|
|
I agree... adding Feathercoin will help a lot of us out and will definitely get you a bunch more hits per day
|
|
|
Many thanks and congrats to being the first exchange to allow FTC/USD directly!
If I ever need to cash out some FTC or feel like investing a couple more USD into it, I'll be sure to use your exchange. Best of luck and hope to see all the Feathercoiners take advantage of your new option!

It makes me laugh every time I see this thread pop back up on the first page. But hey, if you got time to burn I guess why not. It's just funny because no one realizes that if a coin was actually to be used in the public as intended, less than 1% of actual users will ever even see threads like this because they don't visit forums, read about the ins and outs of the coin, etc. To me it seems more off a whiny sort of thread to complain about their feelings through facts.
There's been tons of scams run, it's nothing new. Yes I hold Phenixcoins, but that's my decision. I've been burned by other ordeals but I don't complain about it, it is what it is.
Serious investors don't read forums, they deal with facts and numbers. They don't complain, they sell and stay out. Phenixcoin hasn't delivered a single working project. They haven't completed the Bridge for UNOCS, it's 17 days past schedule. Their site says "Alpha - Penetration Testing" for a few days. It's not funny anymore. Since when was UNOCS Phenixcoin-specific?

AHH THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN THIS SENTENCE! MORE ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT IT'S COMING SOON.. REMEMBER THE KEYWORD IS SOON
First off, since when am I beholden to you? I do not remember seeing a check signed by you crossing my desk... In all our discussions with mainstream the same thing kept coming up... HOW? We need easy, to complicated for users. We set out to solve this problem. I do not like timers, I will not open something until I think its ready, timer or no timer. Please, dump your PXC so I can pick it up at a good price, I really want to increase my personal holdings. I had started working http://pxccash.com (based on coingator.com, for PXC). Since the site is not open yet, due to the UNOCS project, I invite anyone that want to sell me their PXC for cash, to send me an email I would love to take it off your hands. mike at phenixcoin.com, I look forward to hearing from you! M You didn't get a share of the premine eh? Lol in case you don't know, which apparently you don't, iamatrix is the developer of Phenixcoin... thus he's the only one with ACTUAL PREMINE. Although you're unlikely to believe that it's actually set aside for services and has already been partially dispersed through their poker site. Any that he does buy is for his personal stash/investment. Looking forward to pxccash.com iamatrix! Hopefully the fee is lower than coingators? Haha

Edit: Nvm, overlooked the answer to my question lol. Glad to hear from you!
