Anyone here willing to review about 3 hours of Kong Megaways Bonus buys and calculate average RTP for 0.25 BTC ?
I bought around 150,000 euro worth of bonuses @ 1500 euro each on kong and lost money on every single buy except for 2 I think. Average loss was around 90% my initial buy except for 2 where I managed to scrape together a combined profit of 1000 euro.
Total losses total over 150,000 EURO. Just want to make sure that the gameplay was fair and legitimate.
According to bitcasino.io the RTP is 96% for Kong Megaways ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fq2xmaRh.png&t=663&c=akn-NlWQhD9QyQ) So statistically you lose 4% of the amount you bet. Based on the youtube video I am not able to calculate the total amount of your bets. Maybe you can see it in your betting history? To lose 150,000 Euro with 4% house edge the total amount of your bets must be 3,8 million Euro!

Its the only bitcoin casino I trust to pay me. I do play big. I don't want to take a chance and play huge bets on a casino that I'm not sure will pay. Bitcasino always paid my big wins of 100,000 euro and up almost immediately. No questions asked. But unfortunately I have lost close to 600,000 euro on their site now and still get treated like a newby. Highest level VIP, 32million + points gained in 1 month, over 3000 bonus buys in 1 month over 500 euro and up and still I get fed the same bullshit. "Oh we are so sorry for your losses, but hey your Loyalty program has been rewarding you generously and is much higher than the industry standard. I believe industry standard is 10% rebate on your losses. I've lost close to 120,000 euro this week. Got back around 0.2 BTC.
You have the cost free chance to get 50% rebate for all your losses! Get 50% of your crypto currency losses to online casinos back!

If you take a look at the Scam Accusations you will see that players and bettors continue to register directly at online casinos and sportsbooks and get scammed! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) They do this even though Game Protect offers to play with consumer protection service inclusive! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

There is, however, lots of evidence that he's collected significant amounts from players over the years, and also plenty of evidence that these players never actually recovered anything. Please show the lots and plenty of evidence (based on real world laws and regulations)?

The trust of who did I breach and how? Instead of asking "whose trust I broke", maybe you should be considering a question like "why does so many people hate me" because that is actually an important question. You are not able to say the trust of who I breached and how? you are actually blackmailing casinos to give you money, not in a legal way but on a extortion way. What casinos did I blackmail to give me money and how?

You don't consider your email to h4ns to be a written contract. The publicly stated and appicable laws do not consider the email I sent to h4ns as a written contract! UK law is similar to the law in most commonwealth countries. For contracts to be legally binding, five essential elements must be present. There must be: 1) An offer; 2) Acceptance of the offer; 3) Consideration (i.e., some form of payment); 4) An intention to be legally bound by the contract; and 5) Certainty as to what the parties have agreed. https://businessadvice.co.uk/business-development/business-planning/are-emails-legally-binding/[/quote] 3) Consideration (i.e., some form of payment); Does not exist! Game Protect only takes donations without any legally binding agreement. Real world legal aspects: Donations are given without return consideration.4) An intention to be legally bound by the contract Does not exist! Game Protect does not make contracts and therefore can not intent to be legally bound by such! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) We do. Thank you for confirming that 95 extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts knowingly support a flag containing incorrect fact-statements! @ extremely mentally ill and or brain dead US laws are not applicable! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Despite of this, your brain is not able to understand the law you quoted! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) For example, it says sometimes and not that emails are a legally binding agreement by default! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Despite of this, it depends on the circumstances if an email can be considered as a legally binding agreement! ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) For example, Game Protect does not make contracts by default and therefore it is by default excluded that a written contract was made! ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) UK law is similar to the law in most commonwealth countries. I think the main reason why "investor" and "shareholder" is different that, we literally buy a token and that token based on the blockchain is decentralized and pays you dividends, there is no need for a "contract" because at the end it is a technologically proven an automatic payment method for the dividend.
I think what game-protect doesn't really understand that, technically, there is no "owner" for earnbet, I mean the website could be considered owned but the whole bet token ecosystem is not "owned" by any one individual, it is literally based on blockchain technology where anyone can buy the token and get paid and that is the end of it, nothing stopping anyone from buying all of the market for example or nothing stopping a whale to sell all of his.
The holders of the BET fantasy tokens are not the owners? If the holders are not the owners, please explain who lost 75% from ATH? Did the blockchain technology lose 75%? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) $ 0.149 (23 Sep 2019) Ƀ 0.0000173 (07 Oct 2019) Ξ 0.000791 (07 Oct 2019) From ATH: -75%Source: https://cryptorank.io/currencies/earnbet/price-chartNo money for license and marketing, looks like EarnShit is finally sinking! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
