161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not use more than 2x leverage on: January 22, 2024, 04:20:17 PM
maybe what is meant for long term trading, most average futures traders place leverage at 25+, because it usually only works temporarily, like me personally sometimes I increase the leverage to 125 x and only order $1-2 in each trade setting the SL and TP options for Minimizing risk, which Vitalik said is true if we trade for the long term, does not apply to the short term
162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Believe, "Passive Investors Make More Than Active Investors?" on: January 22, 2024, 04:04:31 PM
I believe that passive investors have more income than active investors, passive investors generally already have enough money so that the money they invest will work automatically for themselves, let's say a passive investor joins a project, say aptos, we see how much profit he gets just by joining the private sale of Aptos, while active investors will choose projects that run quickly, such as participating in public sale projects, in terms of price and capital, they are very different
163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your view on this? Is it fun or addiction? on: January 22, 2024, 03:44:09 PM
in my opinion it is a gambling addiction, why do I say that, because you said it has been going on for 2 years, that is not a short time, but imagine if you stop that activity, you will feel that there is something you are not doing enough, it cannot be denied or It is denied that he has accidentally become a gambling addict
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why people mostly fail in trading on: January 22, 2024, 03:08:39 PM
Trading skills are really needed, not just charts, there is a lot to learn, and I really agree that the biggest mistake beginners make is
"by trading we will get rich quickly", this is the initial thought of beginners so they are interested in trading without any knowledge, even professional traders will still suffer losses but they can reverse positions slowly

166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you pay attention on other people bet and it amount, and does it affect you? on: January 22, 2024, 01:18:45 PM
Indirectly, we will be influenced and want to do it too, especially when we see people placing high bets and winning, this is very natural to be affected because we see the amount of their winnings, but it is different when we see them lose when betting with a high bet, in our hearts Our little one would laugh at how stupid he was to spend so much money in gambling
167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your state on mind if your son stole your money to gamble? on: January 22, 2024, 01:08:51 PM
If my child steals money and uses it for gambling, I will scold him and give him punishment, this is a lesson in his life, that stealing is bad, and gambling is not intended for small children, I will stress him at all costs. so that he doesn't do it again, because if left unchecked he will be even more daring to take the next action, it's better to prevent this with harsh means.

169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do i handle my first gambling experience on: January 21, 2024, 07:12:28 PM
The first preparation is to prepare yourself to accept the reality of whether you win or lose, because if you cannot control yourself, you will lead to your destruction.
You have the right to win, but if you think that gambling can increase your money instantly, you are very wrong
the first reaction when winning is fun & curious
The first reaction when losing is of course annoying and regretful for playing
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among you here is gambling at work? on: January 21, 2024, 06:43:33 PM
Nah, gambling is considered as a personal interest of a person or habits which you shouldn't bring to your work. Just imagine this, you take a bath at work, sleep, eat, do your laundry, etc. do you think there's nothing wrong with that? Just apply it to gambling at work, there's a discipline and being a responsible employee that tou have task to do, not to sht around by betting your salary when you are on duty. Your time is getting paid so that time you would be contributing by just simply doing your work. Maybe gambling after work or break time it's up to you. Don't combine this two cause not for the gambler but for the company's sake also for you not lose your job.
sacrificing work because of gambling will make us suffer much more, generally most people lose when gambling, plus there is a risk that we gamble at our time or at work, the first thing that comes to my mind is what if I lose gambling and I being fired from work, it is very scary, it is better not to combine the two because it will be very dangerous financially

172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: January 21, 2024, 05:52:02 PM
doing positive activities, enjoying life simply according to one's abilities, healing will help us to stay away and avoid gambling for a while, in the time you spend in positive things you may become aware of the gambling you do so that you start to be aware and avoid gambling that is too deep, this is according to my personal experience because I have also experienced this
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about what people say about you gambling? on: January 21, 2024, 05:39:25 PM
I would appreciate my friends, relatives or relatives warning me about gambling, because I know they care about me and they don't want me to fall into gambling. For me, advice like this makes us realize that we should not be involved in gambling games. Maybe they are advising us because they see many gamblers whose lives have been ruined
174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Know when to stop on: January 21, 2024, 05:28:39 PM
Emotionally, it will be difficult for us to stop, instead of having to stop, it is better to say that we are gambling responsibly, because usually it will be very difficult to stop gambling when the condition we experience is losing the game or winning, it is a sensation that means the appropriate words are stop. when we run out of capital that we allocated for gambling
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The worst situation you're in that you regret that you learn about gambling on: January 21, 2024, 05:21:05 PM
The worst experience in gambling was spending my entire salary and planning to double the money, as usual I only played as much as I could, but I thought about using my entire salary to gamble, and I suffered a lot within a month looking for loans from friends and relatives to get it. there is money to buy food every day and it is very embarrassing for me, I will not repeat the same mistake
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Patience can help alot on: January 21, 2024, 05:05:21 PM
If you are looking for a profit in a casino you will face ego and extreme patience, but it won't be guaranteed either, let's say you start with $100, target your winnings for example 10% of total capital or it could also be 5% in a day, if you are patient I think that's it. will increase your chances of winning, stop when you lose 5% of your total losses, you will stop that day and try the next day

178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be a hope restorer if we go about it wisely! on: January 21, 2024, 03:55:25 PM
You are very right, if we win a large enough nominal amount, we can restore our own situation, especially financially, by making the best use of the winnings and using the winning money with extraordinary benefits, for example creating real business capital, which really helps someone's finances, but if they put their fate back into gambling, I think it will be in vain

180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the difference between crypto trading and traditional stock trading on: January 14, 2024, 09:13:58 PM
The most common difference is that crypto trading can be done at any time while stock trading has a closing time, this is a striking difference, in terms of almost the same analysis it can be applied to both crypto and stock trading, only crypto has more volatile charts, I personally prefer it. favor crypto trading over stocks
