161  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WILL DONALD TRUMP PERFORMED BETTER THAN OBAMA on: January 21, 2017, 09:29:32 PM
I believe Trump will outperform Obama.

He is a successful entrepreneur so he knows the master plan.

He doesn't need money anymore. If someone bribes him, he will just be ashamed of himself for offering that to him.

He wants to prove that he can "make America great again!" So he will execute everything what is needed. No delays. No excuses.

I surmise then that, Trump decided to be the US Pres. to leave a legacy before he vanishes in this world.

I wish that was true. From my experience those kind of people get more greedy over years. The more they have - the more they want. He will act like a dictator, but we'll see if they will let him. There are many people and lobbies that have too much interest in their business to let some Trump or anybody ruin it for them.
162  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: January 21, 2017, 09:18:08 PM
I dont plan hoarding bitcoin or any other asset for too much time, if there will be chance to make decent profit I'll take it, bitcoin or any other asset could value more in 5 years then in 30 years. What I plan giving to my children is place to live and good education, rest is on their own.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2017, 09:14:48 PM
I do see Trump make the bitcoin to go higher because I saw people on social media talking about how America would fall because of him and to think of that people want to go outside the country and somehow thinking of selling their property ASAP so they will find ways to exchange it and theres bitcoin to save them  Cheesy

Nobody will abandon their home because Trump is president. Well maybe some illegal immigrant. All who say that are just mad that elections didnt turn how they wanted to. And guess what. If you want democracy, respect it, he is legally elected president.
164  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: January 21, 2017, 09:02:34 PM
I have heard that thee is a firm who pay bonuses to workers in bitcoins. Can we call it as free bitcoins?
I make bitcoins mostly from campaign and I can say that it's easy money, cause of I don't need to think a lot and spend many times to make some money.

Bonuses in firms are also earned money, you can bet they wont give it to you free. Campaigns are also work, not easy to write constructive post, especially if its not your native language. Faucets dont take much time from me, since I work on computer and always have tab open, but its micro earning, I dont expect to earn decent amount from it
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: January 21, 2017, 11:39:46 AM
I think 2017 will be good for bitcoin users, in this year many new companies will invest in bitcoin and hope so there is an increment in the offline stores of bitcoin. And if we are talking about price of bitcoin so at the middle of this year 2017 price will be in between 1100$ to 1250$ or might be higher than that, we saw that bitcoin dropped from 1150$ to 760$ but it will increase just wait for price to increase.
From the reviews of establishments of bitcoin in the previous year anyone can predict that in 2017 it will go to start in offline stores because in online stores it is already on the peak. The price already reached to that much value previously but it is sure that it will increase to that value withn the coming month.

Lol how can you say online store is already at its peak when there is only a couple of merchants or online store that accept bitcoin. Online Stores that accept bitcon are too few and there are still lots of big company that operates online that does not accept bitcoin.  It is probably they focus on offline store but I doubt that bitcoin is ready for it.

Yes it is not even close to peak, it will be more and more accepted in online stores I hope. What I suggest for offline stores, like bakery or coffee shop. Accept bitcoin to buy something like member card. You pay with btc and fill your card with credit or points. In everyday usage you just scan your card and pay, no need to wait for confirmation.
166  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why did the Jews succeed in trade? on: January 20, 2017, 09:42:20 PM
I heard somewhere that their biggest advantage is that they stick together. Lets say its big family, you have couple brothers, and couple cousins. All gather and help 1 of you to succeed, open business or something like that. When you get on your feet you do the same for other.

yes we can see that the progress of bitcoin in 2017 even in beginning. so we can expect that in rest of the year bitcoin will continue increasing its position, we can hope that 2107 will be more successful than 2016.

If we count it from 01.01.2016. until 01.01.2017. it rose from $450 to almost $1000. I would say that was maybe the best year for bitcoin until now. If it continues like this in 2017 we can consider ourself one happy campers. If we consider that 10% investment payback annually is great, what to say about bitcoin then? Except its the MVP of 2016 in investment.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Tax Authority in Israel wants to Treat Bitcoin as a property!!! on: January 20, 2017, 09:07:55 PM
Nowadays, there are not many avenues to use Bitcoin as a currency. Only a few online shops and a handful of restaurants / cafeterias accept payments in Bitcoin. Also, Bitcoin has given almost 300% returns in the past year. This makes it more like an investment rather than a currency.

In my country I dont think I can use it anywhere yet. European Union country by the way. 2 atm's in my town, which is nice progress I gotta say. Small bitcoin community but it keep on growing. I dont ever see bitcoin as a everyday currency, more of a webshop currency, at its best. I see it mostly as investment, and I treat it that way.

170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 20, 2017, 08:38:45 PM
I am a coinbase user about 2years past.Still now ,i am using coinbase wallet. i have store my coin in online wallet. When i earn Bitcoin,i sold them for local curency and sometimes i take recherge from online using my coin. Now a day's i am thinking about store my coin.Because i wanted to be Bitcoin trader.Desktop or hardware wallet are best for stored bitcoin i heared it by this forum member. But i have no idea about those wallet. But i will learn quickly using those wallet. those wallet are fully safe and secured.

I tried few desktop wallets, Electrum seemed pretty much best and easiest to use, very friendly, and maybe somewhat basic userface. For hardware wallet I only tried Ledger HW1, I was also new at this, but with little help from internet you'll learn it really fast. I think there is official video on their website, and also you get manual when you order it.
If you gonna use bitcoin for trading I dont see problem in keeping some small amount on exchange.

172  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you won a (usd) $2 million dollar lottery on: January 20, 2017, 01:00:51 PM
25% in investment, such as bitcoin, real estate, gold and stocks. 10% in personal pleasure, traveling, cars, parties Cheesy
Rest I would use as monthly paychecks, I'm a modest guy, it would last for my whole life. And I would get to leave something to my kids, so they have good life.
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: January 20, 2017, 12:53:04 PM
Most of btc is stored on hardware wallet, in my opinion safest way to hold them. Some small amount is on casino, my biggest vice. And some on faucets and exchanges. Everywhere I can I use maximum protection, like 2 step verification and hard passwords.
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: January 20, 2017, 12:04:19 PM
I still predict hiting $2000 till end of year,no matter all ups and downs we saw lately. Actually I'm happy how things go, and that they "banned" margin trading Smiley. What all of us can do is start sharing our love for BTC to other people, friends etc. I sell an online account for some game atm, and I gave special discount for buyer if he pays with BTC. I already got some replies, people ask for it, many ask what is bitcoin and how can they get it. So I educate them in some way Smiley

Diversity is key Wink

In whatever you invest, dont put all in it. Saving little bit of cash for rainy days is must have, especially if you keep them somewhere safe, by that I dont mean bank. Buy some bitcoins, its low price now, so I assume you wont lose money on it. Gold and silver is also affordable now, just check you country's laws, somewhere silver has extra tax, like 25%.
Invest in yourself, in your knowledge, that is best investment you can make.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would it be with bitcoin? Ask Beijing on: January 16, 2017, 12:21:04 PM
I might be in minority here, but I think PBOC actually helped bitcoin in long term.
What are their full intentions I think nobody know, but big volatility didnt help bitcoin, it could have become insecure, and people run away from it. I never liked margin trading, you see what it does to stocks.
From now on I see slow, steady rise of bitcoin price, just how I like it
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: January 12, 2017, 09:45:44 AM
In my own opinion gold holdings is stable of its price compared with bitcoin but price is slowly rising and it depends with the demand of gold its price will move but today gold demand is low because it has many alternatives that brought large competitions. Bitcoin holdings compared to gold is really different with its economic trend due to price variation which is really challenging specially in the demand of users who trade and online selling, the price is having fluctuated movement sometimes it drops and spikes high. So if someone holds btc while the price is low and when time comes it spikes higher again then they will sell their holdings and earn big profit from sold btc.

Compared to BTC, gold price is somewhat more stable, yes, but see this chart. Its not stable at all, just have more time span
http://goldprice.org/charts/history/gold_10_year_o_x_usd.png?0.7921444381160089
Bitcoin is much more volatile, thats why.

And here is gold demand. Sorry i cant find chart including 2014 and 2015
http://timiacono.com/wp-content/uploads/14-02-18_gdt-q1-2014.png

I see demand is increasing, I saw info that its around 4% every year. It cant be replaced that easy, neither in technology or jewelry.
Gold price is manipulated, its his biggest fault.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: $1100 to $750 is significant on: January 12, 2017, 08:05:27 AM
It is literally crashing a lot of factors made it price to fall down. But I will going to keep on waiting and planning to buy when it gets lower at $200 or if it doesn't made it from there at the bottom. Then I don't have choice but to keep on holding it and will hope for some price increase again even though I don't have an idea when it will happen again.

If you are going to wait till it drops to $200 I'm afraid you gonna wait for a long time, maybe it will never reach that price again (I certainly hope so). Some media make this China happening  a big deal, I think its good news for the long term. It made me panic at firs talso, but I didnt sell anything, and I dont intend to.
180  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to invest/grow your Bitcoins? on: January 12, 2017, 07:42:58 AM
Gambling is not investing, dont know how anybody can say that. Gambling is gambling, if we talk about casinos, dice games and sports. Yeah you can make some profit sometimes, but I dont see a lot of people living from it, I see many more that are broke thanks to gambling. Trading requires some skill, if you master it you can make profit, but it will be lots of ups and downs, same is in every job.
What I search now is freelance jobs that can earn me some Bitcoin, I hope community there will grow, you cant find many jobs now.
