1601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If There's No Casino Signature Will The Gambling Board Still Be The Same on: August 05, 2022, 09:59:05 PM
I didn't know it was the most active but your question is a little bit provocative. Of course it wouldn't be the same at all, I'm dreaming of a Tiwer Ivory of Gambling where signatures wouldn't be displayed to let real gamblers having interesting discussions without this huge amount of spam of non-gamblers.
Participants of a gambling signature campaign are also curious about that site so most probably, they can be a potential gambler as well and this is why some gambling signature pays their hunter through their site to encourage them to try the site and have some bets. Signature campaign has a big impact in crypto gambling today, and not just in gambling but also in other projects. This forum has been very effective in producing good projects, I've seen a lot of good projects already.
1602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical analysts be like.. on: August 05, 2022, 09:52:21 PM
With the market is very volatile, TA can be invalidated most of the time and we should not stick with one strategy all the time. TA can works if you have your target price and cut loss price, there’s instances like this before especially if you are trying to catch the falling knives, this is why its also important to timing the market and don’t just buy because of any hype. Many traders are just waiting for the right moment before they execute their trades,  having patience is also important and can be a big help so that TA can work.
But if we do compare the effectiveness of TA in the past and TA of the present then i could say that there's some significant changes on that because unlike before where
TA wont really be that much effective nor really have high chance for the price to follow which compared to now that it is somewhat really following but not that much but at least we do able to see
some progress and this is why learning up technical analysis is really important because not all the time where this market do really have news or sentiments which you could really make use.
If ever you do see sentiments and fundamentals then it isnt really bad to consider on having combination on both which you do seem for it to be effective then go ahead.
TA changes because of the adoption level right now, its totally different and many are getting into crypto now because of its popularity. I can say that TA are more possible before because of low demand and less volatility but right now, we've seen a lot of market manipulation and its too hard to say that TA really works when in fact, there's a lot of sudden change in the market. You can analyze fundamentally but in trading, we tend to focus more on the price movement and its really volatile right now.
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think metaverse have a place in the world on: August 05, 2022, 09:39:51 PM
Do you think that Metaverse will actually work out in the future? I am one of the very few that believes that Metaverse won't be successful because what the world cares about the most is the most needy, I asked myself if metaverse is really needy and I can't seem to find an answer, what about you?/
Depends on the project, you might be looking at the wrong project but if you look at the whole concept of metaverse, I'm sure you'll feel the excitement to try this metaverse. Many already adopted this kind of technology, some coin are already doing great and they are still here in the market despite of the bear market, if you look at the top metaverse, Apecoin started to utilize their token and many big companies are already willing to accept Apecoin as mode of payment, not only with this you can also see how they innovate their technology and introduce new things here in the market. I see they have a good place here in cryptomarket.
1604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: August 05, 2022, 09:32:18 PM
Taking a loan for betting is the first red flag. Saying it was because he has insider's info of fixed match is a second red flag. No one sane enough to do all of that, taking loans to bet on a match from insider's info. OP, you need to make sure you aren't into the scam that usually lures gamblers with 'insider's info of fixed match' and are willing to give gamblers a loan.
Heard about this scam as well and see that many are still getting into this kind of scheme. I don't really know if you can trust that guy about the insider's tip but for me,  getting the loan just because of that tip without any assurance are too risky, and in gambling we should not gamble if we don't have money at all, this can lead into a big debt trap and most probably if the result is not good, the loan might get defaulted and if you have that collateral, for sure the lender will get that.
1605  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Platforms to accept Bitcoin as payment? on: August 04, 2022, 09:46:24 PM
This is a good adoption, first where are you located?
For sure there’s already a local wallet where you can generate QR code and start accepting BTC as mode of payment. In my place we already have this option, and the wallet is very easy and convenient to use. Though you can also use QR code in your exchange wallet or other apps, just be mindful with the fees and for sure the buyer will not be willing to should the fees for you.
1606  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Forex vs Crypto trading on: August 04, 2022, 09:34:19 PM
Nagtry ako before mag Forex kaya lang hinde ok ang broker na napili ko kaya ayun nag focus nalang ako sa crypto.

Sa totoo lang, almost same lang naman sila and if you don’t have much time sa pagtratrade mas ok mag focus nalang sa isa which i think cryptocurrency is still the best option. Magandan ang opportunity dito kase its very flexible and maraming option para kumita, need lang talaga muna aralin bago sumabak ng husto.
1607  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we hodling BTC or we are hodling Fiat?? on: August 04, 2022, 01:47:43 PM
Of course, Bitcoin holding is better than Fiat, the fact that is happening now is that there is a lot of inflation, while Bitcoin continues to rise so that it can be the main choice for investment, but we must understand that Bitcoin holding is very risky because the opportunity for drops can also occur quickly.
Bitcoin is far from being the main option for the investment, many are still hesitant to buy and we cannot blame them because of so many issues with cryptomarket recently, this can discourage possible investor to come in the market if they are still seeing a bad reputation. Well, either holding fiat or btc it doesn't matter because it can't grow without taking any action, if you are buying with BTC then you should start analyzing, and if you have extra fiat money think on where you can put that money so you can beat the inflation and make it grow. Just hold the good coins, and with BTC it is still a good option despite of that pump and dump trend.
1608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Little tip discovered for instant exchanges on: August 03, 2022, 09:53:05 PM
They have different 'minimum amounts' for different pairs.

If ever feel stuck and feel like you are below minimum then try different pairs. Tron, hive and similar low transaction fee blockchain work best, thereon convert to coin/token you came to exchange.
TRON is really a good option and with a lower minimum plus their fees are not that big compare to other coins.
If you are just on that exchange to trade your tokens, this can be your best option but I suggest not to stay on a smaller site longer because for me its not safe and its always good to use the top exchanges but don't ever put big money on any exchanges.
1609  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit dispute on: August 03, 2022, 09:49:53 PM
You gamble on that site without doing any research, then that is the result of being too careless.
This is a lesson to you OP that before trying any site, you should do your research first especially know the reviews about that site. Though its not ok to see another victim of this site, is there any chance to help those newbies who are still interested to this site? I think having this kind of accusation and topics about this scam site is not enough.
1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana is being attacked right now. The attack is on going. Beware! on: August 03, 2022, 09:40:02 PM
In my memory, this is the biggest problem that cannot be identified. How much can this affect people's trust in cryptocurrency in general?
This is not the first time about the hacking incident and yet many still trust cryptocurrency, though this is very unfortunate incident and many wallets are already affected. Hopefully there's still a solution for this because hackers are really good to bypass the security system of every project. SOL is a good one, I don't know what went wrong but they should address this issue and bring the updates to the public as soon as possible. If you're a victim as well better to wait for the update, don't panic and let's see how the SOL team will handle this.
1611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How diversified are you with your investment, crypto aside? on: August 02, 2022, 09:43:40 PM
Investing regularly with crypto is great, you just need to analyze where to put that money. Maybe you can diversify it into Bitcoin and the half is for any altcoins that you see potential for long term investing. I will always add BTC as one of my priority though of course the risk will always be here. If you want a less hassle and less risk investment, go for the bonds and other banks products, which I think can be a total waste of opportunity for you.
1612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba lovers lower your expectations on: August 02, 2022, 08:20:52 PM
Yep! As I had in mind a few years ago that if a project does not have strong fundamentals it will collapse, especially if the project is managed just for hype. Maybe it will be safer when the money is invested in some popular coins, but the decision is up to each of you.
Meme tokens are created only because of the hype, fundamentally they are not that good for long term investment. Don’t expect too much with SHIB because that could be another trap and you might regret that later on. Though, whales can still manipulate this token in the future, as long as there is a hype then SHIB can still hold into his position, if you know how to ride with the hype, then this can be an opportunity for you but don’t expect that much.
1613  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you support a collective boycott of all Russian gambling platforms? on: July 30, 2022, 09:40:41 PM

What has Russia achieved, absolutely nothing beside total destruction of its economy so far.The sanctions are already working,Russia is becoming weaker each day so the boycott is functioning perfectly.
That is a very long thread and still open.
I believe if the whole EU ban and USA sanctions have not been able to affect Russian decision then surely they are not bothered with people decision over the banning there sites. I think if the sites are offering some promotions and bonuses one should grab the opportunity.

If a player leaves the game site then I think it's up to the player.  The gambling website that gives the bonus to the players from the game.  I think it is entirely up to the players whether they will take them.  There are some players who use these bonuses and some players who do not use these bonuses.
Bonuses can’t withdraw easily, some site requires a minimum wage in order for you to get that bonuses or else you’ll be tagged as a cheater especially with the bonuses. With regards to this boycott, It doesn't seem an effective way to stop Russia, look even bigger countries didn’t even bother to push Russia to stop the war right now because they can’t and many are suffering for the consequences of this. I don’t think gambling is enough to stop Russia, this is all their plan.
1614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Casino Trends For 2022 on: July 30, 2022, 09:26:54 PM

Yes, it would really be depending on how responsible or good parent you are when handling out your kids.Im not saying that those parents who had bad children or something dealing with addiction
arent good ones because not all the time we could really monitor them out and as i said that with todays era and tech then it is really hard for you to see all the things that they've been dealing with.

Right guidance and making them aware on things would really be helpful. We dont really want to see them on involving on things which we know that it could really put them on harm.

We are making things for them for the best ones and no guardian or parent would really be hoping something bad for their children.
I worked as a teacher for approx 15 years of my life. And I have seen many good parents crying for their kids - that they do not listen. Also I have seen serious clash among all while they are unable to understand each other. So we can't say that good parents produce good kids and bad parenting results in bad kids. That is psyche of the kids which make them good or bad.
The technology that we have right now also affects the behavior of the younger generation, they are too dependent with their social media account and they easily believe on what they saw online which makes the situation more worst. I agree that even parent can’t handle their children for some reason, they easily follow the trends and probably they can easily exposed to gambling if they continue to behave like that. The online casinos right now continues to grow, many children might be more exposed to this if left unguided.
1615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Gambling companies can get more users to deposit. on: July 30, 2022, 09:20:06 PM
The deposit bonus is widely practiced whether its crypto or fiat based casino from my knowledge and to be honest which itself encourages people to deposit more money than what they are actually planned but before all of these they need to have trust on the casino then only they will deposit whatever money they are going to gamble wither it can be a 10 dollar or millions of dollars which means the reputation and user experience p[lays a huge role in attracting more money into their bankroll.
Before I was into deposit bonuses and it's really one good attraction for most casinos especially if they're like more than $10. Until I realized that there are just too many requirements for a user to claim that and I've stopped hoping for those bonuses but they're still good until now especially if you're loyal to a casino. It's not just the bonuses but also the promos that they're actively having and maybe every week or every other day.
Some bonuses requires a minimal information and aside from this, many site offers a lot of promotions that attracts new gamblers to try their platform and maybe this is the main reason why many are still coming into the site since aside from security, they are still active on giving out promotions. Every site should have a budget for this one, a gambling site needs an effective way of marketing and bonuses are very effective.
1616  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 30, 2022, 09:16:37 PM
Added bonus is that they are not asking you for your mother's maiden name, it is just generic stuff that doesn't matter. plus, if you are planning on winning 250k, you could literally fly to Vegas with that kind of money and gamble it legit and have fun meanwhile, or you could go to Cyprus or Monaco, or Macau, wherever is closest to you.

All I am saying is that, people who are looking for big payouts, likes of which I would never imagine, they couldn't care any less about KYC. If I ever get lucky enough that I would get a ton of money like that from a small bet I make, then I would be throwing my ID at the screen let alone doubt if I should do it or not.
This is why many still play on Roobet because it seems more effective for them and giving out your basic information is fine especially if you got a big win and many are willing to fill out the KYC form. Even on Vegas they will ask you for your personal information especially if you are going for a membership with them, they even require your passport so I see no difference with this one.
1617  Other / Off-topic / Re: Myths, Superstitions, and Legends about Playing Cards on: July 30, 2022, 08:51:22 PM
Believe it or not many are still doing this, they are too serious about winning in gambling and I don’t think this is good one since it promotes greediness and you are doing this for the sole purpose of winning. I’ve heard a lot of this even on our local casinos, they are doing something weird before they start to gamble but seriously I don’t think it can boost your luck at all.
1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ATH for ETH on: July 30, 2022, 02:26:50 PM
As all are speculating the merge for ETH, are we gonna see ATH for ETH in the crypto market? Thoughts?
ETH is a good coin, its the top altcoin and for sure it will hit a new ATH in the right time, I'm sure in the next bull market, ETH will join the trend and make its new ATH again. Many are quiet disappointed with the updates of ETH, but that is already in the past and I'm looking forward now with a future updates of ETH. I'm still holding my ETH, worth it or not as long as I'm confident with my investment decision, then I will patiently wait for the result.
1619  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: July 30, 2022, 01:35:04 PM
People is giving analysis of History of gambling without having a direct evidence of that, so with what I understand and what I observe from the history and the Point people make concerning gambling history none of them is understandable and the clear to us because one of them have a clear evidence that prove that gambling started from one particular area so before we can be convinced about this we have to see direct evidence that shows a picture or link of where gambling. so I don't have to believe anybody until I see proof
As far as I know, gambling may have been active way back the date the excavated evidence was created.  People won't have any knowledge to represent things unless it is already available in society.  Like for example, no one can paint a picture of an animal if it isn't already existing and I believe the same thing with gambling evidence.
There's an evidence for this, as far as I know there's a gambling verse available in the Bible and that is already a good proof that even before, gambling exist in many ways. We might not be sure about it, but at least it is written in our history and that is something to look for. This is also why gambling still exist right now because its already part of human nature and I'm confident that even in the next 100 years, gambling will stay but it will be on a different scenario as well.
1620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Forex trading a good way of making money ? on: July 29, 2022, 09:41:04 PM
Any market can give you profit, especially if you already know how to trade and with Forex its really possible. The good thing here is that, we have the general rules in trading, what works in crypto trading can also work in Forex, maybe you just need to adjust the timeline but it is still same in principles. Trading with forex might become more risky, don’t jump in if you still have no confidence on trading, better to learn first especially with forex.
