My personal status quo:

- Since switching over to sharing passwords with all "regulars" in advance, things got way easier, so that was a great help for me and we should definitely do this in future, too. Wink

- No more late registration in future series (easy!)

- We need to find a way to get rid of that 200 extra chips sending... I do not mean to get rid of the "extra prize pool" but about the hassle of sending those chips... If anyone can come up with an alternative... that would be greatly appreciated!! Cheesy

Please let's discuss this here and share your ideas/thoughts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5247993.0
1602  Economy / Gambling / Re: #2 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: May 26, 2020, 10:42:42 AM
I guess we can leave this for a while then atleast until the 2nd series is over, 2 more games + Grand Final.

That is a given. It would be unfair to change rules in the middle of the series without really good reason.

I would love to see something like KO points but it would be a hell to implement fairly and probably not worth the hassle in the end. We should have a simple and straightforward system to make it easier for admins and newcomers.

I agree - we can of course discuss changes in the respective thread SteamTyme created but really, let's try to keep things as simple as possible. I also love bounty kind of stuff, Knockout points etc. but implementing that... that's tough... even finding a consensus is going to be tough, not to mention the implementation.

Honestly, I don't think our current system is "bad" - if we get rid of that late registration in future (that some of you "hate")... I don't really understand what's so bad about how we are rolling atm - the points system could probably be pimped but other than that? Well, share your thoughts! Don't forget though, this is a poker series with a championship game...

I will not be as active as I used to be on bitcointalk going forward for several reasons so the timing isn't really perfect for me, haha - I will still try my best. Wink

@arallmuus thanks for the idea and yeah, let's discuss - I am always open to suggestions!
1603  Economy / Reputation / Re: 888STARZ Casino: Belongs to 1xbet/1xbit (known scammers) - Plz support flag! on: May 25, 2020, 08:18:15 PM
Great job @OP, you saved my time. To be honest 888STARZ CEO contact with me before few hours back regarding manage their signature campaign. But this thread popups in my quick forum search and I have denied their proposal just now after read the details from this post. It's pretty clear this casino is related with 1xbit as well and they are trying continuously to come with new names. But suprisingly they hadn't learnt from their past mistakes and used same address.

Supported warning flag and left negative feedback as well. Thanks again @OP.

I am really glad to see we all try our best to prevent innocent people from being scammed by such shady gambling sites - it's not like any gambling operator has an edge even when being legit, is it...  Shocked

Thank you for declining their offer!

Hahahaha, they just edited their ANN - this is funny isn't it...  Cheesy

The guy was online last night here on Bitcointalk but of course no message...

Regarding Telegram - he blocked me obviously and he has blocked some of the Stake people he was working for, too...

I have now created a flag and I am asking for support: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=1908

Yeah and now they claim the guys running the site are absolutely legit since they ran some other service before (as SyGambler also stated) but that doesn't matter at all and I won't even respond to that... For a simple reason: They are now in business with those scammers and have obviously given over (some?!) of their control - stay away!

avoid this shitty website at all costs , another 1xbet scheme that will scam your money right after you win
they were a decent tron dapp in the past but they decided to screw both of their investors and players by shifting to 1xbet scam gang

Thanks for bringing this up - stay away everybody!

Thanks to SyGambler for letting me know about this... Shady 1xbet back again, they won' t stop - let's see how long it will take this time before they shut down the site.

Let's get straight into it: Some new crypto casino named "888STARZ" just came up and yes, a quick look at their website is enough to realize they are part of the 1xbet/1xbit gang! Once again a similar website layout/structure/design/wording etc. I went ahead and checked out their wallet address for payment via bitshares and guess what: It is identical just like 1xbit's - you will find screenshots below.

1xbit/1xbet and many more "labels" belong to the same group who have been scamming people for a long time, many bitcointalk members have been scammed but not exclusively and what's become quite funny - their recent clones who popped up here on bitcointalk, all claimed they had no connection at all (a lie of course) and they all disappeared within a few weeks/months.

We have to warn people to stay away from those scammers!

Hey guys,

too bad I missed out yesterday when all of that drama happened - honestly, I am sad to see anyone go for personal reasons and yes, I don't like people "insulting" each other of course - some trash talk at the table is absolutely fine for me as long as it is not getting "too personal".

What I know is: What you give is what you get...

@yahoo I don't want to see you going but man - as tyKiwanuka also stated - you haven't been the "nicest" player either when it comes to offending players for "bad actions" while you - and that's the game of poker obviously - when sucking me out for example with a play that wouldn't be reasonable in your own eyes - couldn't care less. Wink And that suckout actually cost me the championship game as a side note. Wink

I actually like ambition and I was very pissed when being sucked out (yahoo, cygan... Cheesy), so yeah, I posted about my "anger" and that is cool with me as long as people don't overdo.

Can we please all be friends again? ...

I have updated the spreadsheet (extra chips) - can you guys please check it out and pm me if I missed anything? Thank you!

See you at the tables tonight!

1614  Economy / Gambling / Re: #2 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: May 23, 2020, 10:12:00 AM
@Betwrong Thx!

@Trofo I have answered your pm!

GL everyone who is playing tonight - I won't make it and I will be off shortly but I hope everything will run smoothly. Wink

Nicht vergessen, zu tippen!

Sonst lasst ihr leicht verdiente Punkte liegen!  Cry

Wink

Hey guys,

there are still so many topics and things left I want to share with you but since my time is very limited at the moment, I will stop updating this thread for the time being. I will get back to that in a month or two, hopefully. Smiley

Full disclosure: While creating this thread and writing about gambling affiliating, I realized I have to get back to this, so stay tuned and be prepared... Cool
