1601  Economy / Speculation / Re: Whos pumping bitcoin now? on: November 13, 2016, 03:55:24 PM
Absolutely right, I also same thinking about pump and dump, it is not strategically happened, it is naturally happened and who's happen, and that's we are peoples. Because bitcoin is world wild crypto currency, and huge people are using it and doing selling and buying, So that's why automatically price increase and down.
how can a market flow without any influx ,the price movement cannot be automatic ,it has to be some common factor between the large holders of the coin ,they could really move the market if they are holding a large number of coins

Holding a large number of coins, So Who hold it ? As i know big investors and merchants so they are people, i am also holding a big amount of bitcoins, You know why because of increasing price. And many peoples are doing it, because it is a easy way to gain profit.

So many people thinking to hold bitcoin as you think, when it reaches some point and sell their coins.
I don't know for sure, is it the increasing because of holders or high demands of people buying bitcoin, both of it maybe and others factors.

Even the last few days  there are some price decline due to issues and people selling their coins, now it back increases. Holders keep hold and waiting until we reach stable price at $1000, hopefully.
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: November 13, 2016, 10:57:22 AM
Of course it is, bitcoin invented as future currency with the brilliant idea and decentralized.
The only thing that matter is the price that could be rise and fall in one night, it would be harder to make transaction with fluctuate price.
1603  Economy / Speculation / Re: Panic sellers got flushed fast on: November 13, 2016, 06:16:38 AM
The price drops is a common problem that always happen to bitcoin and any other currency.
That's up to them who panic or not and sell their coin, it doesn't really matter, we just need to calm down and wait until the price get back to the right path into $1000, hold on.
1604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin help your life in daily needs? on: November 12, 2016, 07:58:05 PM
Hey! Friends Good day i have some question in mind i would like to ask you about "how can bitcoin help you with your daily life" and "how will you earn in a week or month" and "how can will you spend bitcoin" because i have a bitcoin in my bitcoin wallet then i am very confused because i don't know how to use the bitcoin so i saved up bitcoin until i'm richer so i can pay someone who will teach me to do stuff with bitcoin in my wallet and i would like to know how you can spend bitcoin in need of furniture and foods. Please Cheesy
Bitcoin is a digital currency that accepted as payment at some stores, unfortunately just in several countries and not so many now, but you could try purse.io for the start.
It's a kind of pleasure to spend our bitcoin to buy something like foods or goods.
However, in my country there are not many options where to buy those things using bitcoin.
So, I'm just planned to savings my bitcoin until that moment happen in my place or if I go to abroad.
1605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be nice crypto portfolio for the future? on: November 12, 2016, 06:42:03 PM
Thanks for all the great answers so far.

Looking at your answers, I guess that the 21 BTCs number and then if we add 500 more ETHs on the side is a quite a high number. I must admit that I wasn't aware of that.

I am also quite far from this overall number. I have just passed a 10 BTCs on my complete crypto investment few weeks ago. I feel this is not bad as I am involved for about a year with crypto.

I might even reconsider my initial numbers of 21 and 500 and lower them a bit. Especially if the growth in price continues as it is growing this year. I wish Bitcoin was longer time in 200$ zone. This would make my investing much cheaper.

Than again it's not bad to set our goals really high sometimes, it makes us work harder to reach them! Smiley

Cheers everyone!
Well, I think that's good idea for the future and planned to do so but sometimes my friends influence or persuade me to sell my bitcoin just in case there is some problem like hacked and price fall down. But, if we think it clearly and trust on bitcoin future, holding is a good long term investment as the price constantly increasing every year.
1606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price to hit $1000 around June 2017 on: November 12, 2016, 11:32:46 AM
Since the low in January 2015, the price of Bitcoin has been increasing at a very consistent rate of about 6% per month. As shown on the graph below, the price should hit $1000 in June 2017 (+/- 2 months or so) if it continues at this pace.

Nice prediction you have mentioned here, about 6% increases every month.
We can't say it for sure reach $1000 at that time, but at least it's pain relief for those who waiting for.
We expected that price since the last time it had been reached that price, $700 now and it should be stable on $1K prices.
1607  Economy / Economics / Re: possible government regulations? on: November 12, 2016, 06:07:59 AM
There's a regulation that is already functioning for the exchange sites, like in my local exchange,we were required to comply with he KYC Policy and fill up all the information that is necessary. With that rules, we have no choice but to follow and i guess it's just fine because exchange sites are legitimate and they are operating with the license granted by the government.

What I am afraid of to happen, is the time will come that our transaction will be tax..

And that is already implementing here in my country as well.

It's not that they have no choice but it's really a must if a legit company will comply to the rules and regulations under the anti-money laundering act of a certain country since they are involved in money transfers. Just fine with me and I see no wrong if ever some of my information will be on hand.

About the tax, it's already there in a different form. You can obviously see that in their given exchange rates.
Regulations that could interfere our freedom of bitcoin transaction, well it's fair thing to avoid money laundering.
However, even the regulation in every country have any difference to support bitcoin used, unfortunately there is no such things in my country, so we don't have tax to pay on bitcoin transaction to exchanges.
1608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 12, 2016, 05:14:31 AM
My uncle's son is 14 years old and he used bitcoin faucets to earn money for his next big toy.  He only earns a little bit at a time, and you know faucets such a slow and time waste, however he thinks of it as money and continues his work. The more he gets, the happier he is.  So explain it to them as money, just explain the general difference between a few different currencies and how they work. When they will see money in bitcoin they Erik definitely use it.
, It's funny inspired story about your nephew, I totally agree that we should teach children about money and how bitcoin related to it,
Of course how children response depend on their age even they are better learners than adult. Children will happy to earn even a little bit of bitcoin that they consider as money to buy toys.
1609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: November 12, 2016, 03:47:39 AM
Bitcoin already started first and doing well a long way before there was any alternative coin invented.
Altcoin may affected bitcoin price due to higher demand for trading transaction
It seems like paper currencies have been exist first and being traded.
I think bitcoin will be okay with one or two another coins but not like now that there are so many altcoin which could ended priceless and cause people loss who bought it.
1610  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: November 11, 2016, 06:34:32 PM
I guess it should be so many of bitcoin that lost forever around BTC1-100 as we don't know for sure, so just let us know how much it is in your opinion. Unfortunately, blockchain technology created so secure and give control to user of their wallet and no one could know how much btc inside even admin of blockchain. Moreover, there are plenty of wallet sites and we don't know which one that have been lost their private key, so no answer about this just lucky guess.
1611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High bet amounts or low bet amounts? What is your style? on: November 11, 2016, 03:02:09 PM
I wonder if you just play for the fun with small amounts or if you roll big sums in hope to win a lot? What is your method?
I like to do both of them, in some case when I'm sure of my bet then I would set big bet and if I just play for fun and try my luck it would be small bet. Since gambling in the long run players always lose, I just quit after get winning and consider to come back with low amount of capital.
1612  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am your coach - beat the odds (Proofs) on: November 11, 2016, 02:21:42 PM
This isnt for free  Huh Huh Huh Huh how much are will talking about here and what is the win ratio ?
Yeah, at least you said how much you want for a tipster. There are a lot of people here share their thoughts of gambling for free and others just following their tips and get nice profits, how good you are on gambling and what the guarantee if we lose?
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could there be a law on stolen bitcoins? on: November 11, 2016, 01:42:13 PM
I agree we should have law on bitcoin but it set by government and for now bitcoin not an authorized currency, so nothing to do with it.
Even we have the law, so hard to track down the thief since bitcoin transaction made anonymous and hard to proof that your bitcoin has been stolen if your wallet been hacked.
1614  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 11, 2016, 11:50:27 AM
Of course it matters mosf people also came to bitcoin because of its price volatility which makes it a good investments.  The other features of bitcoin is just a second reason why they become a bitcoin user.

If bitcoins price goes $1 or even hit 0, bitcoin will just vanish like other altcoins.  That is why IT MATTERS!
yeah price really matter for most of bitcoin user , as they take an advantage from it
but for a revolutionist bitcoin is more than just about only money
bitcoin could give mankind to step forward more than a political expression
bitcoin for better financial system.
Agree, bitcoin price is the most important interest in bitcoin, as people come to invest on bitcoin and expecting some profits.
Bitcoin is future currency of financial system which now we can send money to anyone, anywhere in the world more faster, secure, and low fees. So, in the next years later bitcoin price should be increasing and more people invest on bitcoin.
1615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2016, 10:38:16 AM
I think we can't say that trump as president will affect bitcoin or not, but I prefer he doesn't make any difference with bitcoin developing unless he initiate new regulations about bitcoin which take a long time to do, about 1 year.
1616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: November 11, 2016, 09:45:49 AM
Real gambling might be important to your government as it can be taxed and online gambling pretty hard to track down moreover users of bitcoin gambling that many transaction in daily and anonymous. So, they decided to banned online gambling.
1617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: November 11, 2016, 09:19:25 AM
is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.
Bitcoin transaction is fast within wallets, although need some time to verified but at least the money already transferred right.
Every bitcoiners know about that and no need to worry about the payment, it's easy to do just using your smartphone, scan QR code and sent/receive payment, done!
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India Bans Its Largest Fiat Currency Notes on: November 11, 2016, 06:19:30 AM
The EU has already banned the EUR 500 note. Now India is following the stance.

The war on physical cash is in full effect. Fighting black market activities is only a pretext for the true motive: Exerting full control over people's finances to make them fully transparent in order to enforce negative interest rates and higher taxation. It's a sinister plan of central bankers who are desperate to keep the fiat money scam running. They try to prevent capital flight to safer alternatives.

For countries with high inflation like India it's an easy way to slow down price appreciation a bit as well.

Full governmental control over private finances is a horrific scenario, as it exposes the individual to arbitrary coercion by the metastasizing officialdom. Hopefully people will use the exit door soon enough and buy Bitcoin and precious metals.

ya.ya.yo!
This is one proof lack of paper money that refers to deploy of black money and could cause inflation .
Bitcoin may get more positive result as solution to choose digital currency and have greater control of funds, lower fees, more secure and immutable.
1619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED on: November 11, 2016, 05:38:15 AM
To say that bitcoin is destroyed because a certain country controls the majority of the hashrate is an overstatement. There are several people outside of China that are mining in Chinese pools out of convenience, fact of the matter is that Chinese pools are very competitive and run by companies whereas most pools outside of China are smaller operations.

But that doesn't really make that big of a difference, Chinese miners aren't necessarily bad intentioned just because of their location, the fact that bitcoin is receiving so much adoption in a jurisdiction with so much censorship is rather positive.
Agree, bitcoin is just fine even miners are 80% location in China because they developed more and reliable nodes to mining process. it doesn't matter for us, bitcoin remain decentralized (it's peer to peer system) and the price keep increasing.
1620  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hillary vs Trump betting: what are the best sites? on: November 10, 2016, 11:02:24 PM
you are being funny,it has been decided by the global goverment already that Trump will be the US next president
what you see now is the struggle between national elites (Clinton) and global elites (Trump)
the problem with this election is that 80% of the mass media controlled by the national elites representatives and the polls are so skewed it is not even funny
but as we all know winning the elections doesn't guarantee presidency,Gor be my witness
http://europe.newsweek.com/top-five-rigged-us-presidential-elections-511765?rm=eu
so I would not bet on the results, just because there could be ...lets say variations

National elites (US) are on the same team as the global elites. Hillary is their candidate in that she is bought and paid for by them.

Trump is anti-elites, anti-globalists and anti-establishment. He is national populist. He is beholden to no one except the people and is for national sovereignty.

I want Trump to win, but I made my bet months ago on directbet 0.1BTC that Hillary will win the election. #RiggedAF
What an unfortunate loss to bet on Hillary win as the odds are lowest than what it should be and she lost the election.
Almost all of us thought that Hillary will win the election, looking at support she got and how she win the debate, unfortunately she loss. So, whoever bet on trump winning already cheers and enjoyed their profits.
