It generally is. It was just at that moment low in that specific alt. Like if there is lets say 0.5 BTC worth of DRK and 3 people at the same time request 0.25, 1 person would get refunded, 2 processed. At the moment its manual for filling the alts, and auto when the alts are topped. To make this even more better we would have a API bot in the back keeping it topped, as a human it isn't as good. Overtime we will add a auto API bot and more coins. So it will run into this issue even less often. why wasnt the exchange instant ?
