OgNasty, where you at?

I'm waiting patiently for confirmation that shares have been transferred so I can make the final payment.  I offered to send 0.75 BTC now to satisfy the agreement in exchange for assuming the risk of AM not paying out or confirming the share transfer.  I am still happy to do that, or we can stick to the original agreement and wait for confirmation from AM.

Friedcat is a scammer if he does not honor his promise to transfer shares upon request.

We risked our BTC to make him rich and famous.  And now he's too busy being successful to spend 5 minutes dealing with an early investor?

If Friedcat breaks his promise to confirm share transfers, I hope the Chinese Scam Police hunt him down and teach him a lesson.

Seems a bit harsh...  I'm sure he just feels too busy to deal with such things.  He'll distribute more BTC eventually, hopefully.

I've been asked to serve as escrow for these products.  Please PM me to arrange escrow once a deal has been agreed upon.  I will only ask you to send funds to the address in my signature and I require a 0.01 BTC minimum donation (or 1% if it is higher) for the service.

16183  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: amazon discounts are they legit or scams? on: February 11, 2015, 05:08:27 PM
Now if you take just 1 min of your time and go onto  the part of internet where you never gone before, you will have a revelation :

http://www.giftcardgranny.com/sell-a-gift-card/

https://cryptothrift.com/auctions/gift-cards/2000-amazon-gift-card-for-sale-at-1500

I took 1 minute of my time to check out your claims.

Looks like giftcardgranny has a single amazon code for a 4% discount, with the rest being 1% discounts.

The cryptothrift seller you linked is brand new, and could be a total scam for all anyone knows.

I'm a bit disappointed with the argument you're trying to make here.
16184  Economy / Services / Re: Buy ANYTHING from Amazon with Bitcoin at a 25% discount - Free shipping on: February 11, 2015, 04:40:16 PM
I've sent a PM.  I'll provide escrow for Gladdy if he would like.

Payment has been sent to your BTC address.  Check your PM. Thanks Ognasty

Got it.  I ordered a few items as well.  Will report back.

OgNasty man are you still alive ? I sent you a second tracking today via PM and no reply from you . Did you even get the first tracking yesterday ? Please respond to my PMs or in my thread when you have time.

I don't follow this thread.  I PM'd you back.  The first tracking number you sent doesn't work.  When I receive the items, I'll let you know.

Is there anything specifically you want to trade for one?

How about a 64GB SSD?

I like silver, or interesting Bitcoin memorabilia.  I don't have a use for an SSD.

I would offer in trade a BH series 3 coin loaded with .1BTC

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=794678.0

I'm not interested in those.

I'd love it if there was a maintained public list of shareholders.

I too find it disturbing that openly running scams here and locking self moderated threads is being allowed. I get that the forum doesn't want the liability of having to protect users, but turning a blind eye after a scam has been confirmed doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth. Not moderating possible scams is one thing, while allowing confirmed scams to operate is quite another.

I'll take the last spot please  Smiley

Awesome...we finally made it to the finish line

Indeed.  I'm just awaiting a couple of the depositors to make final payments and all pre-orders will be spoken for.  I would be willing to sell one of my personal pre-order packages if anyone is still interested in the freebies.

I may be interested in another pre-order package if someone backs out or if you decide to sell one of yours.

One of the purchasers didn't want the package and I would also be willing to sell one of mine if there was interest in getting in on this deal.  That leaves 2 packages still available before the $400 will get you the coin only.  I'm awaiting a final invoice from the mint and then this order will be finalized, at which point I should have a product in hand to ship within 8 weeks.

We could meet tomorrow at 12:00pm PST (roughly 22 hours from now) if you would like, or we could select a date further into the future.

Friday is short notice. How about Saturday at 12:00pm PST?

Sounds good.

Judging from their last update, I thought they were close to shipping something.  The lack of communication from them is disappointing.

If you do not have time I do not want to pressure. But I always look forward to hearing from you live.

I can always make time for NastyFans.  We could meet tomorrow at 12:00pm PST (roughly 22 hours from now) if you would like, or we could select a date further into the future.

I've heard having a low latency is very important for maximizing p2pool revenue. I'm under the impression the nastypool node is hosted in europe, will that kill my mining revenue if I point my miners (based in montreal) at it?

If anyone else here is using nastypool, I'd like to hear what type of performance you're getting (and where you're located of course).

nonnakip posts data about payouts weekly as far as what you could've been paid if mining with NastyPoP.  Here's a recent one:

Last 4 distribution NastyPoP payout rates:
window6 0.00006421 BTC per GH/s
window7 0.00010357 BTC per GH/s
window8 0.00004888 BTC per GH/s
window9 0.00006854 BTC per GH/s (transaction awaiting processing)

Any plans for webchat?

Interest seemed to be fading in the webchats so I thought I would give folks a break until we have news to discuss.  I think the lack of participation has shown that the webchats need to be a little less frequent and a little more exciting.  I do have some ideas I'd like to discuss as well as some announcements I'd like to make.  Hopefully next week will provide closure to a few issues and we can have a meaningful webchat soon.   Smiley

I have 2.69 bitcoins and the total amount I bought them for (at different rates obviously) is 867GBP = 1300USD Sad Price is still very low Sad Will we ever see an increase to make a return on investment?

Nope, sorry. Incase you didn't know this already, but BTC was actually nothing more than tulip mania - that is what you are seeing unfold for more than a year. The floor will be dictated by the amounts of drugs bought using bitcoin. So guess it's not really tulip mania Smiley Expect $1-5 by the end of the year.

I will bet you any amount of money that we don't see a $5 Bitcoin this year. Let me know if you're interested.
