16181  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: California makes Bitcoin Legal Tender on: January 06, 2015, 11:58:17 AM
"Legal tender" is obviously bad wording.
But California made a great thing and it's a great step forward for BTC.

Just... don't expect the price get to 1000$ because of this, mkay? Smiley
16182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wolves of Bit street - Make $5k a week on: January 06, 2015, 11:46:25 AM
So you have a proven method to get rich, still don't have the money to do this alone and you need to make a team.
Sounds solid. Good luck!
16183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your strategy on dice sites? on: January 06, 2015, 11:43:04 AM
1. Tried a few times Martingale with no success.
2. Tried something based on Martingale and luck with a little more success.

Now reading, maybe you guys come with a really good strategy, but there may be none better than my [2].
16184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I generate Bitcoin or Litecoin from my website? on: January 06, 2015, 11:34:43 AM
* There are (1 or 2) banner providers.
* You can put affiliate links to some services (faucets, exchanges, gambling sites).

* There is a chance you could add code that does mining with the "visitor" CPU, but I will advice against that - it's unfair and people will find out and start avoiding your page, while the income with this method is extremely low.
16185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GP] GoldPieces - Launch Announcement Thread - Friday January 9th on: January 06, 2015, 11:28:37 AM
Good name, especially for in-game coin. A countdown for launch would be indeed nice to have.
16186  Other / Off-topic / Re: Using Intel CPU and Motherboard ? Your Bitcoins may be in actual danger. on: January 06, 2015, 11:20:05 AM
Make sure that you have a router with ARM CPU, linux and configured by yourself. Then you are at least safe when the computer is closed.

Of course, the safest is to keep it unplugged or at least not connected to internet Smiley
16187  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me Choose a Bitcoin Wallet or Wallets on: January 06, 2015, 11:00:03 AM
Keep 3/4 of your money on paper wallets (yes, split on more than one).
Use 1/4 for .. what you need. Multibit is pretty safe and pretty lightweight.

Obviously, make sure you don't have keyloggers or malware on your laptop. Use a decent antivirus/security solution and don't browse "odd" sites.

When you need more BTC from the stash, just import the keys from another paper wallet into Multibit (is not that hard) and that's all.

This is my solution. However, read all the info you need and make sure you decide for yourself!
16188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2015: Your Predictions on: January 06, 2015, 10:53:56 AM
I think that 2015 will be for Bitcoin a "stabilization" year: the price will get to a "stable point" and will start fluctuate - but not too much - around that point.

This stability will increase the adoption and will make it work as a currency, not as a speculative investment.

2. Owner of coingame.io (or other users?) could you please confirm that you have the latest wallet and the deposits work well? Thanks.
16190  Economy / Gambling / Re: HomeBTC- 3% Hourly for Investment on: January 06, 2015, 10:25:39 AM
these idiots thinks we are 5 years old kids and we believe all this crap.

Unfortunately there are still many that fall for these scams. Else they would not pop up this often....
16191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My life is fucked! Bought 5 BTC and lost all! God punish me. on: January 05, 2015, 04:17:00 PM
This is terrible, gambling totally fucked my life up. Now, I don't have enough money to pay for my expensea. I can't take my children out to the movies as I promised them. I only have enough to buy food until the next month when I get paid. I wish gambling was made illegal throughout the world, all it does is ruin people lives. I hope the casino operators all go to hell for what they do.

I'm pretty new to bitcoins, I went on to localbitcoins and bought 5 btc and transferred 3000$ from my bank account. I heard BTC price will rise so it was an investment for me. Then I signed up on this website and saw this section of forums so I opened up some dice sites. Then I played for free and saw that winning appeared to be easy. I clicked deposit, copied the address and sent all 5 of my BTC there. When it arrived in my balance, I went for 90% win chance and clicked roll. Then poof, suddenly my life turned to fucking hell. I wish the moment I wanted to click Roll, my hand was severed with a sword. I don't know what to tell my wife and children now. I truly hope God would punish the one who took my money in his pocket and punish me more for committing this sin.

If you are not lying, God or nature already punished you: it didn't give you the ability to use your brain too well.
I tried to write it as soft as I could, but you deserve your fate.
16192  Economy / Gambling / Re: CoinXerox Bitcoin Casino - Free Bitcoins - Provably Fair - HTML5 on: January 05, 2015, 04:11:10 PM
I played a little today and I like your site. No, actually I love it Smiley
I will come over some other day too.
16193  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: GETTING CLOSE TO 25 MILLION SATOSHI - FREE TICKETS INSIDE on: January 05, 2015, 03:48:24 PM
As long as it's giving money and not asking for money, I will not complain. And the "captcha" is easier than others.
16194  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: What is HYIP ? explain to a novice, please on: January 05, 2015, 03:18:27 PM
HYIP is something advertised that you'll earn A LOT without effort, just you have to send money there (invest).

The first "wave" of investors are - in some cases - paid. They are usually the friends and the high advertisers of the "business owner".
At some point - pretty early - the "business" "collapses", actually the "businessman" runs with the money.

Later on, he may start another such good business, with another name, another website, another look and a new slogan.

It's a SCAM that never dies. Because people's greed is bigger than their brain Sad
16195  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin gambling website - legal or illegal ??? on: January 05, 2015, 03:01:34 PM
I'd say that it is clearly gambling.
As people has already stated, your "example" game has a lot of flaws, I really hope that it's not the game you actually intend to provide.

Now, if you indeed have a good game to offer, I think that you should ask again, maybe on another thread, about the laws related to this (I am not from US and I cannot help); maybe registering (another) site in Cayman Islands fixes the problem :p
16196  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Some recipes for newcomers on: January 05, 2015, 02:54:32 PM
Unless it has change in the last month, qoinpro hives gives a lot less than (any) faucet. Unless the newbie has 100,000,000 refs, he may get old until being able to even do the first minimum withdraw.

Edit: typo
16197  Economy / Speculation / Re: Please sell your coins if you are nervous on: January 05, 2015, 12:18:00 PM
Just get it over with. The sooner all the weak hands are out...the better.

Along with all of the simpleton minds who come out of the wood works when the price drops claiming "all hell is breaking loose" and "bitcoin going to $1".

lol

Let it flow...the wealth from the weak hands to the strong hands.  Grin Grin Grin

Donation is also an option Cheesy
Stressed people may have to pay more for medicines while BTC price will keep its ups and downs. May not worth it.
And the "strong hands" should make the addresses more public.. you know, for the donations Cheesy
16198  Economy / Speculation / Re: You are responsible for this on: January 04, 2015, 07:49:36 PM
Bitcoin is a business for many.
Many companies invested in hardware to mine, dump and just "produce".. FIAT.
Many others just daytrade to get... FIAT.

....sadly, because, as many said, the tech is brilliant.
16199  Economy / Services / Re: FortuneJack.com NEW Campaign – Earn 0.12 BTC!!! Weekly Payments. on: December 24, 2014, 05:23:33 PM
Yep, payment received, thank you.

For the next 2 weeks... I will keep the signature, but I don't think that I will have the minimum required posts, so.. yeah, if others need the spot, just tell me when I'm out.

Merry Christmas!
