Actually I've got a few days ago such a hashlet from a friend, so I believe that this is indeed legit.
It's an invite from which you create an account and after you go through all the explanations, you get a hashlet. It gives a little more than a faucet, but as long as it's free, you can't complain.

The deal is that I think that the guy that invites you will also get one more hashlet, that's why he tries so hard to convince you

Cum folosim DarkNetSpace (Windows) :

(1) Descarca DarkNetSpace, si despacheteaza-l intr-un director cum ar fi D:\DarkNetSpace

(2) Double click si pornesti dnsd.exe, dnsd va incepe sa descarce blockchain. Nu-l inchide, lasa-l sa lucreze.

(3) Deschide consola de linie de comanda, schimba directorul in D:\DarkNetSpace.
     Scrie "simplewallet --generate-new-wallet mywallet.dat --password 12345" pentru a crea un nou portmoneu.



     Cand vrei sa (re)deschizi portmoneul, intri in consola, schimbi directorul current la D:\DarkNetSpace.
     Apoi scrii "simplewallet --wallet-file mywallet.dat --password 12345"



     Pentru a transfera bani, acolo scrii:

    Schimba adresa destinatie in functie de nevoie, schimba suma din 10 in cad doresti sa transferi.
 


(4) Minerit: 3 metode.

     A: Din consola, in simplewallet, scrie: "start_mining" pentru minerit solo pe CPU, iar consola cu dnsd va incepe sa minereasca.
     B: Descarca minerd si ruleaza minerd_cpu.bat pentru minerit CPU in pool (nu uita sa schimbi adresa minerului).
     C: Descarca minerd si ruleaza minerd_gpu.bat pentru minerit GPU in pool, nu uita sa schimbi adresa minerului. Atentie, ar trebui sa ai cel putin o placa video de genul 7950.


Cum rulezi un pool pe Ubunbu 12.04

1. Descarci, compilezi si rulezi daemon

5. Initializeaza/seteaza Node.js, actualizeaza modulele de pool si ruleaza pool-ul

My guess is that you didn't write it correctly.
Try to add the lines like:
