Airdrops are a waste of time, stick to bounties if you want to make money. To achieve success in doing bounties you will need to work on three things.

(1) Increase your rank in Bitcointalk. (Very difficult since the introduction of merit)

(2) Build a social media following.

(3) Learn how to select the best bounties to work on.

Learn how to do these 3 things and you will be able to earn a a decent income from doing bounties.

Good luck, but I think you will have to exert a lot of effort to get people to join. I have tried organising people after we as a group were scammed. I was successful in organising a campaign to get Axpire to pay what they owed but have had less success so far organising all the people who were scammed by Dylan Sharkey and IUNGO. I think you should concentrate your activity on creating of a core group of activists that are prepared to use social shaming against ICO's that cheat bounty hunters out of their rewards.

Waiting 6 months is not the norm, but it does happen sometimes, just this week I finally got my ICON tokens and their bounty closed in October 2017. The normal wait time is 30 days after the ICO closes.

You never go wrong by concentrating on the quality of the project. I treat the process the same as when I am looking for a project to invest in. Since you can only do one signature at a time and you are likely to get a substanial amount of those tokens you can afford to be picky about which campaign you join. Also I look for a campaign where the length of the campaign has been established, you don't want to be carrying a signature for 6 months before they even do the ICO.

If you had been hodling Ethereum you would have made a substantial return. 6 months ago it was trading at $300 and 12 months ago it was under $100.

If you were saving for your retirement or something similar you would not just put $150 in your retirement account and expect that you would be able to fund a comfortable retirement just on the money you would make trading that $150. You would contribute money on a regular basis and use your investment expertise to generate higher returns than you could get just letting it sit in the bank. But you would always be aware that saving on a regular basis is what allowed you to reach your goals. You should have the same attitude to your cryptocurrency investments.

I usually only sell a coin if it either reached my target price or if I no longer believe in the people behind the coin and their ability to advance the project. Either way I make my decision on the best available information at the time so don't have regrets.

Did anyone get paid or was this just another Vietnamese Exit Scam?

The most I have ever made from a single bounty was $5,000. It wasn't even a signature campaign. It was a Twitter campaign that had not many sign up to it because of how they asked you to report your activity was kind of unusual.
