Hinweis: Es ist in der Tat so, dass für Computer kein Zollsatz (im Beispiel die 2%) erhoben wird.

Was Du suchst ist ein sg. Zollagent / Agentur.
Allerdings ist es eigentlich üblich, dass
a) die Agentur vom Versender beauftragt wird.
b.) Agenturen hier in DE i.d.R. auf die Ausfuhr spezialisiert sind.
Allerdings bietet afaik auch UPS einen Zollservice an, muss aber vom Absender beauftragt werden und alle Papiere müssen vollständig sein.
