1621  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: January 25, 2017, 08:06:52 PM
I am a Hindu and most Hindu's don't like Muslims. I wouldn't say hate. but they don't like them.
I seriously don't get why. I guess it's all because of the media. The media controls us and makes us believe a lot of shit. There is no reason to hate anyone from any religion or culture.

If someone is an asshole, hate him, don't hate the whole religion. XD

Yeah i think we get too judgmental about other people because of what mainstream media shows us. I also don't believe that in general, muslims are bad people. I have friends that are muslims and we talk about religion sometimes and i don't see why muslims are placed in sucha bad light. We should respect other people as peraons and with their deeds not by their religion
1622  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think in the future on DONALD TRUMP in his term of presidency ? on: January 25, 2017, 05:37:20 PM
i wanna know your thoughts ^^

Well definitely it didnt start that well as a lot of people already judged what he can do. For ne though, i think it's worth giving the guy a chance. He may not be the same as obama, but the guy was able to manage his businesses very well and i think he can do things economically that obama didn't. The focus mainly would be with americans and not bombing islamic countries
1623  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 2017 is already here on: January 25, 2017, 05:33:47 PM
I am hoping to get married this year and I don't even have a girlfriend lol

You are hoping to get married for the sake of getting marries? WTF dude why think this way? Marriage is for love and shit like that not just because. Maybe there is more to it and you're getting a doury or some sort of money deal. But nevertheless this person is gonna be around you all the time. Just think of that. ugh.. reason enough not to get married.

Uhm i yhink that was made to be a joke dude. I mean seriously did you think that was posted as it is? Really? Of course not. We all knownwhat you said about the right reasons to get married and i think youbjust took that way too ligerally. Go get yourself a girlfriend joebrook hopefully you get married this year XD
1624  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you eat a human? on: January 25, 2017, 05:27:23 PM
I will rather eat a snake rather than a human and i really don't like snakes.

What if there are no snakes? What if there are no source of sustainance available in the situation except for a dead human body? It may be immoral in the eyes of a lot but it makes sense that in survival situations, we may not be given the luxury of choice. It's either die or suck it up and survive. Im not talking about cannibalism here but simple survival. Its not like you're going to kill someone but if the situation calls for it, i think i can eat a human body. Try watching the movie alive to understand the situations that may lead a peeson to eat a human without malice
1625  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How important is the Government in the country? on: January 25, 2017, 05:20:50 PM
seeking for answers..

Well without any government to run a country basically anarchy and chaos would happen. Of course there should be a system of governing to uphold law and order and with an honest government, most likely a country would prosper. The government functions mainly as the backbone of a country
1626  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War between US and China on: January 25, 2017, 04:31:06 PM
In my opinion US President Donald Trump want his country to make more dependant to their products .As for now Donald Trump exit the trade deal with their allied nations in Asia.Lets wait if Donald Trump make the America Great Again.

Well i think if theres anything that we cantrust trump to do well in his term, its in the economic aspect of governing. Being a successful businessman i think trump knows all to well what to do with america's economy. If he deemed that cutting away from china and depending more in our own products, then i'm willing to give him a chance to prove himself. Hopefully the conflict here doesnt escalate militarily. It's going to be dangerous not only for these two countries but to the whole world
1627  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WILL DONALD TRUMP PERFORMED BETTER THAN OBAMA on: January 25, 2017, 12:27:01 PM
Donald trump as been sworn in as the new president of the united state, there are lot of speculation before he came into office, his friendly disposition towards Russian and the expulsion of Russia diplomat by the Obama administration ,the economy and the in flock of immigrants. Do you think he will perform better than Obama

Obama's done a lot. Theres no question about that and i think trump would have his hands full for the next four years. Though i think trump will have an entirely different approach on how to handle current issues. Im just looking forward to what he will do about foreign relations espexially with whatts going on in the east.  Being a successful businessman, i think he knows what is needed whrn it comes to economic issues. It may very well be different in cimparison to obama but lets give the man a shot Cheesy
1628  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is science a religion? on: January 25, 2017, 12:21:02 PM
No, science is not a religion.

A religion is something that people create to believe in someone and to lean against something in difficult times.

Science is something that some very smart people try to explain (according to their best knowledge and certain) how the world was created.

Absolutely right! Science is not religion. But when people start to believe science non-facts to be factual, especially when they KNOW that the non-facts are not factual, and especially when they become adamant ijn expression that the non-facts are factual, they have formed a science religion for themselves.

Cool
Yes it is not a religion, science is just study of all things in this world but not a religion because religion is all about the mystery and glorious of God but science contradicts to the religion. Almost all scientists don't believe in God but they believe that all has come to existence because of Science.

Well i can't really agree that scientists dont believe in god here as some of them credit whatever science accomplishes to a supreme being. For me science is based on facts and religiin is based on faith. Theres a wide gap between these two for the longest time. For me though, it dorsnt have to be that when you support scientific facts, you dont believe in god. For me belief in god is not just about religion. I believe in god and someone who is higher than above us and i support the facts science offers.
1629  Economy / Economics / Re: Are FIAT Currencies Facing an Extinction Level Event? on: January 25, 2017, 11:30:36 AM
The automobile obsoleted the horse and buggy as a means of daily transport. Email obsoleted the old snail mail system as a means of written correspondence.

Are fiat currencies at risk of being replaced by Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies? And if so, how soon?

I don't think it would be the same with currencies though. We've also seen upgrades with the xurrent fiat system but the basic cincept is still there. I dont think thr world is prepared to go full digital when it comes to monetary systems. It still would be the same currency for a long tjme but with advancements and im seing here that the role of cryptocurrencies would nit be to replace fiat but to support it as backup or an option for people who have access to it
1630  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: January 25, 2017, 11:23:05 AM
It depends on witch country you live, i'm sure that users from countries where you see big devaluation of your currency like Venezuela, don't believe on its fiat money as an store of value, but they use on daily business. In this case people could invest on bitcoin its savings (now some of them invest on stronger currencies like dollars).
No matter you live you should not believe fiat. Using it is adverse us, all fiat will be replaced by another currency wich more apropriate for us. It could be gold or bitcoin.
Fiat is the main money and fiat could not be replaced by any currency. you should still believe in fiat because you will rely and use the fiat to make transactions in your country.
even in my opinion bitcoin higher risk with fluctuating prices, also use bitcoin is still limited.
That's right. Fiat should be believed. Who knows how many years bitcoin will have place to be? What if in the case of huge price it's going to be banned by governments? And it's even impossible to all people move on just crypto currencies using. Many people still living in villages where there is no even a computer!

I agree. Compared to digital currencies, fiat is not limited by technology. Its an exchanged method used by people fir the longest time now. And i think crypto is also based on fiat so if in case it happens that crypto would overtake fiat as the top currency, i think it's nit going to be this genereration or the next generation to see it. Fiat is strong right now and i don't see anything changing even with bitcoin's boom
1631  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: January 25, 2017, 11:18:03 AM
I think paper money have its own importance and will never dead. Though people are started using debit cards, credit cards and other digital currencies; there are some transaction which needs to be deal in traditional cash only. Paper money will be always the main mode of payment for day to day transactions.
Paper money is often counterfeited. Sorry, I disagree about your statement. Using paper money for traditional transaction is not practicaly because it is less effective for small fraction of transaction. I do not think that paper money will be always the main mode of payment because paper money of some countries is being worthless.
Also it is easy to burn or stolen. Need extra security to save big amount of fiat. Paper money isbad for us.
It is still more practical to use the traditional paper money, mostly in cases where online payment and digital currencies are not an option. I would say that most of the transactions I am seeing on a daily basis are done with a lot of cash, even in areas where connectivity isn't an issue. Paper money would continue to be the choice of many because of its usability and acceptance in most places. That is not going to change in the next 10 years or so in my opinion.

We are all know the future of paper money, paper money it could be obsolete those days. After so many years, we can use bitcoin as money, bitcoins and virtual money could surpass the paper money. Virtual money or bitcoins can make our future be exact what is happening, just like new technologies.

Didn't understand a thing. Maybe you forgot to insert some words.
Paper money and bitcoin are different. Their usage are also different. This should not be compared but better to be used both at the same time. Bitcoin is something that can enhance the capability of fiat and that will help to make life easier and transactions faster.
While paper money can do its job making transactions faster when we buy retail products physically. Ain't that better than losing one?
Yeah you got tbat right. Im not really sure why people are thinking that one day one currency will be better or will take over from another as it will be a lot more beneficial for us if we can maximize the benefits of both at the same time. That's how i see it. Paper money or fiat will still be what it is in he future while cryptocurrency will be backing it up and both will work hand in hand
1632  Economy / Economics / Re: $1100 to $750 is significant on: January 25, 2017, 11:14:20 AM
compared to the usual drops after these run ups, it is not in any way significant.

Yeah no significance that bitcoin is going to be back at $750 from now. But what is happening now it makes me happy that the flooring price now is good at $900 and it is still gives me hope that the price of bitcoin is going to be back at $1,100. But while waiting for the price increase, somehow it bothers me if the price will go down.

Yeah i don't think theres anything to worry about as currently btc is back to +900 and is now pretty consiatent at that range for a week now. There's been a lot of forecasts that btc may go beyond 1k again this first quarter so im not really concerned but im looking forward for that to happen
1633  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: January 25, 2017, 11:09:10 AM
Investing in gambling site's bankroll is one of the most common advises here, but what I found recently is that some casinos also allow you to make leveraged investments. As casino mathematically expects to have a long term profit, you can get a decent return from a smaller investment, but your risk will also be higher. Also, some exchanges offer leveraged trading, so if you are really good at it, you can increase your returns.
I have never tried, but I also hears that investing in a casino is the most profitable way to make your bitcoins to work. But I would recommend to invest in some known casino to feel more save about the case of scamming and loosing your money.

Well i think 12btc is a very big amount to place under a single investment. I think its better to have that amount shared into muntilple investments like 3 or 4 inveatments to make sure that even if one of those investments doesnt gonwell, you'd have a fall back. And yes investing in casinos definitely would give you a good roi as it never runs out of people playing though you have to reaearch well to make sure you're in a safe site free from scammers and hackers
1634  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: January 25, 2017, 11:00:47 AM
If you were in desperate need for money / Bitcoins, what would you do? How to get it, earn it, whatw are your solutions and experiences? I wonder what people are ready to do when money is the problem.
I am not experiencing that financial problem but I think I will borrow money from my neighborh or I have a passive income here in bitcointalk the signature campaign so I thin I will just wait for my bitcoin to have it. Because my campaign now is pretty high paying. So I can have a money easily. But if it is emergency I will borrow money for sure in some of my friends.
Borrowing money to our friends or relatives is the common way to have money if you are in an urgent situation thats what i usually do to but i realized that saving is a must to avoid that to happen.

Yeah thats right its still a lot better if you dint get in that situation in the first place. Thats why its better if you have at least a little saving to bail you out if in case a time like that happens. Though i would also do the same thing if it happened to me. I would borrow from family or close friends and will make sure that i pay on time and then treat them after i pay or get them a little token of apprrciation.
1635  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: January 24, 2017, 08:42:03 PM
No, i think it would mean there are ten times more people using it

It is really not going to be worthless and not just ten times but millions of people are preferring to use fiat. Because that is all set that fiat is one of the currency that has been using by so many countries throughout the world. And bitcoin is still new many are going to have their doubts with it and will still choose fiat over whatever its price.

Yeah i think whatever the price of bitcoin is, it still would rely on fiat conversion. You can't really use btc as it is in mainstream market today as most transactions are still through fiat. So i don't think the price of bitcoin, whether it goes up or crashes, would have a significant effect on fiat currency
1636  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: January 24, 2017, 08:32:53 PM
Fiat cannot be replaced by bitcoin. Even in developed countries like US, people are not totally converted to digital transactions and fiat is used still. Most people in developing countries dont even have a bank account. They dont know how to use a credit or debit card.Indian government tried to convert people to digital transactions by demolishing high value notes and people suffer a lot there. So fiat cannot be replaced, but bitcoin may become as a secondary payment option.

I agree and most likely that is whats going to happen here. For me bitcoin can't survive by itself at this time without fiat conversion. Most btc transactions are still converted to fiat. People are so used and reliant to this main currency that it would take i think more than a few decades before bitcoin could even compete with fiat in supremacy. Though as you've said it would be very beneficial if it could be a secondary option much like how we use credit and debit cards today
1637  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: January 24, 2017, 08:02:53 PM
I think you better to do both, you save money and on the other hand you invest it. Because in business you don't need to give your 100% money, you have do divide it wisely. But you have do give your 100% effort for it to make it work.

Yeah as mentioned saving and investing is a wise decision. As quoted 100% work force makes things better but for the one who does it as a part time can't spend lot of time. So in respect to time and money we have planning needs to be done.

Also i think it is essential tbat when you invest on a business or even if you invest in btc, you have to have somethung set aside for emergency purposes. Investment as we all kniw is also a risk. Mranubg that we really can't be sure about the outcome and all we can do is to prepare so we can get favorable results. But if it doesn't go well, then that's where your savings would come into play to bail you out.
1638  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: January 24, 2017, 07:38:44 PM
Yes theres a big possiblity that some or maybe should we say ,almost everyone will  use bitcoin on that time.because of some changes in the market. Cryptocurrency will rule on that year.

Well i think theres a difference between btc being the main currency in 5years and btc being used by most people that time. I think its the latter, meaning that by 2022, most people would've already been aware and in a way have used btc. I'm sure fiat would still be the top currency then but most people would likely have btc wallets already and have transacted one way or another using bitcoin
1639  Economy / Economics / Re: whether bitcoin influence on the world economy? on: January 24, 2017, 07:28:59 PM

possible bitcoin prices affect the world economy?
such as the high price of bitcoin again, if the price of the price of basic commodities will go up?

give your opinion?

Not yet. I think bitxoin is not yet established in the world markets and it has to be absorbed by governments and big corporations for the price movement to affect world economy by the very least. Though i thinks it's already under the government's radars and we'll just be waiting a couple of more years before this happens. Though the effect of btc price would most likely have a very small effect that it won't be much noticed
1640  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: January 24, 2017, 07:23:47 PM
Yes, it's really really bad, to tell you honestly maybe 90% of the people in the government do corruption. I'm always thinking that if someone enters the politics the first thing will come up to my mind is money. That's why I hate politics so much. But I hope this time in this administration it will be better.
Every Country corruption is found, when it goes beyond limit people gets suffered and only a small group enjoys the luxury. This needs to be eliminated. In my country things were going worse than the past.
I think that corruption is a major problem in all countries, and especially those who are stuck in its economical development.

Yeah you're right there dude. Corruption basically hinders any country's improvement and halts economies from thriving. There are third world cou tries that could've easily been strong economues because of natural resources or manpower but a couole of greey people in power would put those georaphical advantage for economic advance to waste. That's just hiw it is ever since and sadly only a few people are benefitting from this instead of the whole country
