1621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust Poloniex? on: July 28, 2017, 10:02:32 AM
I do still trust poloniex, I've been using them for years and despite there are some problems that others are experiencing. I don't have any problem on them so why I don't have to trust them? It's trustworthy people.

Yes, you are right because even still, I never faced any problems with the Poloniex. Still, I am happily trading in that exchange due to miss propagation from the people leads to makes to raise some question about Poloniex. But for my knowledge still, polo is the safest exchange.

Others are experiencing problems with them but there's nothing I can say on poloniex. They are one of the most trusted trading sites that I've been using and there's no way for me not to trust them. As they are catering volumes of transactions on a daily basis and yes, this is one of the safest exchange ever.

I think there are many people who are not happy with the Poloniex. At the same time, many people are happy with Poloniex, even I never faced any problem with the Poloniex. They want to support their members that's why they stopped the toolbox but still, there are many problems being raised by the members.
Some of us didn't experience inconvenience with Polo and some are always experiencing. I can't blame those people that are having issues with them but I personally say that Polo is still good for me. They just need to be aware that many are always having issues, major and minor problems should be addressed properly.

I think most of the people are happy with Poloniex because till now they never missed any withdrawals to their members. Every exchange will have some issue regarding withdrawal and deposits sometimes it will take the time to solve but sooner or later they will solve the issues. At the same time, people should post here that after their issue is solved, otherwise new comers like me will treat Polo in a different way.
1622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best time to buy altcoins? on: July 28, 2017, 09:53:38 AM
Hi guys. I'm looking to invest a couple of thousand dollars in cryptocurrency. I'm not a trader and would like to invest in currently undervalued alcoins with the best potential for the long term growth. Have been reading up extensively and following the markets but still not sure if now is the best time to enter.

Thus requesting an insight from you: invest now or wait and see what the August brings? And what are the possible scenarios for altcoins it can bring?
Well many altcoins that has potential will be more expensive in the future, they are litecoin, dashcoin, ethereum classic, ripple and another altcoins that has large amount of capitalization you can check on here https://coinmarketcap.com/
But the best strategy investing into altcoins is never put all of your money in one altcoins, you can make investment on couples altcoins include invest in ICOs, it will gives maximal profit from your investment.

Yes, many people investing into single coin and concentrate profits only with it. But it is completely wrong because we to find which altcoin will give you more profits in future and invest them into those. Don't keep all your eggs in one basket, try to divide them into a different altcoins which is good and reputable in the market.
1623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: July 27, 2017, 11:51:36 AM
They are working seriously and want to appear with some good news in hands that's why we see them less active here and full time busy with development. Anyways it will not take long time to see some updates to push the market over the ICO price once again. I expect at fair price range in next weeks between 10k to 15 k satoshi.

After many days now the price of SNM is increasing, once if they keep updating the things in ANN means than the price of SNM will sky rocket. Offcourse still, it is below the ICO price but any people are getting hope on it.
1624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: July 27, 2017, 11:48:09 AM
How many Taas tokens do one need to hold to be eligible dividends payment. Another thing I will suggest is not compulsory for the team to pay dividends if the payment is not that significant, it will be better for them to add it to their working capital

I think they did not provide any details about how many TaaS coin we have to hold. May be very soon they will release an update because August 1st is getting closer. So anytime you can see an update from the TaaS team.
1625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What sites do you use to track new ICO? on: July 26, 2017, 05:08:58 PM
This is the only website https://www.icoalert.com/ I use for checking what are the latest ICO's

But this is also the most convenient way of tracking new ICO's.

Bitcoin talk > altcoin annoucements

You'll be updated from time to time as most of the ICO's have their very own thread for their support and road maps.

I Think there are many other updates where we can able to track but according to Alexa we have to track because without that it is very bad to check there. I there are many websites from different parts of the world.
1626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling on: July 26, 2017, 04:57:50 PM
At the end let us imagine that you are correct and spending BCC will not affect your BTC balance. What is the feature of the coin when everybody will dump their free BCC IMMEDIATELY to get a buck ? Do not tell me that someone will hold that is not the case and you know it Grin

How can they convert from BTC to BCC. I am really very confused about understanding because those who Bitcoin they will allocate BCC to them or not. We need to clear about these things.
1627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [XUC] Exchange Union Coin: Bridging Digital Currency Exchanges Globally on: July 25, 2017, 10:08:48 AM
This project has some high profile people behind it. I think it looks promising to allow trading between exchanges  - just think about the price of Bitcoin on Coinone compared to other exchanges - It would make it possible to take advantage of that.

The project seems to be good and many people who are running exchanges are involved in this ICO. But they are collecting a large amount of money and what are the benefits they are going to provide to the investors.
1628  Economy / Economics / Re: Signature campaign as my job? on: July 25, 2017, 09:58:55 AM
I did not create a signature campaign as my main job, although the profits are large but not necessarily make me count on this job as my main job.

Yes, Don't consider Signature campaign as your main job because some you may get the opportunity because of lack of limited members. I am considering it as extra income job because if I completely rely on this means I couldn't able to feed my family.
1629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: July 25, 2017, 09:48:49 AM
Yes i really agree with your point currently bitcoin is traded not using to purchase and it is like stock but using this  to buy other stocks then it is getting real  money value . Because normal trading you cannot buy stock exchange of another sock . It is the beauty of bitcoin it can be treated as money as well as stock .

After many years of people Bitcoin community now countries are legalizing it as legal currency which we can buy anything. But it will take some time to accept other countries also. Bitcoin has started his journey with a low amount and it has reached more than what we expect. Still, there is a huge chance to people who can still buy it and hold for long term investment.

1630  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can u turn 25$ to 5000$ in 6 months trading cryptos? on: July 23, 2017, 01:52:35 PM
Possible but difficult to find a new alt to launch and be from the beginning until when it starts to be listed or traded.

To launch a coin it is not easy because right now many people are launching shitcoins and taking peoples money and not implementing any developments. To develop a coin we have to be very dedicated to satisfy the investors.
1631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: July 23, 2017, 01:28:29 PM
I have recently took investing on poloniex serious. Ever since I've invested the alt coins have been down. Do the amount of coins I posses go up if I stay. Also, do I have to wait for the coins to go back to their original price that I bought fo in order to make a profit? What are the reasons to holding if prices are down? Thank-you.

What other choice do you have? Holding is the best option at the moment, I expect the price to shoot up in the coming weeks. Spend your btc if you have to, but there will be serious gains very soon.

Right now the only option we have is to hold the altcoin and there is no other option for us. As the Bitcoin price is increasing and due to Segwit now many people are converting their bitcoins to altcoins.
1632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] easyMINE - Cryptocoin mining made simple [Bounty] on: July 23, 2017, 01:20:56 PM
Hello devs. Where I can get ETC wallet? Is it ok to ETC wallet from exchange like bittrex or CCEX? This is my first time to saw a ETC based platform and I'm not familiar with this coin. Thanks
I'm not the dev but I think I can answer this one. It's just like eth icos, you need an address with total control of your private key, you need to use https://ethereumproject.github.io/etherwallet/ or go to MEW and switch node to ETC

I have tried many times to switch the node to ETC, can you please briefly explain me how to switch the node to ETC. I think many people don't know about this.
1633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: July 23, 2017, 01:17:38 PM
How does the payment of dividents work ?

I registered an account in TaaS, but you can not change the ETH adress. My TaaS tokens are stored in the MIST wallet on the ETH blockchain.

Don't worry you will get paid to your wallets but it is going to ERC20. Because they know everything where you stored they will send their dividends to that address. I hope they will send the dividends in the first week of the August.
1634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any Scam coins? on: July 22, 2017, 10:43:56 AM
Hi was wondering if there coins that are scams?
Yes sir! There are alot actually and still counting.  I don't know each of them. But here are some: marijuana coin, sky way. Marijuana coin was just thought by my friend she already used to it before. This question will help others specially newbies.

Daily many shit coins are launching in the exchanges with no innovation, after getting some money through ICO they are closing their doors without any update. It will take some time to find all those and I will update here for our reference.
1635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: |ANN| DAS - Decentralized and Security. Private Send. Masternodes. on: July 22, 2017, 09:46:59 AM
I keep following you from many days because you are doing big seminars in many countries. Why don't you start Campaign to get more awareness in this industry? There are many people who still, don't know what is DAS coin and how it works.
1636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Warning to everyone regarding polinex on: July 21, 2017, 01:27:12 PM
I  sent over 10 eth to polinex on july 1, deposit still pending and over 1000 confirmations and sent over 10 message to support and no reply from polo, user keep reporting missing and pending deposits for weeks now. polinex is a shady company beware of this thieves.
Didn't they announce it on their notice board that ETH transactions are off for now? You should have read that first, withdrawing and adding ETH to polo is closed at the moment.

Many people are not following the message from the Admin, they kept on complaining about the Poloniex. Daily there are many kept on shouting for the mistakes they made and saying that Polo is cheating people for Deposits and Withdrawal.
1637  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: July 21, 2017, 01:17:11 PM
Have you tried going to places and get hungry but you have no cash available with only bitcoins in your smartphone. Here are the list of bitcoin accepting restaurants that will feed your stomach with delicious cooking in exchange for bitcoins. This is a sign that bitcoin is truly amazing that even restaurants and pizza stores have seen its value and started to include in its payment options.

Check the list on this link: http://bitcoinrestaurants.net/
I have never tried but this is very good, I hope more and more restaurants are receiving payments with bitcoin, not even just restaurants but also shops etc. Grin

This just beginning for accepting Bitcoins in Restaurants, already countries like South Korea, Australia Restaurants people are already accepting Bitcoin in their countries. Soon many countries will follow accepting bitcoins in Restaurants.
1638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SKINCOIN - CRYPTOCURRENCY FOR eSPORTS INDUSTRY on: July 21, 2017, 01:08:36 PM
Congrats for the SkinCoin for collecting more than 3millions USD in the ICO stage. I think you made some good events at the time ICO where some people have very keen interest about SKinCoin. Good Luck for your Future Developments.
1639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ♬ Opus - Beta-Ready Decentralized Music Sharing; Running on IPFS and ETH ♬ on: July 21, 2017, 01:04:52 PM
You must read the Whitepaper to understand the difference.

Yes I read it already. There is no comparison to other decentralized music blockchains in Opus white paper. That's why I question. The white paper always compare to legacy systems but not other blockchains. Opus team address Voise in this thread, but not Muse or Library. They didn't mention concept and technical detail that make them different from everyone else.

May be these people are using a different platform for this Voice, May be the will explain in details about the difference between other and Opus.
I think white they almost discussed the technical details about the Opus only.
1640  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHEN will BTC rise again and WHY? on: July 21, 2017, 12:59:27 PM
Already now the price of Bitcoin is increasing and also many people are holding Bitcoin up to August. After Segwit many people have the lot of expectation on Bitcoin, I think will reach more than 3000$ after August.
