Saying a client's name on a forum once or twice while he says the names of our employees hundreds of time does not violate customer rights. <snip>
Actually yes it does.
You as CEO of AMT and you employees names are part of Public Record. While business have a lot of freedom in their actions releasing customer information is NOT part of that. They are also expressly forbidden doing that under threat of very specific legal rules and penalties. I don't care if Opeium2 claims to have pictures of you tap dancing midtown in a tutu. As a business and business owner all you are allowed to do is refute the claims with TRUTHFUL evidence to the contrary.

Actually, it never has stated anywhere legally that Josh is the CEO btw. But yes you are correct about common business practices.

Wow so you lied to the court?

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_er85osA9tfN2JnM0hUSlVMT1U/view?usp=sharing

Josh's declaration to the court. Signed by Joshua Zipkin AMT President and CEO.

Court documents are public record and definitely legal documents.

To be fair, although such is considered a legal document in the US, in Bulgaria, Jewish Bulgarians use such as toilet paper since so much of the like reaches their doorsteps on a daily basis, thus saving them the expense of toilet paper, with the savings better used for mass quantities of Red Bull.

I predict you will be assassinated before that 24 hours is up if you're correct. 8D

I guess I wasn't.

Of course, maybe you were, and the "you" we are talking to is a double, sent in to glean whatever other info he can get in these forums.

I just realized that I forget to mention the most important (well, maybe not the most) aspect of each and every Full Moon Mætup - food. And, what would a Mætup be without some delicious old-fashion...

BTC religion FTW!

This religion is so lame, I had to go start my own, and already have one interested person from Phoenix ready and willing to "exercise" at our inaugural Full Moon Mætup.

Mæt Nedia.

My The 69th BareBonians has everything this one lacks, including nudity, live masturbation for one straight hour prior to sundown, ass kissing (literally), dancing, and adult beverages: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=830095.0

Fuck me! I just realized I left off one important ingredient - food. So, back to the thread I go to include the cuisine - BBQ.

Banking Elite Meet in Washington To Discuss Bitcoin Threat
https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/banking-elite-meet-washington-discuss-bitcoin-threat/

Couldn't the elite bankers simply buy the entire network and take over bitcoin?  Aren't they so wealthy that they own the whole world?

They probably could do it for only a few million bucks. Simply create a pool that'll eventually satisfy the 51% plateau, then once reach, fuck with a few transactions to disrupt the system, whereupon people will leave in droves. Then, the next time something similar arises, point toward Bitcoin's failed attempt to do the same.

You know what I can't believe about this thread? How many bitcoiners participating in sig campaigns came here to only commit on its title, extremely few taking the time to read the OP, let alone subsequent posts or to glance at the last page, doing such to only satisfy their contract arrangement to get paid off my efforts.

I don t know; are such double aliases like those wins who finish each other sentences?
I found this "t" down here.. did it fall from your post down to mine?
Hey, thanks, how did it get there?

maybe you didn't press the key hard enough and it came loose?

16375  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your weirdest childhood belief? on: October 22, 2014, 01:37:04 AM
My weirdest childhood belief was that oil was made from decayed plants and animals.

That man went to the moon! Cheesy
FTFY

I could see the moon photos were fake from the picture books they gave us in school. The teacher couldn't answer why one of the cross-hairs was behind the rover. I had ET and Star Wars picture books at home and I knew it was movie magic.

This reminds me I can remember the teacher running off crying after he got the new he wasn't chosen for the Challenger mission, all the other teachers made such a big deal about it that day.

Then the next day I was chosen to be the first student in any school anywhere to use the Commodore 64 in their new test of computers in the classroom. I drew a broomstick and witch and hit the wrong key or something and they couldn't get it to work again. They blamed me and I wasn't allowed to touch them again.

This was my first experience with computers and the space age.

If Armstrong was the first man on the moon, then who took the photo of him getting off the lander?  Huh

I've honestly asked this very question hundreds of times since I went to school in the 70's.

The 69th BareBonians' official canon, once penned, will be referred to as The Barebonum.
16377  Other / Off-topic / Re: The 69th BareBonians (A new religion "exercising" at the Full Moon Mætup) on: October 22, 2014, 12:24:12 AM
Only 6,900 chapters will be recognized, each covering approximately 6,900 square miles, thus if one desire to carve out a territory during the pre-launch period, simply state such on this thread.

Much thought went into the creation of this religion!

Gleb has allocated 47.6 million square miles (although why he chose miles I don't know) out of the possible 57.5 million square miles of land.  The remainder is unusable mountains and rivers.  This will effectively kill off the christian religion and all the others!

Well done.  Smiley

Just consider such a working number, perhaps changing over to hectares or square kilometers.
16378  Other / Off-topic / Re: The 69th BareBonians (A new religion "exercising" at the Full Moon Mætup) on: October 22, 2014, 12:02:51 AM
Everybody is welcome to start their own The 69th BareBonians chapter, thus able to collect and keep all donations they amass sans the 1% franchise fee paid to the official body.

None of the fees will go toward any salaries, but will be used to cover all expenses that The 69th BareBonians incurs.

Only 6,900 chapters will be recognized, each covering approximately 6,900 square miles, thus if one desires to carve out a territory during the pre-launch period, simply state such on this thread. Bare in mind that Nedia probably already has carved out one quadrant around the Phoenix area (not sure which though). Doing the maths, that equates to only 500 chapters available in the US.

Naked group masturbation and ass kissing?

Did I forget to mention live music and an open bar?

I think you already mentioned too much! xD

Do you have any idea how many closet masturbaters there are in the world, some even refusing to taking off their clothes for the occasion?

The 69th BareBonians was founded to liberate these very individuals. Remember, one does not have to get naked, masturbate, kiss ass, dance or consume adult beverages to fully appreciate the Full Moon Mætup experience, albeit the former three listings are required to be recognized as full members, thus allowing them to receive our newsletter.

Can you think of a better way to spend a late-afternoon/pre-dusk day approximately once a month under a full moon? Thought not!

At the sound of the 69th gong by the giant dong, one has the option of going home or hanging out a while during the evening hours.

I just found the perfect sound that starts the hour-long proceedings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOqy1mkksnA

Okay, Nedia (her real first name) said that she's going to do everything in her power to orchestrate the first ever The 69th BareBonians Full Moon Mætup on January 4, 2015, a Sunday (of all days  Roll Eyes but  Cool) close to the Phoenix, AZ, area, procuring some outdoor public venue for the occasion. She also mentioned utilizing Facebook, having reservations about meetup.com for some reasons, but whatever.

Nedia also mentioned to perhaps sell The 69th BareBonians products on CafePress, but I haven't even began to start a logo campaign depicting the brand. Looks like now we need to get on that, commissioning (or a contest) some designer to create one. I'm leaning toward creating a bitcoin wallet address to solicit donations just for this aspect alone, hopefully to garner about a hundred bucks or so at least.

If/when The 69th BareBonians is registered as a non-profit, I'll simply be its founder. Nedia could be its first Princii (think princess), with Princii Nedia having a beautiful ring to it. The male counterpart could be called Munguu (Munguus for plural).
