5 Million dollars worth of crypto but only facing 4 years of sentence? is this really enough for that huge amount he had taken ?
not sure if I am too exaggerated but I think this is a lifetime sentence because there are many thief there that will risk their 4 years for this amount to live a luxurious life before being caught or after the imprisonment .

But it is good that we are seeing something in process to take those abusers of crypto in Jail , and with this there is a true justice in a market that they called anonymous and hard to be bring to justice .
If I remember correctly there's also a case about a man who abused the glitch in the ATM where he became a millionaire. When he surrendered to the police station he only got a year in the prison. So for sure he hide some money before he went to prison but before that he'd spent a lot of money like in a private jet. This cases it's like make people want to be a criminal it's like the best way to be instant millionaire with just a sacrifice of few years. I don't how the justice system works rn. Yeah i also have read that case and having to serve a year in prison . |

What I have learn in all trading and market that I entered? all is speculative mate unless those are manipulated place in which only the whales are winning , but in crypto market and even in all trading platform < it is speculating is what it makes the world go round. For newbies in trading, you need to understand that the crypto market is a speculative and not stagnant. It moves up and down known as bull and bear respectively. Incase you don't know, now, how trade happens is when one buyer is speculating up another can speculate down and the exchange happens on the trading platform. For example when the price of btc is $28,000, someone is speculating it further to buy to $29,500 and another can speculate it to sell to $26,000. So depending on your chart and analysis, that determines your winning strength if you speculate rightly. Trading is speculative based on your technical analysis, indicators and fundamentals (news).
I think if you are newbie , there is no need to rush here , as forum of Bitcointalk is a complete package for us to learn and understand what and how it works. just stay for a month reading , asking and understanding ? you will never lose huge (since losses is part of any profiteering as there is no assurance at all) |

Thanks to scammers like you we have to reduce the welcome bonus from 200% to 100% so we are not going to get new scammers trying to exploit our site
That is sad news , that players will suffer just because some scammers abused the bonus system. but that should be done to prevent abuses though even a 50% deposit will be abused if they wanted ,so either 50 or 200% what matters is that it is about the luring of the players of course together with scammers and cheaters . |

this post was made in 2022 and now it's only the beginning of the year 2023, but the price of BNB has reached $300, therefore you don't need to hesitate for investing in BNB and I'm sure if the price of BNB can reach its ATH price in 2023 or even create a new ATH price, so if you haven't invested in BNB, then now is still the right time to buy BNB, because the price of BNB haven't increased very high at this time.
Binance coin is one of the safest crypto to invest because of its presentation and that is backed up by Binance but always consider that the market is volatile and things may change here and there. but the longevity of holding is one factor that will make you safer BNB is one of the coins I am keeping from Hundred dollars , waiting for at least 4 digits and I will consider releasing them. It will have it's new ATH for BNB and it already beyond that price range this year and infact it reach 400$ this month if I am not mistaken. BNB possess lots of potential to grow more biggest ecosystem in the crypto market that's why it is supporter by many in the crypto space.

Well this is big comparing to what is the price and movement now.
it drops again to 28k and yes continues to fall.
if I will look and believe that 38-40k , then we are having a correction now?
Having that type of increase is not unlikely, I mean we have seen about 30% increase before in a month and it could be once again this month too. However, we are not going to see something that huge if you ask me, is it possible? Sure it is possible but I feel like that won't be the case. I think more like 34-35k range is more likely because that is around 10-20% range of increase for a month and that is a lot more likely and will be the result. of course possibilities are there, as in crypto there is no impossible to happen but remember that we must have basis for not having a failure and over expectation and yes we have seen that increase happened before but there are more decrease than increasing if we will look deeper . Having a 10-20% increase is nothing short of great. I hope that it will get better and we should be considering that type of profit once again, I am not sure if that will happen quickly though, not the first week of may right away, I think it will take a while like maybe third week of the month before we see those prices.
lets be realistic , that 2023 isn't the year for that as we can expect something good like this to happen but not that soonest . maybe next year? why not right as halving is taking place? |

Yes it does mate , when i start learning this market I have my decent job , and yes I am earning enough but thats it, then I start working and investing here in crypto, having signature campaign(as side job) investing in some coin that I consider business lol , and yes it improves my financial stability and indeed, that i have best result now as i have savings , holdings and I can say that having a good way of living.

No one can disagree with you but you know betcrypto put a lot of effort since the beginning of the casino and they were strict about no KYC from the beginning. I have talked with betcrypto a lot of times and I have to admit that I was convinced that they are not the typical casino who will turn into a KYC casino at the end when people will make bigger withdraw. Not a vouch but I'm convinced enough that they are going to be a no KYC casino. close your portfolio and reopen the next 5-6 years, because I believe at that time the market will definitely experience a bull run (all cryptocurrency create a new ATH price), so I'm sure at that time your XRP price can reach at least $3 or even more, so for now you better not check your portfolio and continue to buy, because I believe in the future you will be rich (the price has risen very high and create a new ATH price). How sure you are that after 5-6 years the case against SEC will be resolved? because that is the only reason why the price of ripple remains this low and yes , if that would be go towards the team then the potential of ripple will increase once more and this even predicted to reach 10 dollars if that case will be even. but not until it happens? the price will remain this low. |

From my experience and observations, I noticed both Bitcoin mixing and online gambling using Bitcoin are mostly regarded as bad actors in Bitcoin despite both being the highest Bitcoin adopters and having the largest Bitcoin volume in transactions and services.
from where did you get this views mate? are your friends acting and telling you? or this is just your own belief from your small understanding? first , being a bad actor meaning that Gambling and Mixer should or must be shut down by the government long time ago but why they are still existing? though there are some who had been shut down yet they are just few of many. Secondly, if Gambling and Bitcoin mixing services are called bad actors, what about centralized exchanges are they also perceived as bad actors in Bitcoin?
I should call them more on Bad actor if that is what you wanted to impose here comparing to gambling and mixers . I am a gambler and also a mixer users and I am not being bias here instead this is what I have seen from my experiences . |
