If your thing can automatically make accounts escape newbie restrictions, why are you posting this just inside the newbie area?

very funny coming from you. maybe if you had used this software with your alts you would have made money. you failed at scamming so your opinion is invalid.

[12/6/2013 10:39:45 PM] r3wt: hey man, Cryptsy is seriously fucked right now. i think you need to shut it down before cryptsy's reputation is damaged any further. it might be good for pr if you act proactively instead of retroactively. i'm sure you've already heard but people are starting to take to the forums and trash you.
[12/6/2013 10:48:21 PM] Paul Vernon: Well, they've been trashing me since day 1
[12/6/2013 10:50:42 PM] r3wt: well screw them lol. just thought i would let you know alot ofpeople are reporting missing coins etc.
[12/6/2013 10:52:03 PM] Paul Vernon: I'm still working through the list.  seems there are some unprocessed deposits here and there
[12/6/2013 10:52:19 PM] r3wt: ok, do you mind if i share that with the backroom?
[12/6/2013 10:52:48 PM] Paul Vernon: there was a bug yesterday that i plugged up pretty quickly
[12/6/2013 10:54:08 PM] Paul Vernon: more servers going in tomorrow.   will give us 2x web capacity
[12/6/2013 10:55:57 PM] r3wt: i hope it is resolved soon for everyones sake. cryptsy is really the pillar of the alt exchanges
[12/6/2013 10:58:58 PM] Paul Vernon: got another developer starting end of next week.  Should help me from pulling my hair out
[12/6/2013 11:00:12 PM] r3wt: i feel for ya. Customers never understand the sacrifices a sys admin makes to get the job done.
1647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenSourcecoin logo contest on: December 08, 2013, 01:14:28 AM

i like this. nice and simple, but its too plain. i am interested in seeing what direction you go with this one. watching for sure.

I was bored for couple hours, decided to make a logo. My submission #1.

This one is interesting too, but its too generic, lacks any type of brand recognizability you want in a coin logo. for example, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Megacoin, Digitalcoin, and Franko have extremely recognizable logos, however most other coins arent very recognizable. i desire for OSC to have the same level of Brand Recognition as BTC, LTC, MEC, DGC, and FRK
1648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Ann]Nanotokens 9/30/13 Launching again on: December 07, 2013, 09:51:20 PM
with the chinese guy story, i think who is greedy and doesnt watch for safety....
He had the option to splitt the buys in smaller pieces to minimize risk.
He didn't so i would think he could afford this 20btc loss.

For the premine of the devileper, i would like to see it on the announce page.
everything up to max 0,5% is acceptable to me (max!).
1% is not, it is unfair and just too much.

But what i really dont like, is when premining isn't clearly announced.
So how much is the premine on this relaunch?
(or is it still 0,25% of the first version?)

:-) this is a question not an attack , greetings

the premine was 250,000 coins on the relaunch. of this i got 0%. the block was mined by iGotSpots, and sent to Paul Vernon of cryptsy. I trust that he used it to refund those effected by the forking of the coin and specifically the real chinese guy who lost almost 60k coins due to the mess. I'm not really sure if he had any left over, but i did receive a mysterious deposit of 3500 coins to my cryptsy account. its very possible that vern split the left overs among cryptsy users, or just sent it to me. its also highly likely that 3500 coins were from a buy order i placed shortly before the second 51% attack on the coin. I honestly don't know.

The original premine was 500,000 coins, of which i kept approximately 140,000 coins. i'm not really sure exactly how much it was, but i will admit the coin was originally launched as a pump and dump. After i initially sold some of them on the exchange, i became attached to the coin and i know my support lacked at times, due to my then lack of a technical understanding of the coin. There is no doubt that what i did was unethical and i am ashamed of doing it, but the best thing i can try to do is support the coin, and i'm hoping to be able to patch the 51% vulnerability it has so that it can become a useful cryptocurrency. I won't throw muddafudda under the bus here, but he is atleast somewhat responsible for the coin's shortcomings. As for the block reward mess, it was totally my fault. i did not do enough research before i decided i was able to properly construct object oriented c code and procedural based if statements. I am sorry to anyone who was hurt in my petty scheme. I hope that the coin is able to be restored to its previous standing as it was once very valued on cryptsy, and if it doesn't i hope to be able to repay the debt as i take responsibility for its failure and demise.

1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenEx: Progress Report- 91% complete on: December 07, 2013, 07:49:18 AM
Ok ok, keep on the good work. I am nOt fluent in chinese at all, but I was just offering my services to help openex as I can Smiley

Keep us informed !

(What about mzking nxt tradable on openex ? It only have one exhange, and people start being interested in it. I assume it's not as ez as other crypto to add, but to have more people faster it can be good)

we have discussed this privately, and we will only take one more coin. Currently  we are researching on what coin is worthy. I can pretty much guarantee you it wont be NXT.
1652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenEx: Progress Report- 91% complete on: December 07, 2013, 07:27:29 AM
If another mod is needed for openex chat I can do it.

Any launch date ? An estimation is fine ^^

i know this makes me look bad since i said two weeks and its now up, but unfortunately the processors for our main server are on backorder. the host company is shooting for sometime this week. i imagine that justin and i will only need a few days to get it up and in beta mode. should everything work as planned, its reasonable to think the site could be officially launched as soon as we would like.

i think it will probably take a few days to compile and sync all the wallets though.

as soon as the servers deliverd, i could give you a better estimate.

As for the mod position, we are generally looking for someone who is fluent in chinese.

1654  Economy / Speculation / Re: buy high, sell low - the proven strategy that guarantees negative returns on: December 07, 2013, 06:58:12 AM
those who do nothing but trade bitcoin for profit are an enormous tax on the system. if we want the system to prevail into real world usage, this type of trading has to be eliminated from the equation. first thing to go should be trading bots. atleast make the bitches work for the money they are pulling from other peoples pockets.

that's my 2 cents.
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap.com - Market Cap Rankings of All Cryptocurrencies! on: December 07, 2013, 03:00:48 AM
X68N should be added on everyone's Ignore list - btw I want ALL coins (even Ripple + Ven) in the default chart.
I am a trader/investor/speculator, I need fast as much info as possible as efficient as possible.

When I trade coins I don't give a flying fuck for their background, I need to see cold numbers.

who is listening to these premine fanboys?
they are just upset that i found out how their coin works. I asked then in a normal way, at first they want not to answer then they
called me troll because they feelt caught.
They call everyone a troll who doesnt like their project. I leaved their homebase right, after i found out how it works, so there is no need to be rude.
Nobody can forbid me to talk with other Forum Members about NXT, Glad that this forum has free speech.

Also on what you give a fuck or shit, i dont care. When i look at your posts, i guess you must have a huge consumption of toiletpaper  Grin

1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of all cryptocoins on: December 07, 2013, 01:16:55 AM
Looks like he update the list on the 4th, but didn't add any new coins. i think the list has become to complicated for him to handle

Don't panic, recent boom in alt's changed everything and my update was no longer valid.
I need to  wait few days for pump&dumps to finish and reveal true new stars.

well when evaluating osc, i would appreciate it if you took an in depth look at the coin and what services are already in place. thank you.

some key points:

1659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [OSC]OpenSourcecoin-- Online wallet launched @ http://coinbit.pw on: December 06, 2013, 09:03:04 PM
Xisi, i would like to make you an official member of the team. are you interested?

i'm also looking for some PR. i think this coin deserves an article, now it already has things that 99% of other coins dont. all this despite being blacklisted by cryptsy and others who wish to see my projects fail.

the support that has been demonstrated gives me hope that OSC can be a shining example of the lesser privileged with small budgets and amateur coding abilities succeed. Thank you all for your support of OSC, i look forward to the future!
