I have yet to hear back from mammix about assisting with further development/merging of the two chains, so unless I hear from him very very soon I'm stuck moving forward with the code update without cross chain reciprocity, and may be stuck not being able to offer it.

In simulations, the diff filter that is to be used is doing pretty well adjusting the diff up and down so that's a big thumbs up for everyone.

If another developer wants to assist me, please do respond and maybe you can help out with reciprocity or we're going to have to forgo it for now as development should not be halted solely based on one missing component.

We are hearing all the community feedback, about what the community expect about the proof of assets.

Our options for provide this kind of "proof" are actually the following:

1- Proceed with a notarized appraisal of the reserve.

2- Take agreement with our partner for setup a physical point of swap, where anyone can walk the shop door with midascoin, and left the shop with gold (and maybe vice-versa in a future).

I have been following this with interest to see where this coin goes.  Seems like it has gotten to the end of the line now.

Looking on the bittrex trades most of them are trading "dust".  The majority of trades are less than $5.  It looks like someone is trying to "squeeze" all they can out of this as long as they can.

If this was really backed by gold and I say "if" since I don't believe it is we should all be tripping over each other wanting to buy it and just cash out.  Why would anyone in their right mind not want to buy gold at 1/2 price?  That makes no sense, the company itself should be buying all of it up themselves since it is literally FREE money.

If someone told you that they are selling USD or EUROs for 1/2 price who would not buy?

or, one can create a shortcut of the truck qt and then add -port 18777 in properties.

to do this, create a shortcut of the truck qt.
right click on shortcut then select properties.
add -port 12121 at the end of target line.

here is how my line looks like "D:\coin Wallets\Truck\truckcoin-qt.exe" -port=12121  <--- you can change the port to 18777 if you like to.

to run both, hyp and truck, run hyp as normal and for turck run the shortcut.

We have smart contracts in our road map, the concept which had not been exposed much to a average crypto user.
If the developers could implement it asap, pesa would have a distinct place among this crowd of alts.

Higher PoS % interest can potentially bring more money, but "if the minimal PoS age is not low or if old coins do not stake" it can be bad to ECC blockchain and to a fluid network.

I do understand that to create motivation "money" should be the "initial" interest. But let's face one fact. Even looking at current price of ECC, there are tons of users that do not touch their wallets from some time (some due to giving up, other due disinterest, etc). If we boost the PoS rate, those users will still not turn their wallets because price is poor. So, in my opinion higher PoS % rate, will not bring price up (unless if we kind of do, super inflation, that consequently will drop later the price, after normalizing the PoS % rate).

I think that to bring network up to a stable point, PoS % should benefit more (70/30 distribution for example or even 50/50 could make sense) the ones "running" the wallet. I know this is the opposite of "green" for the initial ECC concept, but in reality that is what can bring future price up. Why? Anyone will be able to benefit from higher PoS % rates and not just the bag holders. This will result in more potential buyers of ECC and therefore higher rise of ECC price.

Let me detail:

In a 70/30 distribution, 70% will be based on normal PoS and 30% over the wallet running status. The longer the wallet stays up the faster will can reach 100% of 30% (in the 70/30 distribution). Using higher PoS can be then maintained by using a 25% rate. Where the ones that just care for getting their wallets offline, will receive 70% of 25% rate.. and the ones that stay up with their wallets, 70%+30% of 25% rate interest.

Of course this would mean other things, one of them trusted seed nodes and so on. But I think that by first establishing the "mode of operation" can sort out how to do the second one. There are many systems already, based on voting or other features.
