Good choice for staying away from Chelsea match today. They just couldn't score against Brentford and the bees even scored another one in the second half to ice them.
The usual Manchester City match with scoring 4-1 so right on the correct score for that one. But now it is looking like they just might take the title for the EPL since they have easy games to win and Arsenal only have a couple left with only being ahead of them by two points.
It does look like it as Man City has more room for error and the best-case scenario for Arsenal would be to win every remaining match but I don't see it happening. I might bet on their next match though as I think the odds provider are a bit generous on their odds against Chelsea.

The surprising result today out of them all was Nottingham Forest beating Brighton 3-1. I don't think anybody saw that one coming.
I also had Brighton winning in my predictions for this round, I didn't think they can win against Brighton when their last win was a couple of months back.

Gosh both ended up as a draw which is kinda unexpected. I had extra stake on GG though and there goes my hundred bucks  Roll Eyes

I guess TSM was just that bad huh. Anyway, both MC and Sumail was playing incredibly well though I guess they are both still top tier despite sticking with Nigma for so long
I also didn't expect both series to finish on a draw and the series I avoided is the one that went 2-0.  Tongue

Here's what I have for today though, the TSM bet is already a no-brainer while OG vs Spirit seems to be heading towards a draw since OG got a good start while Team Spirit is continuing their trend of splitting maps. More confident about the EG bet than the draw when TSM is back to their losing ways.

It is nice to see that I've reached the quarter finals. It was a tough rivalry with you, @ralle14. Great effort there.  Smiley
I honestly thought I did well but you were one step ahead of me, congrats and BOL on the 4th round.  Smiley

If only Man City held a bit longer at the last 5-10 minutes the result could've been the other way around, still happy I cashed a few bets from their dominating win though.
1644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 26, 2023, 05:05:43 AM
How about an early Major bet to start the Major discussion?
I got the same bet plus Team Liquid, I told myself I wouldn't bet pre-live but I can't resist the promo from 500casino as they're offering extra winnings on the teams that would finish the groups.

I'll be skipping GG's series against PSG.LGD though as I still don't know how teams from the other region would adapt to the new patch.

1645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we should play on minor gambling platform? on: April 26, 2023, 04:35:16 AM
Those dishonest tactics are probably the number one reason why many gamblers prefer to stick to the casinos they already know, some casinos employ selective scamming tactics and they use their TOS to try to make their actions to seem legitimate, and if the casino owners are smart they can get away with this for a very long time.

So people prefer to not take the risk as they know that if they were to fall victim of such tactic, there will be no chance at all to recover their money.
IMO the same can happen in bigger casinos, I know it's unlikely but i've experienced it once and it's frustrating when your winnings are simply taken away and you can't do anything aside from shrugging it off because you can't win against their rules.

That's why withdraw times/speeds are so important to me.
For me, it's the same plus the minimum withdrawal amounts because some casinos would have little to no deposit limits but their minimums withdrawal is so high like it's for high rollers.
1646  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: April 26, 2023, 01:35:47 AM
While checking some of the sites in the list I noticed that 777coin has been offline for several months now and is probably good enough to be removed from the table.

And I would like to ask if Punt is old enough to be added to the table, if so then their minimum withdrawal is around .0002 while the fee is around .00007 exactly like Stake and Primedice.

1647  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrobetting.eu - Unmatched BTC Betting and Entertainment 🎰📈🏀⚾🏈⚽ on: April 26, 2023, 12:38:21 AM
Instead of answering this strange post I would rather like to know why OP's feedback rating is so clean while their previous (sister) site has a lot of red feedback?

Wouldn't it be fair to transfer these feedbacks since it's confirmed the same people running this site/account as the original nitrogensports?
I'd agree but it's probably best to bring that topic to the Reputation section and see if the other trusted members would be willing to move or follow up the old feedback on the new account.

I am wondering about the development of Nitrobetting Sportsbook product. Recently you removed a lot of markets/leagues you have been covering in the past. It looks like you are no more offering any leagues apart from main markets. Are there any plans to bring back those lower markets into sportsbook again?
Don't they have limited markets before? anyway, it's hard to expect much as that would depend on their current odds provider.
1648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 26, 2023, 12:04:28 AM
I think Steve was just giving them out to forum regulars as I also got them, unexpectedly, luckily I switched to mbtc and saw my freebets there Wink

It really, literally pays to be an active user of Sportsbet. Now I better win back some of my losses this year lol
Thanks for sharing the post, I tried to backread yesterday but I guess I scrolled too quickly and missed it in the process.

Same, that's why I've been going ham on the multis.  Cheesy

The odds on today's NBA matches are leaning way too much on the favorites due to a few key injuries and home advantage. My initial plan was to take the Celtics spread but they've been falling off in the second half though so I just went for every match-winner favorite and put them all together in a multi for a total of 1.56. It's not the best play but i'm playing it safe for today after going through a couple of bad beats in the past couple of days.
1649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I am only trying to stay safe by gambling less on: April 25, 2023, 05:30:24 PM
Furthermore, I told them that Bitcoin investors tend to get positive results, while online casino gamblers tend to get negative results more than positive result, true or false?

Famz, drop your opinion on this, would you categorize these two as gambling? Because the only winning factor from Bitcoin investment is to just buy low and wait for a high price, it's not the same with casinos. Am I not making sense? I will like to hear from you.
That's true though as i've experienced both but I understand their point, i'd also put Bitcoin under gambling but on the lesser side of it because having experience helps and your wins and losses aren't set permanently until you sell your coins.

With casino gambling, it's too luck reliant and it's usually a one-time deal as you can't go back after clicking the bet button and even though there is an option to cash out on certain bets you're always starting on the losing side because of the house edge.
1650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 25, 2023, 02:28:31 AM
WOW! Congrats to you I never imagine that Sportsbet.io have so many free bets, where did you get that? it is a new feature if you register an account on Sportsbet? sorry the truth is I don't have an account yet on Sportsbet.io, but after seeing this I think I will make one,
It's not a promo for new users and unfortunately, I myself don't even know how I got those free bets as I don't recall winning any giveaway or contest aside from the BSFL side contest a few days ago but they're already in my account when the contest is still ongoing so I don't think that's where I got them.

My guess is that Sportsbet wants to spread some love since their partnered teams are playing against each other that day and encourage others to participate in their promo Beers with Steve.
1651  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which are best stake alternatives on: April 25, 2023, 01:51:34 AM
Which are best stake alternatives
I search for good casinos with similar original games
Punt and Rollbit would be good alternatives if you're aiming for the original games and they have their own reward system as well similar to how Stake gives out their rewards to VIPs.

I don't know what you mean by
OP is referring to the provably fair games since those games are usually categorized as "originals" even in other casinos.
1652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 25, 2023, 01:21:29 AM
I'll go with the under 223.5 on the Lakers vs Memphis game later as both teams have been scoring less these past few games and the series is heating up between these two teams.

I just hope it doesn't go to OT like the Nuggets game yesterday, the under on that game should've been secured if only Jokic got both free throws at the end.

Edit: Wow the game actually went to OT.  Lips sealed

I enjoy answering the tiebreakers more than usual maybe it's because they're similar to making a bet builder or I got lost while answering some of the questions.

The question about the NFL draft caught my interest and thought I should place a bet or two but after seeing the odds I think i'm okay with just watching as the rest of the potential overall first picks are miles away from the favorite.  Tongue

BOL to everyone else as well.
1654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: April 24, 2023, 02:11:37 AM
Maybe Apex and fellow parisians can finally win a title after today's match against this Norwegian esports organization.
They finally got their first title this year after winning against Heroic 2-0 Shocked plus they secured themselves a spot at the next IEM tournament which is a few months away from now.

The DreamLeague also ended today with Gaimin Gladiators taking down Team Liquid in a five-game thriller. The two games that Team Liquid won were so one-sided and ended within 30mins while the games that Gaimin Gladiators won were hard-fought as they lasted for almost an hour each.

Now we're just a few days away from the Berlin major and thinking of skipping pre-live bets throughout due to how the games have been ending after the patch.
1655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 24, 2023, 01:33:42 AM
Many thanks to Sportsbet.io for these cool free bets, i'm surprised to see my account filled with free bet tickets since the weekend started.

I made 4 multis in total, the first two went bust unfortunately as both of them were near misses but the third parlay was a winner as the under on Heat vs Bucks ended with exactly 220 and the last one is still pending with Man City left.  Cheesy

1656  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is something big happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about? on: April 24, 2023, 12:45:07 AM
The other casino i'm using is still giving out the same rewards and they also have a Curacao license so it's most likely a coincidence that a couple of big casinos are starting to chunk down on the VIP bonuses.

I think these sites needs to re-prioritize and start reducing the marketing and start pushing more into their existing players. I play the same games that they provide on their site on other sites and my player experience is much better. (The RTP is just wrong on these big sites)  Roll Eyes
I agree they have to do some changes because their aggressive marketing at some point will cause harm to the site. Aside from these big sponsorships they still have to spend some on their streaming platform Kick as i've seen from certain posts that some of the popular streamers are joining their platform.

Hey! Nice I won the little side special (I know, results not final, but feels good nevertheless) because those kits!!
Same, I wasn't expecting my name to be mentioned in the top 5 but i'm happy that my expectations didn't become reality as I really want to win one of those kits.  Cheesy

Also, i'm relieved that the Dota question was enough for me to even up the score at the end of the round against notblox1 and we both secure a point each.

Sorry but it does not make sense to me.  So are you saying that researching is also a gambling because it also improve your predicting skills? And also is watching people gambling can be also considered a gambling because it encourages you to gamble?
Obviously watching and researching alone doesn't mean you're gambling, when others get good at predicting it can mislead them into thinking they can apply it to gambling with ease. What i'm trying to point out in my earlier post is that it's close enough to be called gambling because they're almost identical as you go through a similar process, and for sportsbooks, it's one way for them to slowly lure in new players and possibly convert them to regular players in the future. Some gambling sites even do it in other games like poker as they regularly host freeroll tournaments.
1660  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: April 22, 2023, 02:28:05 PM
Somehow, yes i'd say it still falls under gambling since helps you improve your predicting skills which is what you'll need when you start gambling, and that could even possibly encourage or trigger you to gamble with money in the future.

I've seen a similar promotion done by other sportsbooks as well so that made it easier for me to include it as gambling.
