1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: October 08, 2021, 09:21:40 AM
many countries ask BNB companies to comply with regulations such as the UK, Singapore, and others, but the unique thing is that the price has not decreased,
Binance is the number 1 exchange in the world. Regulation in some countries is not a problem that will destroy the price of BNB, Binance can take care of the regulation, it's just a matter of time. Therefore, the price of BNB did not decreased.

Quote
I think there will be a wait for prices like you said to drop to 200 and 300.
I think it will be difficult for BNB to return to $200 especially now that BTC is in a bull run, of course all altcoins including BNB will also increase.
I don't see any chances for now that it will go down below $200 knowing the market is very positive these days. It may go upward instead, but going downward might be another waiting game. BNB can be considered as an excellent utility token and its one of the most traded cryptocurrencies in the market so i can see that there is a bright future waiting ahead. I'll probably want to hold it for long term especially that its price has skyrocket again.
1642  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy? on: October 07, 2021, 11:07:39 PM
It is late or not, only you will know. If you decide to buy right now, do not delay and buy it directly but do not buy in a large amount because the market is volatile and could down anytime. If you can split your fund into many parts, you will have a chance to buy again when the price is down for more. But if the price is not down, instead increase, you can sell and make a profit.
Analyzing each before taking action is certainly highly recommended, but I totally agree with you that it's too late or not for us to do something, of course only we know and decide according to what we have and can do.

if you want to buy for the best coins such as bitcoin and ethereum obviously I believe, whenever you buy it will not hurt, the problem is that the price is now quite high. for that, of course, another alternative with the coin under it.

It's true that if your funds are sufficient to distribute several coins, this is certainly an alternative action so that there will be no very large losses if it is focused on only one coin, which may actually cause a loss. buy when the price drops and immediately sell it when the price is reasonable and we consider it quite profitable, don't delay and be greedy.
I agree that this is not the right time to invest in bitcoin or ethereum or those potential altcoins because their prices are still expensive at this moment. Even if you have sufficient funds, i would still suggest to wait for its prices to drop so that if their prices increase again, then you will yield bigger profits. And when you start to invest, diversify them so that if you'll lose in one coin, you will still have chances to yield profits on the other coin. But maybe put a bigger amount on bitcoin as it can give you better profits compared to the other coins.
1643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Gold: Superiority on: October 07, 2021, 07:10:59 PM
I would personally say Bitcoin. Bitcoin is currently in demand. Many different companies are constantly investing in Bitcoin. At present its price is 45 thousand, in future it will not take more than 1-2 lakh.
if the company is clearly unlikely to buy gold for investment because it is impractical to store it, it is certain that the company will focus only on stocks, forex and now bitcoin is probably very popular too.

it all depends on the company, what they think is very supportive for the further development of the company's finances, besides of course the main work being carried out. because saving investments for large companies is very important than just saving in the bank.

you are right bitcoin, has great potential for the long term because it will always increase sharply compared to just stocks and forex. because every halving (4 years) will be achieved renewable ATH for bitcoin, which is not owned by other systems.

Bitcoin is certainly more profitable than gold, but we don't know if bitcoin can last for a long time like gold, the biggest test of bitcoin today is being able to overcome pressure from countries that banned bitcoin, so that bitcoin development can be free like gold.
Of course, all will clearly agree that bitcoin will be more profitable than any investment for now, no exception when compared to gold, bitcoin is still superior.

bitcoin will remain the same as gold, as long as all need and use and store bitcoin, it will not disappear. if only pressure from the government is a natural thing, because usually they don't have standard rules for the existence of bitcoin. because bitcoin is vulnerable to abuse, it is clear that the state must guard against this happening.

so there is no doubt that for now bitcoin will be able to attract many people to invest in it, because it is clearly very profitable even when compared to other investments. we don't know in the future if anyone is able to make a match like bitcoin, as long as there isn't, bitcoin will always be sought.

In terms of profits, its very clear that bitcoin takes the lead. Its value is definitely huge compared to gold. But the only thing that makes investors doubtful to invest in bitcoin is due to its high volatility, the value suddenly pumps or dumps depending on the market's condition. And this creates more confusion especially to those who did not know bitcoin well.

However, gold may have a lesser value compared to bitcoin but there's no high fluctuations happening in it. It's value is fixed and may only get to increase if the demand gets higher but that only happens very seldom. But since it's a traditional way of investment, people find it quite irresistible to resist.
1644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero - December 5 on: October 07, 2021, 07:15:55 AM
Not fun to watch if the betting odds are not attractive, I also bet if I watch a fight so like to see some odds like KO odds which are attractive.

Gervonta Davis is probably gonna KO Rolando Romero as he has a high kO rate, currently 24/25 or 95%.

We can see their respective records here.
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/643387
https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/781366

The difference is really big when it comes to experience and both of them have an impressive knockout record. Tank Davis is a lot popular to the crowd even in crypto he is already well known here to have favorable odds.

Romero has a promising boxing career, what did he do before this match that it seems like this career is about to crumble? Why is he being matched to Tank Davis that is clearly way above him.

Upset does happen, mate, although Tank Davis is obviously the favorite here, we never know what's gonna happen. Not all undefeated fighters will remain undefeated, and sometimes, a young unknown fighter could pull some surprise, who knows, we might see that in this particular fight.

So please share the betting odds of this fight.
1645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 07, 2021, 06:41:56 AM
If he had the chance to have more time on the NBA floor it feels like he'd might followed LeBron at that time just like Wade did at Cleveland but it didn't flourish as everyone expecting. Not only mentally but more like physically but I'm hoping he'd do some extensive rehabilitation so he bounce back again on the floor.

The fact that he retires already, I believe that sports is not good for him anymore, he need to relax and focus on other things, besides, money is not a problem if he was able to manage it as he has some good contract when he was still playing in the NBA.

The health issue was really serious.

1646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin a threat to China? Is China deliberately imposing sanction on BTC on: October 06, 2021, 11:31:40 PM
China is big controlling machine,  anything China can not control will be removed from the people.  China controls her citizens thought,  way of life even personal decision like how many children you want to have.  Bitcoin is of the most liberating asset,  and China can not let her people be liberated!
This is the simplest answer to OP, everything is a threat to China especially if they can’t control it and this is also why they created their own Digital Yuan so they can prevent their people from using cryptocurrency. China is a big FUD, they spread lies and negative news about Bitcoin fortunately, this market is still strong even without China and we are still moving forward and keeps on rising.
The worst part of all of this is that we know that this is never going to work, it is true that we are being monitored more than ever even in countries that supposedly love freedom but it is nowhere near as extreme as what it is happening at China, and this means that at some point people are going to get tired about what is happening and they will begin to challenge the government on their decisions, they will not do so openly as that would be dumb, but they will do so by maintaining possession of their coins and by making use of technologies that assure them to get some level of freedom they cannot get otherwise.
It will probably happen if the Chinese government will continue to release sanction on btc and its holders and users. But i don't think this will take so long because i believe that China is a source of FUDs, and they have been making that since they discovered that bitcoin could be a source of economic stability that will eventually turn a country into a successful and progressive one. So from then on, bitcoin has become a big threat to China. But we also know deeply that China has been threatening bitcoin because of that. But lately, seems the market has been used to it and bitcoin is no longer affected with these FUDs anymore.
1647  Economy / Speculation / Re: El Salvador run or survive? on: October 06, 2021, 10:28:14 PM
They will survive, it's not like they've done an all in with bitcoin that if it doesn't go where they want it to be, they're whole country will collapse and to be honest, I think that it's in our best interest that they're going to survive because if they become a success, more countries will follow and the prominence of bitcoin will rise much higher.
They'll surely survive.

Whoever is the first mover does have the advantage and so El Salvador has all the advantages upon the declaration. It's odd for the other countries but we can't deny that they got balls, unlike the other countries.
I can sense that El Salvador will definitely survive from its own battle. I know how they struggled so that everything will work out and with this bullish time, seems like this will pave the way for some citizens to value bitcoin more than fiat not just of its high price at the present but more on its countless benefits compared to fiat which is greatly affected with inflation.  And the higher chances for this nation to come out successful, then this will encourage other countries too to start accepting bitcoin as  a medium of exchange.
1648  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation and protecting you wealth on: October 06, 2021, 09:22:08 PM

I recently listened to a discussion on which assets could actually be better to protect or even profit from inflation. This comes as most of the developed world is suffering the consequences of a soaring inflation and several pinch points in the supply chains and the international trade, such as a massive demand for freighters and severe queueing in ports.

How would you defend yourself from inflation:
- Buy bitcoin
- Buy more commodities.
- Buy REITs or real state.
- Buy stocks of listed companies.
- Buy art.
- ... any other?

Good, to fight inflation of course, the only investment we can do, if we invest in low-risk types such as gold or property, of course this is not safe, the best thing is to dare to take risks by investing in high-risk types such as cryptocurrencies.
Right. Investing in bitcoin can be a very good solution so we can protect our own economy from the rising inflation and definitely add more to our stored wealth. Bitcoin can be a very good source of profits and a great store of value which is totally different from fiat to which its value is being depreciated as time goes by. Anything that creates fiat investment will never be as profitable as bitcoin. Same with real estate or stocks investments can be very profitable for long term knowing its value will never go down but in upward trend. Gold might be good but traditional, and its value does not create profits as high as bitcoin.
1649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All crypto declared illegal in China!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: October 05, 2021, 10:23:18 PM
this is not surprising anymore because China does feel threatened by bitcoin...

China has been a crypto 'unfriendly' country for the past few years and the most shocking thing was when they forced all bitcoin mining there to be shut down. China is not a country that has a strong influence on bitcoin, so this problem does not need to be magnified.

Just one small correction: not China, but the Communist government of China. Communist governments are afraid of everything decentralized because they want to keep everything under control. I don't know how many people in China really support that outdated regime today, but I hope in the near future they will be in the minority, and this nightmare will be over.
If this is the case, then it will be better if crypto market will cut its connection into China. Crypto market without China will make it more smooth sailing knowing there are already big countries who are now supporting bitcoin and its crypto market. Although China has the largest mining activity for crypto, it will never be a huge loss really since it has always been a total destructor of the crypto market since they come up with their own crypto. However, those Chinese citizens who are holding bitcoins at the moment will probably face the consequence so if they are free to move in to other countries, better do it now.
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Dogecoin Is Crypto's Most Dangerous Joke on: October 05, 2021, 09:13:55 PM
People will always buy anything that doubles their money, and many people see the opportunity in dogecoin and don't want to miss out. This is why I tell people that most investors are here for the money, not the technology, and that only a few people care about scalability, which is why real Altcoins are still fighting how to get real adoption.
It is true that majority of the investors are here in the market to earn a quick profit. They really do not care about the fundamentals of a project and there are many seed fund investors who negotiate big deals so that they will get huge amount of coins than the general public usually gets and those investors really do not care about the project and once that hits the market they will pump the coin and in the meantime book their profit as well.
I believe the quick profit part is not something that matters when it would be a memecoin. Sure you could make a profit from it but do you really want to risk that on a memecoin? I could invest into bitcoin and maybe I will make a profit, or maybe I won't make a profit but at least I know that bitcoin is a serious thing and even if I lose today, then I can wait and make a profit tomorrow.

However one thing I am pretty sure about dogecoin is that one day it will go down and it will stay down. Which is why the reward of making a good amount of profit from dogecoin comes with the risk of investing into some shitcoin that will be close to few satoshis one day, maybe not today but one day. Are you really sure you are willing to take that risk? I know I won't.
Dogecoin is only good when it was still hyped and a lot have been making profits, but now that Elon stops tweeting about it, its price really went down. Those who FOMO are mostly want nothing but quick profits, but after that i think they are already facing losses right now. Elon was just smart enough that maybe he has sold all his coins already when it was at the top, but for those who come to believe in dogecoin just because of an influencer,  they must be regretting by now. There's nothing wrong investing in a meme coin as long it has its practical application so it won't lose its value because there is still its community supporting it.
1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Gas Fee is too High? on: October 05, 2021, 07:29:49 AM
LOL.. almost a year has passed since the ETH gas price climbed to sky high levels. And we are still debating about it. Based on my experience with the cryptocurrency sector, I would say one thing. If the developers really wanted to reduce the gas prices, then they would have done that already (like what happened in BTC, where we are witnessing extremely low transaction fee after Lightning Network became popular). The developers don't want lower gas prices, because it will reduce their profits. So they will give excuses and delaying tactics like ETH 2.0, but on the ground there will be no real change.
Now i can sense that there's no really chance for ethereum's high gas fees to be reduced. Maybe this is the reason why there are some arising networks with less gas fees and is usable for all unlike ethereum which only rich investors can afford. But this is the nature of ethereum so there's no way we  can change that. According to a tweet by a crypto investor Lark Davis, ethereum's high gas fees is due to explosion of NFT market. This makes ETH basically unusable for all but only the richest users.
1652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How cryptocurrency trading have helped the youth. on: October 04, 2021, 11:35:03 PM
Crypto trading gave youth hope that in this world that's full of uncertainty, they will still be able to live and continue to be part of this society because now that they have financial independence, they will be able to make things much easier since they're able to not worry about finances since they have some to be able to get by.
With crypto, the youth in this new generation have definitely an edge over the old generation because most of them today are already inclined to high technologies which if they chose to invest in crypto, it will be more easier for them because all the information can be found already in the internet. And if they can start crypto trading, of course with enough preparation, then they will start to earn huge amount of profits and definitely start to diversify it through different assets and investments. An an early age, i know they are more able to achieve their goals and build a bright future from their huge amount of finances.
1653  Economy / Economics / Re: China Is making Fuds Since 2017, But BTC Always Gone higher on: October 04, 2021, 08:31:40 AM
China is a big country in this world. This influence on crypto is actually very high, They always spread FUD every time the price is coming to rise up in order to make any drop. But we don't know the right reasons behind it, whether they really want the price drop because they dislike crypto, or they want to control Bitcoin, make the price dip, and then get many more Bitcoin to prepare before the next pump.

We also actually realize that with or without those FUDs, Bitcoin price will always skyrocket moreover if the cycle of halving has been finished and the price will commonly create new ATH. But on the other side, we may not underestimate what China can do, although it may only influence for a certain short time, it exactly will give a big impact at that time.

One of the things why I like the China FUD is because the price of BTC will go up, it always is, when there was the problem with the miners leaving China, the price took a nice bullish turn, when China does a movement against BTC, other countries take advantage of it. It is strange that a country like China that is so big does not accept BTC technology, nor its alternative economy, sometimes I think that the big whales of BTC reside in China, because when looking at the market from the speculative point of view of the market, when They start their FUD, the market goes down, but from one moment to another the market has a big bullish rally.

China doesn't care about their citizens having freedom, not in politics, not in economics, and not in any other aspect of their society.  China honestly isn't losing any type of opportunity because the benefits of bitcoin don't offer any type of benefit to the ccp.  People need to get over the china thing already.  Bitcoin and china are incompatible.  It doesn't matter to bitcoin if china bans it, and it doesn't matter to china if they don't have bitcoin.
I think bitcoin will go up even higher if there is no China around. After all, what they always keep doing is just making fuds that will definitely influenced the crypto market which will create panic to all newbies. But i've seen a big difference now. The crypto market is not dependent anymore into China as more big countries are now adopting bitcoin and even potential altcoins. It made sense now why bitcoin has not made a huge drop pf price when this China banning hits the market. So it will be a better scenario if China will not be a part of crypto anymore.
1654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Scammers put bad impact to Our Government about Bitcoin Transections. on: October 04, 2021, 06:53:35 AM
So sad to hear that. This good invention become very bad in government eyes. This technology can help many people life especially in term of economic matters. I hope there are no scammers in cryptocurrency world so the adoption can be faster. But I still optimistic that at the end government will tend to accept bitcoin and legalize it

We need to understand that everything in this world if the scammers wanted to use it to fool the people to steal their money, they can use it with a little trick they have in their mind which is sometimes for the other ignorant people who don't have any idea on what's really going on. Even the dead can make it seems alive whenever they will execute their planted script that will make them seem legit when they talked. People should know that bitcoins have nothing to do with this kind of people, it's just the only use as an instrument like how they used some old stories to attract people to invest in their so-called innovative investment method (Ponzi Scheme) which turned to be scammed in the future.
I always wonder why is the government putting all the blame on bitcoin? When its very clear that bitcoin is only used as a tool for scamming, and it should be the persons involved in it directly should be given sanction. Is it really the scamming case? Or maybe the government hated bitcoin even before because it cannot be fully controlled by them, and its usage starting to conquer all over the world.

However, there are some governments who are now legalizing and accepting bitcoin as a reserve currency and this has been possible because of some government officials who are more open minded on bitcoin and its blockchain.
1655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] JOSHUA vs USYK on: October 03, 2021, 09:10:17 PM
~
It is easier to criticize the boxer after he has lost, however, none of the analysts have said anything about that before the fight and have said to bet on the Ukrainian because of that record. Also, who has Usyk fought before Anthony Joshua? Many of the are also not great names.
The critics can be anyone and you will not hear anyone before the event, you will only hear them after the event and then dissecting the situation as if they knew well beforehand. The same you can see in every aspect of life, in the financial sectors and in the cryptocurrency market as well. You will not hear from them well before it happens, but once it happens you will hear them tell that they knew well beforehand  Cheesy.
Usyk is an underrated boxer, he dominated Joshua who is a champion and suppose to make big money on a big fight against Fury, I think that plan was ruined now unless Joshua will ask for a rematch and beat Usyk convincingly.

I hope it will be realize because there are some boxing event now that are cancelled or move its data, and fans might be disappointed.
Oleksandr Usyk expects Anthony Joshua rematch in 'February or March'
1656  Economy / Speculation / Re: No BTC Holding is risky on: October 03, 2021, 08:51:59 PM
Fiat currencies will depreciate highly at some point. And then, governments' first choices will be digital currencies. But I don't mean the volatile cryptocurrencies of course. I mean the digital currencies that governments will develop. When it comes to owning Bitcoin, it is really a big advantage for its investor I think. Especially if you are a long-term investor, it is the best choice among all the cryptocurrencies by far I think.
Fiat is experiencing a high inflation right now which means the prices of basic commodities are rising, but leaving fiat's value in depreciation. So if you have put all your savings and investments in fiat, then you might see them less valuables in the future. It' will be better if you start prioritizing investing in bitcoin right now because it will be more likely to give you huge profits in the future as long as you chose to invest it in long term. Bitcoin may not guarantee sure profits all the time due to its volatility but at least you know its value will definitely move upward in the years to come, unlike fiat that is getting less value as time goes by.
1657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do you see the true bear market coming? on: October 01, 2021, 05:28:34 PM
Like the title says, when do you see the true bear market that we saw that happened in 2018 with every alt crashing insane amount?

If bitcoin crashes for about a week or so and then most altcoins are following the downtrend, without any signs of any upwards movement nor indicators doesn't show us that price will rise soon, I considered that as the bear market is now in effect.
I appreciate your advice, bro. That's what I'm thinking too. Why we do need a pure downturn? These days it's just a routine to experience the ups and downs. When the market correction started, I considered that a bear market and filled up my bags. I guess everybody is filling up their bags with good and respectable cryptos at the same manner because it's going to pump like crazy by the end of November.
As I can see on the market right now, the price of Bitcoin slowly going crazy after hitting the price of $47k, so I don't see any true bear market yet because Bitcoin is recovering and this is a good sign to have a better price in the future. We can only see real bull market if Bitcoin hit below $35k again, but for now let's see what's the peak for this current trend and hopefully Bitcoin can able to break the level of $50k again.
Just wait for bitcoin to crash again and drop its price by 50% from its present price, i guess that will be the start of a real bear market scenario. But no one's gonna hope for that to happen, otherwise a lot of holders will start to lose if they end up panic selling. But for now, i must say that the market is in perfect shape. Bitcoin and the rest of potential altcoins are making a good price increase despite of the recent ban from China. So i don't think a true bear market is happening soon, not this year hopefully.
1658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: October 01, 2021, 12:39:00 PM
I think Donaire will retire right after he can fight Casimero, but if that does not happen sooner then I think Donaire will step down as a professional boxer like Manny Pacquaio did. Given the age Donaire he's the most likely retiring few years from now after Manny Pacquaio.

But let's look forward to this all Filipino fight showdown soon after this mandatory fights that the WBO ordered.
What??? I don't think that will be the case or worst is "they won't fight at all". His retirement has been a talk even way back 2015 I guess but doesn't happen yet and I guess the one that making the noise is when he makes a rematch with Inoue and if that happens by the next year then I'm expecting that year will be his retirement year too.
Donaire would only retire if he loses against Inoue in a rematch, the fight between Casimero is unlikely to happen as these two does not agree to fight anymore, they are just chasing their opportunity to fight Inoue, hence they should win their mandatory fight in order for that to happen.
Not that easy, if we say that, we are like assuming that Gaballo has no chance of beating him in their upcoming fight. I guess the right words to say is that Donaire will retire if he ever loses a fight again because if he loses against Gaballo, Inoue would not be interested in fighting him anymore.
1659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lopez vs Kambosos - October 5 on: October 01, 2021, 12:14:25 PM
They have done their part of trash talking and bad mouthing each other on the press on the social media platform. But it seems that we will see a postponement or worst we won't see the fight this year because of so many issues by Triller themselves. Kambosos is trying to make a name for himself in the US so this fight is also very important for him to win so there is pressure as well.

Exactly, and they should not disappoint us for another postponement again as we really need to see who is gonna win in this fight. Lopez after he beat Lomachenko last October 2020, has not fought in the same year, or early on the following year, this is his first fight this year and probably the last, so let's see if he can still bring an impressive win considering is opponent is not better than Lomachenko.
1660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jamel Herring vs Shakur Stevenson on: October 01, 2021, 05:59:42 AM
Both fighters are tough. Their statistics speak for them. With 23 wins for Herring and 16 for Shakur. I expect Shakur to win, his young and still got a lot more to prove despite being the No. 2 in the featherweight division, Herring is also on top of his game and shouldn't be taken for granted.
We can't let the youthfulness of Shakur fool us when it comes to this fight, Herring is more experienced and isn't he from the military too? Pretty sure that the endurance and experience will play a big factor in this match.
If we don't like to get fooled and believe that Jamel Herring will win this fight, then we should take the opportunity to bet on him to get a high odds.
https://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/jamel-herring-v-shakur-stevenson/winner

As you can see, in most bookies, Jamel Herring is +400.

That's very attractive, there's no reason not to bet on Jamel Herring if we believe in his training and being a former us marine. A young fighter against an experienced fighter, who would you choose? I guess we should go with a more veteran fighter although not undefeated, and the two losses of Jamel Herring were during the early stage of his career.
