The more I think about this the more I know it's a great idea. A DAK, distributed autonomous kickstart lol. This approach could become a huge trend, if not in crypto-currency, in business development in general. All that really hurts perception of this coin is 40% dev allocation, but I can see their reasoning. DOLP is a stock not a currency but it 'can be' a currency too... lol great!
Agreed, fobcoin looks good. Get that green lock...
This may seem strange but I'd try to keep this topic as child friendly as possible and dev should keep in mind kids will love this. I was thinking about getting some of the nieces and nephews into cryptos and this would be a good inexpensive way to show them a few ideas.
But I'd hate for them to google "dolphincoin" and find this forum actually... not this topic in particular but in general it's pretty foul.
Spoetnik, You're obviously smart and you normally shed decent insight in the chatbox. But in my opinion you've also been a bit of an anti-cryptsy troll, in their own chatbox, for the last year as well.
I was there during the points fiasco of 2014. I spent BTC on cheap points, these points being taken away from my account during the roll-back.[my btc was returned to my account] Was I a little upset? Yes. Do I agree with the roll-back? Yes.
Further, I would not share information on these types of events if I were cryptsy either. It gives other unscrupulous characters possibly sensitive info.
Creating a complimentary coin[separate blockchain] won't do any good for the longevity of QRK. It would take a life of it's own and thus detract from quark popularity in the long run.
The only way a complimentary coin would benefit quark is if you received this coin for holding quark. This could be done by adding PoS to quark but staking generates this complimentary coin.
