1642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best Altcoin to invest in? on: May 28, 2017, 03:33:33 AM
I think you should invest your money in litecoin because there are many people believe that it will become the silver of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is gold and litecoin is silver. People can use silver to do a lot of think, not like gold
Correct, when we think about the silver analogy you will notice it fits perfectly, LTC has lower value than bitcoin but it got faster confirmations this is critical if we hope to use LTC as a currency, for bitcoin the issue of the speed of confirmation is not as critical because we are going to treat as gold.
1643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you positive or negativeO? on: May 28, 2017, 03:31:04 AM
Im 2.6K USD positive overall gambling online... How much have you won or lost?
I did some calculation and i lost something around 1.5BTC since January 2016.
With current bitcoin price that money just become money I can't afford to lose  Angry
i just can not imagine those people who lost hundreds bitcoin in the past and thinking about how much their bitcoin in dollar value right now Roll Eyes. it will never end if you keep thinking like that , better to keep moving forward and forget your lost .

it could make you hurt and suffering rather than turn to positive.
This show us how we need to always try to take the best decision possible because if we don’t then our decisions may come to haunt us forever, I would have like to get bitcoin back in the day but I never got the chance that is why I don’t regret it but for those that had hundreds of coins that is something they will remember to the very end.
1644  Economy / Economics / Re: The fastest and safest way of finding bitcoin nature? on: May 28, 2017, 03:21:15 AM
Does anyone know how fastest way to securely search for bitcoins without the greatest risk of losing, surely every one has a different experience in finding bitcoin let's share it here?
You can try to earn more bitcoin through mining, It will give you daily salary in bitcoin form and offer a guarantee if you feel it is not profitable for you and you can try to sell your mining rig. and I think if that is a good way to earn bitcoin naturally.
Lets be honest mining has been out of the question for the average user for a lot of time, maybe you could try to mine some new altcoins you think are going to pump but unless you have a massive amount of resources and very cheap electricity then profitable mining is no possible anymore.
1645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: May 28, 2017, 03:14:44 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
There is no point wondering if it is fair or not, the most important thing is to always observe the laws in your country if bitcoin is forbidden and the consequences are so bad then it is better that you abstain from holding bitcoin and do something else, it is hard but that is the way it is.
1646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: May 27, 2017, 02:23:59 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
If bitcoin advertise on T.V i think bitcoin become most popular and every person who watched that advertisement they search about bitcoin. Once they saw the good potential of bitcoin they will invest on it.
Bitcoin does not need that, merchants will be enough to get the word around that they are accepting this new payment method, that is the way I discovered bitcoin, I was about to buy something and then I saw this symbol I did not knew what it meant and as you may guess it was the bitcoin logo.
1647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: May 27, 2017, 02:21:06 AM
Same as wannacry if a scenario arises affecting lots and lots of transaction and the entire network getting stuck will cause a downfall. But it won't cause a complete destruction, development team is strong enough to overcome such issues. Even the wannacry ransomware is cleared in a simple manner.
Wannacry is not an issue for bitcoin because it is the os users fault, if they will update their os regularly and also do some security practices then they will not get infected by the wanna cry ransomware. Wannacry is not a big deal for bitcoin either because bitcoin is just used and there is no connection between them.
I disagree with you, the guilty ones are the hackers, do the owners of the computers bear some responsibility for not updating their OS? Yes, but to blame them directly is unfair many people only know how to login in facebook and make a quick search in Google.
1648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people use dice bot? on: May 27, 2017, 02:18:03 AM
Those who are not confident will definitely use the bot. They are afraid of financial pressure and losses.
Because gambling is not something that can be ascertained. Gambling entirely relies on a fortune.

That's true. I am not confident enough while betting with manual method. I changed my base bet very often especially when I met long red streaks. Sometimes I missed a good opportunity because of it. Hence I prefer to use dice bot or automatic roll.

Well, that is not true, because it is the opposite, they are not going to use BOT if they are not that confident, because the reason why they are using this DICE BOT is because they are sure that they are going to win even though they are just going to let the BOT do the game. And if you are thinking that you have to use BOT because you can't handle the pressure and the stress, well, you are completely wrong.

Don't you think that it will be more stressful if you are going to lose because of a BOT? compare if you are the one who is going to put the bet manually, you could control it, so you could avoid too much lose, unlike in the BOT which you can't control it because you are just going to leave it after you have deposited some bitcoin to be spend on gambling.
The bot does not lose, if you had played those same rolls of the dice you would have won and lost in the very same rolls, the bot does not lose, you the player lose because of the probabilities and your insistence to keep playing a game you already know cannot be won.
1649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Small fortune, now which country ? on: May 27, 2017, 02:11:30 AM
Guys, i made a small fortune in altcoin/bitcoin. In which country should i settle ?
I have no wife, no kids, just a girlfriend, i´m free to go wherever i want (she´ll go with me).
But it has to be a bitcoin-friendly country.
I have no intention to buy lambos, just a peaceful life.
Thanks.

Oh, and my age is 53, that makes a difference too.
I don't have a specific recommendation but, moving to a country needs more consideration than being a bitcoin friendly country, you need to take into consideration, the stability of the region, the costs of living, security, climate, lifestyle, language, traditions, taxes, the laws  and a lot of other factors.
1650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Hit $1 Million In 5-10 years, What’s your say about this? on: May 25, 2017, 11:28:42 PM
Okay I am gonna take his words with a big bag of salt but say what if he is right? However such outcome would lead to average joes becoming millionaires and wealthy people becoming multi-trillionaires. Do you think the world order would allow this kind of financial power and independence to run rampant among the common folk? I mean peasants could literally wake up one day as very rich people. Will they allow this to happen though?
I think the answer is no, people think that competition is good and all of that but true capitalist want to have a monopoly and be the best in their industries without anyone coming even close, so I don’t think all of those bankers are going to be very happy if an average person can become so rich in such a short time frame.
1651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero fake announcement on: May 25, 2017, 11:25:36 PM
i honestly don't think he shorted XMR.  but yes, he knowingly took advantage of his position to fuck the market.  and now he's going around saying "see! i taught you a lesson not to trust anybody!"  real fucking mature.  how about you let Monero users/hodlers decide that for themselves and not blatantly screw people over.  that move may have killed XMR, time will tell.

I personnaly think he shorted the market. But there never will be any proof of that.
Everyone earned extremely well in this market in the last weeks and months, so nobody should cry for the loss.
The gain was artificial and so was the loss.

My main concern is that monero is a great project but with what happend less people will donate their time and money to Monero because the trust is gone and their money is now gone too...

This, monero is a project that I believe in but when this kind of things happen then many will lose faith in the project, while I don’t know if it will ever proven that he actually did it, this is bad news since confidence in the project is going to subside and with it its success.
1652  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Era of P&D Over for Crypto 'Blue Chips'? on: May 25, 2017, 11:22:07 PM
While a fair argument is presented, the op makes an argument as if the people will just make rational choices when it comes tot heir money and anyone that has seen a person buying something out of impulse knows that is simply not true, there are always going to be pumps and dumps.
1653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One of many reasons why I love bitcoin on: May 25, 2017, 11:10:22 PM
this is one of the many transactions that I received, this was from some small exchange that I was trading there for fun and to learn more about how to use API in my bot and I cashed out all my balance worth $7.48.

and this is my cold storage, which has been taking deposits ever since 2014 Cool:

updated on 2017-05-25 for the same transaction.

So you got a 12 time increase in the value of the transaction, well bitcoin without a doubt seems like the best choice when it comes to almost any currency of the world especially since we are talking about a small time frame where that increase in price happened.
1654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: May 19, 2017, 06:25:33 PM
I think Friedrich Nietzsche said it best — 'And those who were seen dancing were thought to be  insane by those who could not hear the

music.'

We are dancing on the music of a ground breaking technology, also called : The Internet of Money and the rest of the Fiat slaves are not

hearing the music. Can we blame them for not dancing?

We should make them hear the music, and the only way to do this, will be to increase the volume. The volume on the exchanges and the

volume of merchants and the volume of Bitcoin ATM's and the volume of information on public social media.

-= Increase the volume, so that we can all dance together =-
The problem is that people are deaf not that the volume is not high enough, any trader or investor by now knows about bitcoin, the average people are the only ones that are not getting any bitcoin and they are going to regret it since the price seems to only do one thing, going up.
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best Altcoin to invest in? on: May 19, 2017, 06:20:28 PM
At this moment when almost any coin seems to go up, then investing in any major altcoin seems like a good business at the moment since the rally not only has affected bitcoin it has affected all the crypto currencies so invest in Litecoin, Monero, Ripple.
1656  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin is now $2410 Australian dollars on: May 19, 2017, 06:15:25 PM
What is the situation like there? How many people talk about/use it and are there a lot of local businesses that do?

Now that the fees are going up I would imagine a lot of local businesses don't want to accept BTC.

Credit card companies in the USA charge about 3% fee to a local business when I use my CC there. If I buy something for 20 dollars that costs the business .60 cents. If I bought it with BTC it is going to cost me a dollar~ to transfer to them.

Seems like a bad deal for myself currently. It would be better for me to use my 2% cash back card and have them pay their 3%. I earn 2% while they have to pay.
Use bitcoin when it is the right move, I don’t see why people complain that much, if using bitcoin makes sense then use bitcoin, if it does not make sense then use fiat, western union, credit cards or another cryptocurrency.

Maybe I’m nitpicking but I think the poll is wrong there is not negative profit, at least that is what I think if I’m mistaken then I will stand corrected, anyway on topic, I have lost about 100 dollars not much but obviously I don’t like it.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best Altcoin to invest in? on: May 18, 2017, 01:29:10 AM
What's the best Altcoin to invest in?
I think the coin that is suitable for investment is Dash, Eth, and LTC, Because the coins I think will have a much better future And besides having a good future the ETH, LTC, and DASH prices are quite high.

Those are very established coins and are good steady investments but if you want huge gains in the range of earning 5 to 10 times what you invested then it is better for you to look at ICOs and stuff like that.

Just complete the sentence with your thoughts... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..."

Does anyone know how fastest way to securely search for bitcoins without the greatest risk of losing, surely every one has a different experience in finding bitcoin let's share it here?

The fastest way to get bitcoin is by trading, that's what I've been doing, of course with a special method I created to reduce the risk of loss, and of course we have to monitor the market to keep it updated.
Disagree the fastest way is without a doubt to buy it, trading can take a long time and it is not a sure thing while buying is a very sure thing if you take care to not get scammed.
