Well I think it is safe to say that the 1.47 that I paid for the MS-67 Casascius tenth was a pretty good deal Stop reminding me  OgNasty 2 BTC for the pair is a pretty good offer! A final deal was arrived at 2.15 BTC. I need to check how many more 0.1's I have. If anyone wants to pay 1.75 BTC, I'll dig deeper into my collection. |

Yes, that is my impression too. The casascius market is HOT right now.... and everybody love Kialara <3 I think your price (2 BTC) is spot on. It seems like the 2 BTC price was low given the offers I've received for the Casascius coin. I guess this has turned into a Casascius coin auction, as I think the Kialara is worth more than 0.35 BTC. Anyone want to go higher than 1.65 BTC? |

I also took the hint from Vorta's on ducting, and put a 5.6mm spacer between the fan and the enclosure - this actually made a big difference no matter what you're doing, so if you're looking for a super simple mod to do - do this. Here's the assembled verison:

why are the wires cut??
the fan control wires have been cut, so the fans operate at 100% all of the time.
I have reconnected the fan control wires on a majority of the remaining units. |

I forgot to ask, but how do these ship? I presume usps with tracking at least, but I forgot to ask and didn't see anything about it.

I have no idea what the machine is or whatever it's in, but looks very nice.
That is the engraver. This picture was taken as it was engraving the keys on the coin. You can even see the first line of the private key being engraved. Any chance of a full photo of both the front and back? Also, just out of curiosity, why did you go for such a small hologram space?
In time. I haven't received the plastic capsules yet, so that is what I'm currently waiting on. The hologram space isn't small. It is plenty large enough for it's purpose. Using the same dimensions as the 1oz coin has a few benefits. It saves on costs as new holograms don't have to be ordered. It removed any uncertainty about the ease and ability to engrave the public key in the minimal real estate provided. It left more space for a design on the coin. |
