1661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the Next Great 1000x on: November 27, 2022, 06:10:45 PM
In this case I think the best advice is to always be one of the early birds when investing in any projects, nothing beats getting your tokens at a very cheap price and wait for a better pump.

1000x is not something that happens everything so it makes no sense hunting for one, those who invested in Shiba Inu at early stage wasn't expecting that incredible gains, belief me.

Oh, maybe people will think the sender mistakenly sent the message to them. 🤔 that's another one, greedy people will easily take the bait 100% .

I won't pity anyone that fall victim to this because it's easy to see that it's a luring trick, why claim something you never work for? Like I've said, only greedy people will fall for this scam.
1663  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips to Becoming a Successful Holder on: November 27, 2022, 07:26:22 AM
This topic deserves some merit, good one newbie 👍

I will like to add a easier way to stay updated with projects you are currently buying using DCA, download Twitter app on your phone to get alerts on any new updates, follow the project twitter account and turn on the notification 🔔  bell .

This is a good way of staying informed and you can always switch if the project goes cold, I mean months without development updates is very bad and not a good sign.
1664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will next hot topic for alt seasons 2025 on: November 27, 2022, 06:02:00 AM
Don't forget about Metaverse and Mining cloud too. Maybe this will last in the next few years. I didn't say 2023-2024 because every development in crypto is very dynamic, it is growing fast, and and cryptocurrency ecosystem is filled with trends and innovation.

Mining what? 🤨

I guess you mean cloud mining? I knew about cloud mining since 2017 and they are mostly Ponzi schemes, many investors lost millions to cloud mining websites, they stopped working and ran away with investors fund.

Cloud mining is dead.
1665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running a casino during crypto crash on: November 27, 2022, 05:18:50 AM
Online casinos don't have the right to show users how much they have in reserves, the only red flag about online casinos is not paying after winning, this is why you have to use a well-rated gambling platform.

Gambling platforms are not like crypto exchanges where users store their funds for trading, they are very different from the one another.
1666  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it possible to get bitcoins for free? on: November 26, 2022, 01:15:56 PM
Once upon a time you can get BTC for free, gone are those days when BTC faucets are all over the internet and people don't care about what Bitcoin was all about, now that BTC is scarce it's impossible to get it for free.

Oh, that reminds me, freebitco still gives free Bitcoin to people but in Satoshi for example 0.00000067 BTC per hour but you will have to spend a lot of time to reach a limited withdrawal threshold.
1667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: November 26, 2022, 10:33:08 AM
This kind of gambling is always fun because these animals fights in the circle of human, have you been involved in this kind of animal gambling or have you watched such game before. Can such game be in the casino?
I am not sure that this will work in a web 3 gambling world, the reason why such gambling make sense is because the Ram and Cocks are real, physically agile and visible, but bet on games that are build base on computer can't be trusted.

This is why I don't invest in Derace, a horse gambling crypto project, those horses are not real, they are in-game A.I so I can I know which one will be worth gambling on? The dev can easily tampered with the performance since they are the builders.
1668  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: This whole mess looks like a big conspiracy theory to me, something out of movie on: November 26, 2022, 06:16:58 AM
I am even more confused now because CZ is now ready to donate 1B to this SBF shit show, I thought he was ready to crucify this guy to the core? And why is SBF not in prison already? Everything looks suspicious to me.

It's like they sat down somewhere and have a discussion about how they will reset crypto market and make a huge benefit from it. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
1669  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why getting merits seems to be difficult for beginners. on: November 26, 2022, 05:48:40 AM
I think you are in haste to upgrade your rank that's why you are complaining, and there is nothing you can do about it unless you keep posting and engaging in good discussions, there is no other way around this so if you aren't getting merit it's your fault.
1670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Good the bad and the ugly side of airdrops on: November 25, 2022, 09:43:31 PM
Always keep your major assets off any wallets you have used to participate in any form of airdrops, you must have connect such wallets to many different type of platforms and dexs, we can't tell which one is safe or not.

Have a separate wallet for storing your assets and another for airdrops.
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MetaMask Tracking IP Address on: November 25, 2022, 10:38:01 AM
Not bothered at all, most websites today are collecting your ip and data especially social media, facebook, twitter, reddit. If you don't want to get tracked then stay offline as possible since we cannot control this abuse from internet users. The most alarming is when they can see our private keys stored in metamask but I  dont think they can,
I think you should.

You said that most websites today are tracking users IP address, accepted, but you can't compare websites with a crypto wallet that's supposed to keep users fund safe, why is a wallet that's supposed to be fully decentralised tracking users location and data?

Is FTX incident haven't teach us enough lessons? What if bad actors got employed to Metamask team and they start carrying out attacks on people's home and addresses? Yes, don't blame me for thinking this way. I need to, we can't trust the government and now it looks like crypto companies are also in the government.
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Chinese Man Won $29,392,922.00 & Refused to tell His Wife and child on: November 25, 2022, 06:05:05 AM
A man knows his family more than anyone...if he says this is what he wants then there is more to this decision than we know, do not judge him unless you know and understand how it feels to be in his shoe.

I've seen wives, daughters and sons that only knows how to squander money on unnecessary things because their husbands can afford it.

If a wife is very productive his man will be willing to bring them up, some don't know how to turn 2+2 to 4, all they know is spending.
1673  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Nothing matters more than transparency on: November 25, 2022, 05:49:33 AM
I wonder what would have happened if Ledger hardware wallet company belongs to someone like Sam, just imagine, this type of man could have leave a backdoor in the whole hardware system and catered away with users' funds.
Don't imagine, verify. Don't use closed-source software. Don't buy a Ledger. You can't argue that it's secure, not only because you have to trust their intentions, but because you have to trust this small dev team's developing skills-- given a history full of breaches of that trust, I would absolutely avoid it.

They might have left a backdoor, they might haven't but have a 0-day. In any case, people should move to transparent software as soon as possible.
The topic is not referring to me, I know the difference between a closed source wallet and a open-source wallet.

I know that many people are using closed source hardware wallets, thinking it's safer, the topic is referring to such people.

Many don't know the difference, they don't know the danger that's lurking around Ledger wallet and other closed source wallet, right now some are still buying Ledger, I am just using the FTX drama as an example of what may happen to closed source wallet one day.
1674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FTX collapse: Good or bad for crypto in the long run? on: November 24, 2022, 05:22:11 PM
It's not helping crypto at all, regulation will be more strict and new investors will keep believing that crypto is a big giant Ponzi scheme.

I know this is a good opportunity for crypto investors, altcoins price are extremely lower, something we've seen in the past five years ago? But still I don't like how all this happened. I was expecting a big crash but not from big crypto companies themselves, all my focus was on the war and inflation.
1675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you believe in Litecoin? on: November 24, 2022, 04:18:34 PM
I don't believe in Litecoin and I have my reasons.

This project is more like BTC maybe that's why the devs are very slow with development around Litecoin? Like there isn't too much to expect from this project because of the main reason why it existed in the first place?

Right now if all a project has to offer is faster transaction speed and cheaper gas fee it's not going to work but in Litecoin case I believe it's the community love that keep it alive.

There are just too many better options that's my reason.
1676  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Two important lesson I learn from this forum this year 2022 on: November 24, 2022, 02:37:54 PM
Good advice OP, Bitcoin is the safest coin to hold for long term but who is going to hold BTC for 4x gains after waiting for years for another bull market to come where altcoins can give you 20x or more?

It's best to invest 50% of your fund in Bitcoin and split the rest in different good altcoins, you will make more money that will worth the long wait, 4 years cycle is not a joke.
1677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Free Worldcup prediction from gambling platform exist? on: November 24, 2022, 01:31:06 PM
Now that the world cup is ongoing what gambling platforms are giving out free football predictions that can earn some one good money with zero money involve? Huobi exchange claimed they are doing the same but once you embark on the journey you will find out that it's not real free.
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: November 24, 2022, 07:14:20 AM
Greetings! I'm on a quest to find some ethereum & bitcoin cash mining sites/apps that have a considerably lower threshold for minimum withdrawal My plan is to reach whatever the would-be minimum payout thresholds, add it all up and then sell the crypto. I'm looking to setup as many as I can to get ideally $4,500 - $6000 in Crypto as quick as possible; then sell the crypto. The money I received then will go towards groceries and anything else beyond. Such as investing in the best paid online traffic methods in efforts to make money online via online content creation. I've recently been spending some time devising strategies and formulating plans to make money working smart rather than hard.

If not, could I in any way make this work with any other cryptocurrencies? Thanks!
Cloudmining is mostly a scam, lots are scam sites but there are still legit ones.
https://www.softwaretestinghelp.com/bitcoin-cloud-mining-sites/

Genesis mining
Hashnest

These are the two are long time running.I dont know and i havent checked out on how long would
be the ROI.It would be better to buy those funds into bitcoin and simply hold off for long term.
I am not sure of genesis mining is still running till date but I am sure hashnet still functions but cloud mining is not profitable for the companies themselves so they quit, that's what I heard.

Any new project or company promising returns are scammers, they have no equipment they using for crypto mining, they are simply running a Ponzi scheme.
1679  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why Scammers and hackers target mobile users via text messages? on: November 24, 2022, 05:52:54 AM
There is a new mobile hack going on this days via text messages, I always get a link sent to my phone and the message have a download button, the sender hides his number so I can't block him for good.

The same message is ben sent to my brothers and sisters, even few of my friends and those who download the file lose all their money they have in the bank, this attack is going viral in my city right now.

All I can do is delete the message, sometimes three to four times a day.
1680  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Pls guide me to the right tool for this on: November 23, 2022, 06:18:33 PM
Cointool.app is very good for multi sending tokens and coins and it's available for many chains like BSC, ETH, FTM, EVMOS and many others.

It's the first one that allows NFT multi-sending too, this is still a very rare combo in the crypto space right now and this platform is fully open-source, and highly recommended.
