16741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ♨♨♨ Bitcoin Fees Are Outrageous ♨♨♨ on: December 11, 2017, 02:59:13 PM
90% of all bitcoin owners have less than 0.1 BTC each
you don't know that because "bitcoin owners" don't hold a flag telling the public how much bitcoin they own. all you saw is some stats on some website telling you how much each transaction output is worth and at least half of them are change addresses and the other half is the result of the spam attacks against bitcoin network.

Right now, there are around 50 million to 100 million Bitcoin users around the world. Let's say that the Bitcoins are distributed uniformly, which means that there is an average of BTC0.16 available to each user. This is the mean value. The median may be even lower and most probably somewhere around BTC0.001. Now considering that the average fees is around BTC0.0005, decide yourself whether the fees is high or not.
16742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin finally legal in India on: December 11, 2017, 02:55:26 PM
That's a very promising news and i am happy for Indian people right there. Maybe their government had realized how bitcoin plays a significant role in boosting ones economy.

Do you even realize that Bitcoins are now even legal in India? Just two days back the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) warned the Indian users about Bitcoin usage. They are also devising plans to tax profits from Bitcoins, and from what I have heard they are collecting user data from various Indian exchanges including Bitxoxo and Zebpay.
16743  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: December 11, 2017, 02:35:11 PM
Some of the cause of poverty is that their parents are too lazy. Also lack of education and over population.

I would say that over-population is the most important reason, followed by alcohol and drug addiction. If you could implement strict population control policy across the whole country, then more than 90% of the problems will be solved. Alcohol addiction can be solved through the creation of more jobs and awareness campaigns targeted at the youth.
16744  Other / Politics & Society / Re: indonesia on: December 11, 2017, 02:20:34 PM
I think it's a scary country that executes drug dealers. Wouldn't advise people to go there. Murderers should be executed. I don't think drug users should.

A lot of countries around the world executes drug dealers and Indonesia is not the only one. Even developed nations such as Singapore and Qatar executes drug traffickers. And they have solid reason to give such harsh punishment for drug dealers. I will tell you the simple solution. Please refrain from trafficking drugs, at least when you are visiting these countries. Fair enough?
16745  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Save the planet or not on: December 11, 2017, 02:18:23 PM
People have overcome huge catastrophes in the past and may work miracles in future. However, there are some things that may never be preventable, like being hit by an asteroid or a solar flare frying the planet. If humanity wants to survive, it has to spread out in the universe to avoid such problems. Whether it can be done before we wipe each other out is the big question.

Forget about the solar flares and asteroid hits. The chances of something like that happening is like 0.000000001% per year. Please concentrate on the real problem. The main issues which we face right now are global climate change, increasing pollution levels, and uncontrolled population explosion. We should not get diverted from these main issues.
16746  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Presidential elections in Russia on: December 11, 2017, 02:04:51 PM
Is Alexei Navalny even participating in the presidential elections? I heard that he is barred from running for the post of president. So it is going to be a cakewalk for Putin. I am an admirer of Putin, but at the same time I don't like his pro-immigration stance. Putin has allowed Russia to be flooded with Muslim immigrants from the Central Asia.
16747  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Zombie drugs on: December 11, 2017, 11:21:32 AM
I really don't understand how someone can try deliberatelly try to kill his mind

Don't you know why people consume alcohol? In most of the cases, they want to become unconscious so that they can forget about the painful things. Same here as well. The advantage with drugs such as Spice and Flakka is that it is quite cheap, and it gives you a kick which lasts up to 24 to 36 hours.
16748  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would killing the minimum wage help? on: December 11, 2017, 11:08:08 AM
I have always felt that minimum wages are against fair competition. If the requirement is abolished, then more jobs can be created. The rate of unemployment will get reduced and the government can cut back on welfare spending. If you feel that you are not getting paid enough for a particular job, then the best solution is to resign from that job and find another one. Plain and simple.
16749  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why people want easy money scaming other people? on: December 11, 2017, 11:05:06 AM
The number one reason is that they are lazy. They are not ready to do the hard work, and therefore they are always looking for the shortcuts to get money easily. The second reason is that they don't have any morals or ethics. They don't feel bad in stealing someone else's money. It may be genetic, or problem with the upbringing.
16750  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: December 11, 2017, 11:00:31 AM
Will you explain what common  reason why some other country is still experiencing poverty and some person dying because of hunger because of efficiency on food?
un-equal distribution of wealth in the society is the main reason.

There is a solid reason for the unequal distribution of wealth. You can expect a person who is having just primary education and an IQ level of 60 to have the same level of income as someone with a Master's degree and an IQ level of 120. It also depends on how hard working that person is, and how much he is keen on learning new skills.
16751  Other / Off-topic / Re: Philippines on: December 11, 2017, 10:57:39 AM
Well this country is a also to be considered as a paradise. There are lots of tourist spot and great and hospitable people. We might hear negative news from this country but honestly, it is still safer more than we know. A lot of foreigners some and live there for good because of it's scenery and peacefulness. If I were to choose a country to live in, I would choose this country.

The ongoing Islamist insurgency has tarnished the reputation of the Philippines in front of the international tourists. The army might have won the battle of Marawi, but it will take many years for the tourism industry (especially that in Mindanao and Palawan) to recover. This is exactly what happened to Turkey in 2015-16.
16752  Economy / Economics / Re: Life with out money ? on: December 11, 2017, 10:54:19 AM
You can't survive without money, because it is impossible to be self-sufficient in everything (unless you are living along some naked tribesmen in the Amazon jungle). Even barter will be of limited use, since what you are having in surplus may not be in high demand all the time. So I would say that you can try living without money for one or two days. It can be fun... but don't try it for more than that.
16753  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Rape on: December 11, 2017, 10:51:35 AM
Rapists should be jailed. They don't deserve to be in the outside world because they cannot contain their desires. These kind of people are easily overpowered by temptation that they are weak and don't have will power to overcome temptation.

In that case, they should be isolated from the society. If the state is not capable of putting them behind bars for the rest of their life, then the death penalty must be seriously considered. Another option is to physically emasculate the rapists and then release them in to the society. But even that can be quite risky for the civilians.
16754  Other / Politics & Society / Re: controversial statement donald trump on: December 11, 2017, 10:46:30 AM
Jersualem has been the capital anyway, so no matter what trumps says, he didn't change much. It's all about what people believe, that's the problem.

I completely agree with your post. Israel has been controlling Jerusalem ever since 1967, when it single-handedly defeated the Arab alliance. The Palestinians lost the war and therefore they should keep quiet. If they have a problem that, then they are free to immigrate to the 50+ Muslim nations around the world, such as Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
16755  Other / Politics & Society / Re: if government permits, will you going to kill someone because of anger? on: December 11, 2017, 10:42:51 AM
I believe in an eye for an eye logic. So if someone kills a person who is important for me, I will seriously consider doing the same to him (provided that is 100% legal). If it is not legal, then I'll leave it to the authorities. But I don't think that anyone should be given the right to take another life, just to satisfy their anger and emotions.
16756  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: December 10, 2017, 04:28:47 PM
The future Bitcoin prices can be somewhat accurately predicted by studying the following factors:

1. The change in the number of people using Bitcoins
2. Incidents of hacking of Bitcoin exchanges
3. Change in legality status of Bitcoin for various nations.
16757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: December 10, 2017, 04:28:28 PM
High fess may be a haul as a result of folks aren't attending to build little transactions with bitcoins due to fess. It will limit bitcoin to merely larger transections.

I have checked the list of transactions included in the recently mined blocks. Most of them are medium sized ones (with estimated value ranging from $100 to $1,000). These people are paying anywhere from 2.5% to 25% of the total amount as fees. Transactions with a value of less than $100 have almost disappeared from the picture.
16758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cameron Winklevoss Predicts That Bitcoin Will Reach Multi-Trillion Value on: December 10, 2017, 04:23:06 PM
It is quite possible. Right now, Bitcoin is used by some 50 million to 100 million people, and it is having a market cap of close to $250 billion. That means that 200 million to 400 million users are needed to take it to the $1 trillion mark. Or you can say that if 1 billion people use bitcoin, then the market cap will rise to somewhere between $2.5 trillion and $5 trillion (which is still less than the market cap of gold).
16759  Economy / Speculation / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: December 10, 2017, 03:13:18 PM
Much better if you will buy bitcoin this time because the value of it is increasing every now and then. It has secure and highly profit oriented. If I were you, you should invest bitcoin so that you can gain high profit.

There is no guarantee that the prices will increase for ever. Since the futures trading has started, the prices are more likely to go up. But you can't be sure. There will be bears who would like to short-sell the futures and then try to manipulate the prices on various exchanges. I am expecting $40K by the end of this month, but won't be surprised if it dips to $5,000 per coin.
16760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: December 10, 2017, 03:09:22 PM
No , I am not surprised now . The way bitcoin users increased the price of bitcoin was about to be high . Price will still increase day by day in the longer run .

If I am not wrong, then the Bitcoin options listing in CBOE is about to happen within the next few hours. So we can expect a major bull run for the next 2-3 days. Then there will be some calm (and perhaps a correction), and the bull run will resume on 18th December, when the futures listing happens in CME. I am expecting very high rates by the end of this month, up to $40,000 per coin.
