1681  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we Manipulate Bitcoin price? on: March 23, 2017, 01:06:21 PM
Every transaction moves the price but only the heavy hitters move it to any noticeable amount.

Exactly, big whales does and capable to make the price move like if they sale they hold coins for sure the value will gonna crashed down and so if they purchased and buy coins the value will rises again. We hope big whales continue to hold theirs and buy more.
As you probably heard this before but the bitcoin supply is limited to 21 million bitcoin and this supply was expected to last us  for 100 years, right now there is 13 million bitcoin circulating around the internet which leaves us with only 8 million bitcoin to mine for the next 92 years.

You are probably asking yourself what this guy is talking about and what does that have to do with controlling bitcoin, well with the increasing number of people and adoption of bitcoin this leaves the hand of the price of the bitcoin to the ones who are supplying us with the bitcoin which are the miners, so if miners want to hold to make the price go up then they will if they don’t they don’t, and they are the ones who are controlling the flow of transaction and their fees, which makes us just a mere consumers nothing more, so don’t think you are big deal just because you own bitcoin, learn how to generate bitcoin and then you are a big deal.
1682  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can I make 100$ in 2-3 month without a base money? on: March 23, 2017, 12:30:08 PM
because this thread was belong to Trading Discussion board which mean you asking way how to grow your money with trading and in my opinion it is possible to reach your goal but it all still depend on your effort and your knowledge how far you could predict the price movement for bitcoin but do not expect more because trading is unpredictable job and you could lost your money anytime if you had wrong decission
Making money from scratch is a difficult thing to do considering you posted this in trading discussion means that you plan on earning with trading, in this case earning money with trading is really unpredictable because it all depends on the market flow and the personal skill (although that also affects ).

So, we can’t give a sure thing that you will make that amount, but an easy thing to do is go join a signature campaign and you could get paid every week depending on your rank you will be able to earn $100 in 2 months.
1683  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: March 23, 2017, 06:40:14 AM
Yes, when it reaches its low price because I cannot afford to buy coins and it is because of the wrong timing. When its low price I do not have enough to buy even just 1.
There are ways for people like you and me to buy bitcoin, it may not be the most efficient but until we have enough money to buy, we could use what we have to buy whatever amount we could and this is simply done through peer to peer exchange services such as local bitcoin, because wallets don’t allow you to buy whatever amount you can from them either you buy 1 btc or you go home empty handed.

Moreover for long term bitcoin holders, there will be no struggling of missing out the right times to buy sell bitcoin. Just of holding will be the only struggle and most probably they are the winner in terms of getting more returns.
1684  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: March 23, 2017, 04:08:23 AM
Well I really think that if you keep your bitcoin for a long time you could earn a decent profit from it,
I mean look at  the price right now and compare it to the last 2-3 years.
At first bitcoin’s price was not that high and even though people were coming in no one back then knew or even imagined the prices that bitcoin has reached today, which lead to many people dropping it out and only came back after a couple of years to find out that they have leftover coins whiuch are worth a lot now, I read about a guy who left 55 BTC and came back 5 years later to find them worth like 55K, the point is saving bitcoin for a long time proves to be worth it.
1685  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: March 22, 2017, 06:36:00 PM
Yeah that is the thing that bitcoin will never replace dollar. And one more thing why bitcoin can never replace bitcoin is because no one can really control bitcoin price which is no basis. Not even government too as well, most of this technology that they used to create bitcoin can be applied but not for bitcoin itself

Bitcoin can never replace bitcoin? Slow down.

Actually, every single one of us that the ability to control bitcoins but unfortunately, only few of us have the amount of money enough to make the price of bitcoin go up or down depending on how we want it. The price of bitcoin also has basis which is the supply/demand law. When the demand is high, the price will also high. When the supply is high (or everyone's selling), the price of bitcoin will go down.

The government cannot control bitcoins or even its price because the government isn't doing anything to do so. If they try to control bitcoins, they can never succeed since the only way is to purchase the whole thing. The price of bitcoin can definitely be manipulated by the government since they have enough funds.

Thanks for sharing this information this is something which we all need to be aware off as government not directly through channels and indirectly can fluctuate the price of bitcoin by creating more demand when it wants the price of increase and also can create high supply by selling it when to reduce the value based on its requirement we thinks that government cannot control bitcoin but government can change the course of game.
Governments control the fiat currency, they use central banks to issue or destroy money of thin air, they also control how the fiat can be transferred, enabling them to track where it is going to, this control allows them to take taxes and control criminal activity, and that is all lost when the bitcoin was introduced to the currency world.

At first people didn’t care about it and though that it was a temporary thing but it kept developing and growing both in users and in value which made getting rid of a very hard thing, bitcoin defies all control and oppose the governments and what they stand for and they can’t do anything to stop it unless all countries unite on putting an end to it.
1686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin trading tutorial? on: March 20, 2017, 05:35:42 PM
You can start here: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/202967016-How-do-I-trade-using-leverage-.

Kraken is a pretty good brokerage IMO. Really small fees/commission, and lots of tools for trading. Oh, and their new trading interface is really pretty (https://trade.kraken.com/kraken/btceur). But above all, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

The use of margin, and esp. leveraged margin amplifies every gain and loss. I’ve been up by 50% from my initial positions one day, and then down to 75% of what I started with the next.

My advice is to make a plan for when to jump on and jump off, and stick to it. It can get really tempting to stay on for as long as possible on each moonshot, but remember that it can all come back down pretty fast. Anything you make beyond what you put in is basically house money, and when your positions are up don’t be too headstrong to walk away from the table before the table walks away from you.
1687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I see dash or Monero going to pump hard on: March 18, 2017, 11:35:34 AM
it seem these whales are competing each others for higher marketcap with their favorited coin. small fish are winner in this game, for now.
Yes, in my view monero is more stronger in terms of adoptions as well applications. But suddenly dashcoin is being bumped from ashes (usually rapid pumps are always ending up in dramatic falls). Hence still monero is seeming more stronger and attracting me to invest more. The competitions for beating each others in terms of marketcap is not significant for me (as many people claims marketcap is just a number no other importance of them except comparison).

I believe monero will continue its way on getting appreciations whereas I suspect Dash to fall down at anytime very soon. (Just my speculation based on my analysis, please act on your own responsibilities in case on investments).
1688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ETH] How high do you think Ethereum will go with this rally? on: March 18, 2017, 10:25:25 AM
ETH price still potential incraese high
i think next time not long time ETH price can above DASH price
iam vote can reach 100 dollar, but not this month
What kind of potential you people are talking about ? An application which is capable of creating smart contracts is worth for $100 per unit then what about the units which may replace real time momentary system too ? I am just afraid of total number of ETH units, it may get dumped as holders from vast number may not take one decision of continuing his holding.

Still, ETH may reach $100 levels but after profit booking I am not sure people will get back to buy back or will look for some other applications which may have rich features than capable of supporting smart contracts.
1689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a bagholder? Which altcoins do you hold? on: March 18, 2017, 05:53:05 AM
Monero is the one coin I have serious long term hopes for, I'll be going down with the ship if she sinks.
Yeah monero is the choice for money people as it's main focus is privacy and there are guys who believe that monero is the future of crypto ( of course after bitcoins ) I have in past collected some chunks of monero and even profited with them.

But right now the only coin that I am holding is Iconomi and that too I don't know what to do with, it is just like a mistake I invested with them.
Anyways monero is good yeah, any similar coin you can suggest mate which may rise significantly in coming days ?
1690  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining fees will eventually kill bitcoin on: March 17, 2017, 05:04:15 PM
you need a large fee to get the trasaction and confirmation that fast. I think this has strayed far from the tagline bitcoin with cheap and fast fee like some years before? lol

Yes that line is out. But it is not bitcoin fault but ours.
Miners just need something to make them work harder. Although it is really bad and kind of greedy and also it is like giving special treatment to those who can afford. What is the difference now between bitcoin transactions and paypal or western union.
I kind of stayed here for that reason at start though it changed from time it is still not a good look.
Yes, eventually that tagline of cheap and fast transactions is being fading because neither they are fast now nor they are cheap. The only solution I see to this problem is limiting the number of transactions people make.

For example you make 10 transactions a day where 3-4 of them are such that you can make them in a single shot then actually that would help. It is like people need to understand how to send multiple payments in a single transaction.
1691  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: March 17, 2017, 02:53:41 PM
People buy bitcoins in a low prices and stored them in their wallets and wait for the price to increase, when the price of bitcoin reaches high and they think this is the right time to sell their coins so they sell their coins and get profit.
And then they will regret when they do see prices keep increasing after they sell their bitcoins ? We should not forget to consider the real benefits of holding bitcoins for longer haul. Just buying low and selling high, will not get you any big benefits as it will not have any major differences from stock trading.

certainly it was something very beneficial, because without risk judging from the price development during the bitcoin is still profitable because every year they bitcoin prices always go up
No, holding bitcoins definitely has same level of risks what you are having everywhere else. But when you are finding bitcoin prices are falling down, all you need to do is just waiting. We can see always bitcoin prices are bouncing back to get you profits.

yes it looks like it is a good investment for the long term.
In short term also you can make profits, but in long term not just profits, bitcoin investments will make you millionaire too.
1692  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best short-term investment you have ever made? on: March 17, 2017, 02:32:58 PM
Cryptocurrencies are best known short term investment to me. The one gave me best results was RUBIT. I made 216x investing in it.
It can be very profitable to invest in promising coins during ICO. Depth knowledge about market, ups/downs and proper analysis can make one a successful crypto-trader.
Interesting. When bitcoin gives more profits to long-term holder, altcoins are doing magic for its investors in short term itself. But I'm not sure all the altcoins investors are doing this as I do see many people are crying out about their bitter experience with sudden dumps. Like you how mentioned we need to study properly before choosing an altcoins.

If time permits, you please elaborate how much you have invested into RUBIT and how quickly you bought ICO and how many days you waited before you make 216 times profits of your investments. Your experience is really inspiring when you are finding time to elaborate about your plans, it would be really helpful for more number of investors here.
1693  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: March 17, 2017, 01:38:50 PM
at present, the investment became my top priority in making money from money.
Interestingly we do not need to have money to make money as per current trends of available opportunities. You may check any of your preferred freelancing sites, there are a lot of job opportunities just for one of the skill, we may have.

Investing money to make money is always risk involved because we are just depending on others performances for our profits. There would be another possibility of making money from money by investing within ourselves, I mean to say by doing business just believing in our own skills. But I believe this will have more risk than investments into third party businesses.
1694  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Freebitco.in launched a new feature. on: March 17, 2017, 11:38:07 AM
My opinion is 4% per annum is quite less for bitcoins and it is quite risky because they are doing mining business and we all know that it is a risky business.
Yes, seems very low. I just checked their 'interest calculator', it shows ~100 satoshi daily interest for the capital of 10mBTC. I am not sure it is a worthy returns for the risk of 10mBTC investments.

Anyway I just disabled my auto withdraw functionality so that I can maintain my earning within them to earn daily interest. We can conclude about success of this interest paying programs by watching how many people are coming into our service section with ref back offers.
1695  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin price is crazy or its just preev.com on: March 17, 2017, 10:58:01 AM
After watching above video I just worry to use preev as the only references for determining how much bitcoins I need to send for USD equivalents. Rarely I do open bitstamp homepage to watch price fluctuations but referring preev and I do process payments for my friends and referrals. Now I start worrying to use preev alone. Probably comparing prices with some exchanges would be right solution here.

It is just a fluctuation for me better to hold not to sell......
No prices will not jump randomly. I believe there must be some malfunctioning with preev aggregator functionality. (Preev is referring more than one exchange price and shows us weighted one).
1696  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW MUCH YOU EARN/LOSE FROM TRADING on: March 17, 2017, 08:39:00 AM
Potential earning or lose of money on doing trading would depend on your performance on it and theres no fixed income because sometimes we do trade in profits and sometime we do lose up a trade its not constant actually. Trading is really a hard thing to do thats why we do really need knowledge on it because if you do trade without it then risk of losing money is high.
Different traders face different kind of situations just based on their level of skill on how perfectly to do trading. Interestingly some traders are making consistent profits from trading whereas some people are struggling to find no differences with trading from gambling.

I do trade only bitcoins. I do hold bitcoins for some period of time and hence making profit is much easier for me because I'm just looking for buying on lower price levels and everything else is done automatically.

Thanks to my skills, I am with profits so far with my bitcoin trading.
1697  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Binary Options The Same as Trade? on: March 17, 2017, 07:34:32 AM
Speaking the level of riskiness i could really say that binary options does really have higher risk on losing money but if you are confident that you have proper knowledge specially on forex trading you will surely catch it up because i do know some good pro forex traders who are earning also on binary options.
Proper knowledge will help ? In binary trading, I do not think so. Because in highly fluctuating market conditions, it would be really equivalent to suciding action to touch the trades. Binary options are available for both Forex trading as well as for bitcoin trading. But it will not work with your knowledge because it is just a gambling but in trading style. Better avoid it.

A binary option is like a bet on a bet. It is a kind of derivative that make you gamble on the movements of the market.
Yes without doubts, binary trading is more similar to gambling. When traders are looking for less risk involved platforms, it would be highly recommended not to go for it.
1698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: March 17, 2017, 06:56:22 AM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.

Fear in the trading platform has no space for the true traders. Because if you have fear better not for you to do some trade in the exchange sites, or if you continue but doubtful your just gonna loss your money.

I totally agree with you mate, this will stand for what other stated that no pain no gain. Earning more money will always take some risk and it totally requires it, and if you got the right way you gonna earn a lot and make some profit into it. If you have fear, you will end up with nowhere and will never gain any profit or money in life.
I'm not sure how no pain and no gain philosophy will be working on trading like without proper knowledge about technical analysis, struggling with trading will never get you gain. Only pain will be results. But we need to take pain on learning things about trading. That pain will get us gains.

The risk levels of trading makes traders to get fear on losing. When they are gaining knowledge on how to tackle price movements with their technical analysis capability, they can easily overcome fear of losing.
1699  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have about 50$ where to invest ? on: March 17, 2017, 06:34:58 AM
sadly there are still foolish enough people who think they can make profit from HYIPs just because they worked once or twice for them and just because they think they can beat the scammers! but what they don't know is that scammers earn money if they steal their money and if they pay that means they earn less money!
Yes I do see people claiming that they will invest into HYIP and doubling programs and they will reach their ROI within a week as they will be working on their reference intensively. In my view, for their own benefits they are baiting their friends and known people into those programs. I do not know how people manage with the programs which are running away from day one itself.

if someone doesn't know where to invest it is best not to invest at all instead of investing and losing money.
I'm not finding any situation unable to find a good option for my small investments . Yes, with the bitcoin am always finding myself secure. My default preference always goes with bitcoin investments regardless of how much I do get at that times.
1700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Win using martingale system? on: March 16, 2017, 11:57:46 PM
I already tried to play with martingale but to be honest i don't gain profit instead i lose them all i tried to follow and also analyze the game after making the 6 straight lose trying to cool on betting to see your friend that you didn't give up on betting after loosing my bankroll i never tried playing with martingale im much more better to follow what i want in betting.
If you are having a bigger balance then you should win if you are playing according to your bank roll. I used to play martingale with a good balance and i am never in a loss because all my calculations are up to the point so that i do not bust even if hit 17 reds in 2x and if i hit the 17 red points i will still recover but my profit will take a hit.

Yes is what I'm thinking as well. You need to have a bigger balance to order to maximize this system. Because if you have only a small bankroll, you will surely lost everything. I tried to used this as well, but since I only have a small bankroll, it never materialized in my end. So I came into conclusion that to lessen the risk of losing everything in the long run, having a huge bankroll will help even you if have a losing streak and recover it one you take a hit after a successive lost.
Yes, your huge bankroll will play an important role in deciding your success while you are using Martingale strategy but the catch here must need, like many gamblers claim you might need bigger bankroll than the gambling house.

This is just a theoretical approach because we cannot be sure how long the losing streak will persist. Some gamblers are coming up and claiming that they were facing continuous 30+ losing streaks. So, we cannot be sure to withstand a continuous losing streak with a martingale strategy. It means only infinite bankroll could save us.

In short, beating gambling house through martingale strategy seems impossible as the ball is in their court. We could not do anything about it.
