Thanks for this, Anyone else getting a 404 on the index of bitpay? I'm trying to find out if they do some sort of IPN system.

You can use photobucket, or tinypic, or if you have your own website, they can be uploaded there too.
I recommend https://minus.com/ (has https support) or http://imgur.com/. Neither of them require registration, or require a captcha when uploading. Plus both give direct links for full sized embedding.

I'd love to get this finished asap, anyone able to lend a hand?
You won't have much luck asking people to code this much for free. Try putting a bounty on it to compensate coders for their time.

coinlenders.com is apparently just a "demo" site. Not sure if it's actually true, or it's a weasel word for legal reasons.

I know nothing about this really, apart from what I have read on the interwebs, but I would be worried that there might be a (custom?) other program/software which could be used to decrypt the wallet file faster than Bitcoin-Qt? Or is the slow cracking speed simply a result of the encryption protocol used?
No, the process used is very computationally intensive and there are no shortcuts. If you wish to learn more, search "key stretching" on Wikipedia.

It looks like the coins eventually got forwarded after 33 confirmations. Perhaps blockchain.info's forwarding service runs on a schedule? Or maybe you misconfigured the API call?

i need a php code supported passphrase for connectiong to RPC and sending coins => -13 [message] => Error: Please enter the wallet passphrase with walletpassphrase first. The answer you want is right in the error message. Unlock the wallet using walletpassphrase RPC command.

Literally every 2nd post contains a signature violently advertising a gambling site or something along those lines.
"violently advertising" wat?
|
|
|
Can you spell your title correctly? I am having a hard time understanding what you're trying to say.

No worries, the signature of the file is correct: gpg --verify electrum-1.8.1-portable.exe.asc electrum-1.8.1-portable.exe Animazing updated the binary shortly after the release, and I forgot to update the page. it's done now. it matches now. thank you ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I think your machine is broken. I've NEVER had Bitcoin-Qt do that, across several machines.
or... there's just an issue with Mac that is fixed in 0.8.4. Your experience alone can't speak for every possible machine configuration.

That's right. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) No, the hash posted on the download page doesn't match the download's hash. One of them must be wrong.

Advanced mode?
Look at the bottom of the page. There's a link to enable advanced mode.

Are you sure the transaction even has a memo attached?
Is there a way to attach a memo to a transaction (and read it)? I think blockchain.info has such a service.
|
|
|
So you were sending from one wallet to another, but the coins are still in the old wallet?

|

you fail at reading comprehension
"Who does escrow besides John (John K.) ?"
You fail at reading the post above his. Sorry, my mistake.
