1681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ransomware and Bitcoin on: September 24, 2021, 06:12:40 PM
Bitcoin and cryptocurrency have always been highlighting if the case happens any ransomware via Bitcoin. But an everyday lot of crime happening in the world with fiat money. But it hasn't been highlighting at all. Most probably we are crypto users and that's why this kind of news pops up in front of us. But I am pretty sure a group of people doesn't like Bitcoin and they target Bitcoin to dump. I don't believe ransomware will stop even we stop using Bitcoin. Criminals will choose something else to do it. Blaming Bitcoin for ransomware is just nonsense. It wouldn't hurt Bitcoin.
I think there was a misinterpretation made by OP. It was not bitcoin who will be given sanction by the US Treasury Department but its for the Czech and Russian Suex OTC for alledgely allowing hackers to gain access to crypto sent as payment for ransomware attacks. Bitcoin is not really their target. Its really disappointing in my case if they will blame bitcoin when in the fact, bitcoin has nothing to do with it.
1682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 24, 2021, 02:04:46 PM
Everyone in social media is now talking about the face off event and how crisp and sharp Canelo Alvarez looked and that push was fun to watch as Caleb Plant did not expect that coming and then the shots that were landed looked good and if Canelo Alvarez can land easily against Caleb Plant then he will be able to hit him in the fight as well without much effort and that is what the talk is all about in social media and it has hyped up the event Grin.

This is something that we don't like to see we don't want punches flying in the face-off, it's meant to hype the event but never for punches to fly
the worst thing that can happen is a postponement of the highly anticipated fight, I wonder what would happen if Canelo hit Plant's face and had a deep cut, we'll have two more months of postponement, and this is a big blow to promoters.

For the record though, it was Caleb that was aggressive in the face off, he threw the first punch, and Canelo just reacted, and he punch with open fist. So if there's someone to blame here it will be Caleb. In any case, judging by the reaction of boxing posters here, it created more hype, majority are waiting for the betting line to open.

As for the cut, those are fighters, they are used to getting gashes in the face, even at sparring they will get than kind of facial injury. So that's nothing new and I doubt that there will be any postponement because of that gash in Caleb's face.

Caleb was disrespectful, even before they met, he was already trash-talking Canelo and accused of using enhancement drugs, so he deserves and gets what he is looking for. The fight night will be more exciting IMO, what they did is more than enough to hype this fight even more.
He was and that is his approach towards this fight, he himself knows that strong Canelo is and his best strategy is to destroy the concentration of Canelo so he can impose his will. Well, what we saw was really something, Canelo loss his patience and hurt Caleb Plant, but of course Plant is okay, a little cut but with big effect to hype the fight, win-win for him.

The line will be open soon, so there's nothing to worry about as we already have an idea of a possible betting line, of course, Canelo will always be a heavy favorite to win this fight, just like in his past fights.

I'm patiently waiting for it as Im not using a fiat sportsbook, so we are the last priority.
1683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: September 24, 2021, 11:28:20 AM
Exactly, it's already part of the rules and boxers know this for sure, they know who they would like to fight and whose boxers that would be their mandatory challenger. This isn't a big test for Casimero, he won against Zolane Tete who is a clear favorite in the fight and he strip the belt, Butler is not that good based on his previous fights.

I agree with you mate that this is not a big test for Casimero as Butler is not that good and if we recall his previous challenge for the IBF belt, he did not make the weight on the weigh-in thus they are given an hour to shed that extra weight but to the disappointment of everybody, he did not come back for the re-weighing  Smiley. This guy has no discipline and I think this would be easy work for Quadro Alas.

If Casimero will have a good win in this fight, people will forget that he did not KO Rigo based on what he predicted. It's his time to rise again, a good win (KO) will make him more popular, and the more the fans will long to see an Inoue vs Casimero fight.
1684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: September 24, 2021, 10:48:41 AM
Let these fighters fight at their own will, it seems that they're not having their own willingness to do so. If they're confident to take the match then so be it, no aggressive offer should be given to any one of them. Once a boxer find a good mood and his capacity for fighting his potential opponent would technically be drawn over by his power, I guess with no hesitation their fight would commence successfully.
it's a mandatory fight. these boxers know that when they became a title belt holder they will be obligated to have a mandatory fight to defend their belt.
besides, this is not the first time that this has happened. also, WBC, IBF, WBA, and WBO have their respective rules when it come to their mandatory fights.

1685  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Continuously Loosing money in Trading!!!! on: September 23, 2021, 11:43:31 PM
You meany OP that continuously losing?

If that is the case, I suggest you not take trade anymore as the result will still be the same and sooner, you may lose everything you have which I'd worried about. You have to stop thinking that trading is for you but rather accept the reality that it was not. Coz I believe that 2-3 years in trading was long enough to assess ourselves if we are capable of doing this or if we meant to become a trader as this thing wasn't for everyone. Honestly, it was a sad reality that trading isn't for you then.
I think changing your career might not be a good option for now. At least you have to try other strategies that will work for you and if it seems, you are still suffering from loss, then maybe that's the right time to decide and make a change. Holding is still profitable but only with coins with high potentials that will be more valuable in the future. Well, crypto market has still a lot of opportunities to earn, you just have to check it out. When one door closes, the other window will open. So stay positive and continue learning in crypto.
1686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins as collectables in the future on: September 23, 2021, 11:17:14 PM
Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy

Most won't have working blockchains so nothing more than a wallet.dat file will most likely end up worthless.  But like you I got my fair share.  No harm in keeping them wallet files in case something like that becomes a thing.  He look at nfts.  Who would have known so.e right click save type of file would be worth anything either.
If you just intend to keep your shitcoins OP without expecting much in the future, then its your choice. Maybe they have sentimental value on you that you can't get rid of them. So i respect your post. But for me, i just want to focus on accumulating more potential coins this time so i need to clean up my wallet and just store there what i think will be more valuable. Shitcoins will always be shitcoins and i think they will have no chances to regain their value so i don't have to waste my time on them anymore.
1687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difficulty of explaining Bitcoin to people is massive on: September 23, 2021, 10:08:50 PM
We have to realise that the majority of people are computer illiterate, they can
switch it on and use the apps but when something simple  goes wrong they are in trouble.

So Bitcoin can be completely alien to a lot of people, its explanation stretches across
computing, cryptography, finances and trust.

I dont think there is an easy way to explain Bitcoin, if you make it too simple there will
be questions which will bring them deeper and deeper into the workings of it.

If you want to visit my site I have a very basic explanation of it there.
I doubt that there are still more computer illiterate people by now because as what i have observed, even young generations today are tech savvy already so it will give them more advantage than just simply reading the whole trading textbook. Or if they don't have computers, android smartphones are very much available if they really want to dig information online. I guess with people who are really willing to learn, then they will surely find ways on how to make it possible for them.
1688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen to the bitcoin price if adoption increased on a larger scale? on: September 23, 2021, 09:22:02 PM
It is of course good to witness that Bitcoin adoption rate is increasing as time goes on. But it may not affect Bitcoin price directly every time the adoption increases a little. The market is not manipulated easily by these news as far as I see. This is actually good news because we need to be sure that the market is getting stronger also. Manipulations shouldn't be too much affective on the prices of cryptocurrencies from now on. They will continue to be volatile but they shouldn't be manipulated by anything easily at least.
As crypto adoption increases, its volatility will remain, and as expected they will be more valuable once there are more users who will start to utilize bitcoin as a reserve currency or a legal tender. And maybe less manipulation of the market by then because there will be more users than just purely investors. The market will be more positive since we all know that bitcoin is the driving force for all the crypto coins in the market. But apart from it, volatility still continues because its what make the investors more attracted into crypto.
1689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What every new trader should be focused on on: September 23, 2021, 08:52:45 PM
As a new trader you always have to focus on your Skill and knowledge development. And Later you have to be an experienced trader. To develop skill and knowledge you have to learn about trading. For that you can read Some trading related books and Youtube is the best platform to learn everything in mother language. You should do that.

On the other hand on the first stage you should not go to practice with big capital. Just practice with little amount to learn basic , and controlling emotions during reading books and learning through internet.
Being a newbie in trading will find it hard to just read the whole trading book and learn and develop his trading skill. It may be good when we are still living in the traditional system, but right now we have all the high technologies around that can be more sufficient in learning. With just a google away, you can see everything about trading through its demos and videos which will be easy for traders to learn. For me, a trader should focus first on developing his own strategies and skills, his mental and physical being. And maybe after that, he can start trading with a minimal amount so he will gain more experiences that will give him more susbtantial learning.
1690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good Time to Buy? on: September 23, 2021, 08:42:57 AM
Yes. This is a good time to buy. See a good coin in the market by putting forward some analysis, buy and hold until the market really recovers. It seems that the top 10 coins are very worth buying when the price is low.
Even if the price is not totally in its dip, as long as you'll buy those coins that will be more worth it in the future, then you have nothing to worry. You will still gain a decent amount of income if you plan them to hold a year or two. But if you are on short term trading, gather more technical analysis first before you decide to buy the coins. Maybe the price will be much lower in the next days so keep calm and avoid panic buying if you think you are not sure of your decision. You will only lose once you end up with a wrong decision.
1691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin survive without Elon Musk? on: September 22, 2021, 06:22:06 PM
Dogecoin is a meme coin and it would probably probably survive with or elon musk… Elon was enjoying the hype and the coin was actually doing good but most people actually just buy doge at low prices and hoping to sell when it pumps.. i didn’t like the fact that elon was actually manipulating the market
Of course, no one has the right to manipulate the market but these filthy rich men often do. And Elon simply belongs to them. He has hyped dogecoin and eventually see its price starts to surge high in the market. But i do believe that even without Elon, dogecoin will still survive. It has always retained its value despite the roller coaster ride of crypto and is gradually winning a wider acceptance not just in the community but also to small businesses who are making dogecoin as a medium of exchange.
1692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If not invested then do it now... on: September 22, 2021, 05:18:21 PM
If you invest on bitcoin right now, you will not regret in the future. Many investors are still doubting if bitcoin price will still hit $60k before the end of this year 2021. If anyone buy bitcoin now and hold for future he will definitely see the mighty reward soonest, when the price of bitcoin increase to the people choice in the market.
Sometimes it look as if it's too late to invest in this season that is making cryptocurrencies price not too stable.it is good to buy bitcoin now to be part of the progress in the community. Now that the price of bitcoin is warming up to increase in the market to able many investors to enjoy and continue to make many profit in their investment.
This might serve a wake up call to everyone who always say that bitcoin has great potentials and yet, they are not making actions to invest. We cannot just invite everyone to invest in bitcoin or crypto because they should be aware of the risks associated in it so if things won't work out at first, they will not put their blame on us. At least, they should invest on their own will, and by then they will discover how profitable crypto is. Bitcoin will never require investors to buy the whole portion because that will be too expensive. Even just a portion of it can be good enough in the start.
1693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: September 22, 2021, 12:46:23 PM
Looks like the war between Donaire and Casimero is over as Casimero already apologize and he wants the fight to happen.

Boxing: Casimero apologizes to Donaire, hopes to get title unification fight

Good move by Casimero, however, if the intention to apologize is to make their fight happen, I think that's not sincere, he should apologize without any condition if he is really serious with his words. Anyway, maybe we will not see them fight soon as Donaire could fight Gaballo a Filipino challenger as well.

1694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 22, 2021, 11:28:40 AM

Thanks for the update, I just have to see it in youtube, and see this video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfgY4-59ZxQ

That push of Canelo says that he is really strong, though Caleb Plant looks taller but Canelo's strength is pretty evident.
I think this will make more fans excited, and you are right, that would result in higher ticket sales.
They'll see in the ring and I predict a KO.
It just means that you can't bully Alvarez he gets the push and the two punch that cut Caleb's skin below the eye, Caleb is crossing the line here, you can get persona on the guy but leave the family, Caleb will taste a big beating comes the fight night, he is also accusing Alvarez of drug abuse, he should concentrate on the fight, he has a big problem ahead and this is how to deal Alvarez's speed and power.

This heated up Canelo and I never know that Canelo is this sensitive. But anyway, thanks that Plant was not seriously injured, at least we can expect that the fight will push through next month and hopefully Plant will not just talk much, he should train more as well.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TALK token good to invest at current price ? on: September 22, 2021, 08:22:25 AM
I think the information you provide is very lacking to be a reference for discussion, maybe you need to explain about this project in the form of a website, whitepaper or project advantages, so that other members can analyze and provide opinions.
I see if the author is only speculating and without knowing the details of the token. maybe the author should include many things related to the token so that it can be considered by many parties to conduct analysis on the token
I think OP has still less knowledge about the TALK token so its a little bit confusing on our part. So i also have to done my own research. And apparently, i just found out that Yobit exchange is behind all of this so i started to lose my interest. Although its really profitable if you think of accumulating TALK token in jus a year because of its increasing value but knowing Yobit exchange has more of lies rather than telling the truth, so i won't definitely waste my money investing on that. Just my thought. Others are still free to invest if you find it promising.
1696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: September 21, 2021, 11:59:47 PM
It’s crashing now. Does anyone know what happened to the crypto market?
You are new to the market? Maybe it is a need for you to be aware of the situation where the market is volatile and you can expect and experience this all the time.
I'm uncertain as to what the reason causes of this dump as usually whales did this but to hear no info of such transactions that is why I could say this was just a normal market correction and we need not make a deal with this but to keep calm and easy. To have fun with the other stuff outside crypto will really give us ease.
I am also unaware to what causes the market to dump but definitely not the start of a bearish season. This is more of price corrections and this happens all the time so investors should not be much affected with this as the market will always recover after a day or two. And i think while we are having this dip, it will be better to start buying bitcoin and your chosen altcoins while they are becoming cheaper today. This might be a good sign that the market is already near to its market's bullish season because we might see an ATH after this.
1697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do Young Investors Prefer Cryptocurrencies? on: September 21, 2021, 09:57:41 PM
Young investors prefer cryptocurrencies because they like the possibility that they can make a lot of profit in some cryptocurrencies in the market. This is one of the biggest reasons that they choose cryptocurrencies over fiat currencies and gold. And another biggest factor is of course that the marvelous technnology behind the cryptocurrencies. Young people get really curious about interesting projects in this market. And they like to support the projects they see as promising.
Young investors are more fearless today and they love to explore new things and investments around especially if it will give them good profits. Gone are the days where young minds are into fiat or gold investments. Young investors today prefer to invest in risky investments as long as they seem promising to them. And cryptocurrencies are the perfect choice for them because they are more accessible and are full of challenges unlike investing in fiat or gold where investors only see them in a constant, and that no growth happened.
1698  Economy / Economics / Re: Future economic fear of the rich and poor. on: September 20, 2021, 11:37:03 PM
the rich will always have fear in every direction, they may even be walking in the rich cities but still looking over their shoulder because someone might rob them. this fear has to lead them to invest more to become richer. and more fear still because there's more to lose

the poor man will enjoy everything, he already has experienced the worse of his life. even if they eat just garlic porridge, they'd be laughing. what they both fear is the future of their children, it's not about them dying without a chance.
Probably, both of them will still fear about their economic future but it will be less advantage for poor people since they only have less to lose. Unlike those in high class who got a lot of assets and properties, of course they should be fearful if all of them will just vanish. And i guess all of us will definitely have some fears too.

However, if those rich and educated people will lose their assets, there are high chances to regain them because they are more knowledgeable and more aware about their present economic status and how to improve them. But for the poor people, most of them are uneducated so they only have less ideas about what is happening and will be very hard for them to start all over again.

1699  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: September 17, 2021, 09:14:49 PM
~snip~
Corruption in sports cannot be eradicated for two reasons:
1. The difficulty in investigating and collecting evidence of participation in corrupt schemes
2. Too weak punishment at the legislative level
I think similar to match-fixing which is really punishable stuff, this is one of the most common fraudulent activities in sports betting when there is a match-fixing it will take advantage of others and will surely have a win-win situation when there is fixing the match. The punishment if I am not mistaken is should bet must in imprisonment for about a maximum penalty of 10 years. How sad, you will be in prison just because of that fraudulent activity, your juts wasting your time in prison.
That's what would happen if there's corruption in sports, but the words corruption in sports is so deep that there's a lot of things happening inside and it's not only done by a few numbers of people, it's most likely done by the high ranking official in the league and as they have more power to dictate whatever they want to serve their evil purpose.
1700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 17, 2021, 08:15:33 PM
That's one great example why the Nets should trade him, antics like that outside the court and then the Nike shoe comment. If it's not going to be healthy for his team mates, specially Durant and Harden then he should let go of him. Again, for me Durant + Harden could be enough to bring the Nets to the championship stage. They can't totally rely on Irving now, trade him for other good PG and then some players.

They can't just trade Kyrie Irving. He still has 2 years left in the contract that amounting to a decent value.

In the upcoming season, as per my research on the web, Irving will earn a base salary of $34,916,200 and an incentive bonus of $412,500. No teams will afford to risk that amount for Kyrie now.

The best thing to do for the Nets is, if they can still tolerate him, wait for next season as Irving will have his player option. It's good to decide coming from Irving itself that he won't play for the Nets.

The problem with that is if they let him play for them this year he will not only be a distraction, but he’s gonna leave anyway since there’s bad blood now. So they trade him now, or lose one of their top assets for nothing. I’d say fuck it and trade him if I owned the team. Let him retire. NBA owners need to stop letting these millionaires take advantage of them. Kyrie signed a deal without a trade clause. Teach him a lesson. It’s a business…

That's a hard lesson for Irving, and I think it's not likely to happen as business owners do take care of every single value they invest for a player to make the team better. But anyway, I still love to see that and I hope the owner has the balls to make such kind of action and accept the loss for the remaining years Irving will not play for the team.
