Your idea of insisting that participants applying to your campaigns must have some merits within 1-2 months even when they have the required merits cutoff is, is unnecessary. It encourages merit farming
1702  Economy / Services / Re: Trustdice.win - A Signature Campaign for you! $🚀$🚀$🚀$ on: April 08, 2019, 01:31:37 PM
It piss me off when signature campaigns make requirements for participants to open an account with the advertising company before joining the campaign. Nonsense.

Instead of demerit for a bad post, a 'karma' tag should do to indicate the post is worthless.
1705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Stablecoins have a future? on: April 06, 2019, 02:48:22 AM
As long as there is only one route to enter the market in crypto trade, that is only buying unlike with binary options and Forex where traders can enter through buy or sell and make profit, stablecoins will continue to be relevant in cryptocurrency.
1706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment in ICOs decreased by 5800% on: April 05, 2019, 08:11:57 PM
As compared to the Q1 of 2018, Q1 of 2019 saw a dramatic decrease in amount of investment done on ICOs. The amount collected by ICOs has been decreased by 58 times as compared to previous year.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/report-icos-raised-118-million-in-q1-2019-over-58-times-less-than-in-q1-2018/amp

Edit - It's not just 5100% but is 5800%

It is supposed to decrease below that when you look at the so many scams that came out from ICO in 2018. No sensible will want to invest in a business that he will end up getting scammed. That is why a lot of people are running away from ICOs now.
1707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know the trustworthyness of a new coin? on: April 05, 2019, 12:59:18 PM
If indeed you are a trader there is no need to worry about the quality of a project because you just there to make quick bucks and move on, what you need to do is to follow the news, hype and know how to read and study the charts, if you can get these things right then you should make money trading unless you are an investors

I do not think this is right not trying to know the true state of a coin before buying it whether you are a trader or investor. Everyone should research the coins they want to buy, trader or investor. With this you get to know the content of whatever investment you are making. An investor is also a trader because he has to sell before he can make profits too.
1708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long does Ico last? on: April 04, 2019, 09:21:59 PM
There is no specific time for an ICO. Most times it will depend on the target if the ICO and once it is met the ICO closes. I have participated in an ICO that lasted just a week and the shares were all sold off. I took part in another that lasted over 6months too.
1709  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk's April Fool Joke 2020 Discussion on: April 03, 2019, 12:51:46 PM
We are making this random suggestions and think it is nothing but Theymos is somewhere eavesdropping like nothing is going on. I bet he will implement one in 2020 but those who made the suggestion will also be fooled.

My name is Satan Jr., and you can find me in hell.

Happy 4/1/19!

This is not funny man! You could easily find yourself in hell too. Be careful what you wish.
1711  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the main key of success on trading platform. on: March 31, 2019, 03:11:52 AM
I believe everyone know about this sentence, "patience is the main key of success of trading platform". But I am realising that in practical. I have patience but not enough I think. Because you can see the trend of RVN, I was hold it and just sold almost in 20% profit. But I didn't wait even volume was increasing, I just missed my own logic. I had enough patience really. But who know RVN will touch 1400+ satoshi but I sold it 450 satoshi only. That's why I am realising patience is the main key if success on trading platform.

This is the general life principle. Patience is a scarce virtue with humans and that is why we have 'regret' replacing it. We can not know all things before they happen. Otherwise we will be God. We all have this moment of selling off too early. I have mine too and sometimes I want to beat my head for that.
1712  Economy / Services / Re: Can't find an Escrow on: March 18, 2019, 02:34:22 PM

Unless you get a professional to manage this bounty you will also run it like you did the first round in a confused manner. I was part of the first round and it was not ran professional.
1714  Other / Off-topic / Re: Suicide? on: January 16, 2019, 03:07:28 AM
Everyone sounds harmless here like saints. So who are those then committing suicide if everyone here swear they would not commit it no matter how depressed they get? I hate hypocrites.
1715  Other / Off-topic / Suicide? on: January 13, 2019, 05:04:40 AM
Sometimes things around us look gloomy and make us depressed with lack of hope of getting out. Suicide sometimes become a thought and easy way out. Have you felt like committing suicide before?
1716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MarkepCap sites should implement some checks and balances on: January 11, 2019, 04:49:50 PM
I understand the fact that investors should do their research before investing into any project or coin, but MarketCap sites, such as, CMC, CoinGecko and the likes, also have some roles to play.

Reputable exchanges do screen and scrutinize every coin that is listed on their sites and peradventure there is any already listed coin found suspicious of scam, it will be delisted. With this, i also expect that MarketCap sites should do the same, but these days, it seems they are left and displayed without doing the needful.

If this is done with due diligence by deleting or delisting scam coins, it will go a long way to help the system and at least make it safe to some extent.
CMC gets decreased on its quality, so far i you are seeing the fact that it might be dozens of fraud coins delisted from coin market cap till this time
But it looks like CMC doesn't even care about that and just try to keep it listed on the site.

All that CMC cares about is the trading volume. Once any coin meets the required amount in its trade volatility it is accepted and listed on CMC. The site does not do a thorough check.
1717  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please advise me which coins best for the day trading on: January 11, 2019, 05:32:10 AM
Please advise me which coins best for day trading, currently, I use this coins XRP, Ravencoin (RVN) and (Cardano (ADA). I am using low price coins because I have only 2000 USD

There is nothing like best coin when it comes to trading. Try choosing a coin that has controlled dsily volatility that can guarantee a certain level of movement. With that you can study such movement and know when and where to place your trades.
1718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon Says Global Recession Not Coming: Effect On Bitcoin? on: January 10, 2019, 05:52:12 AM
admitting panic causes more panic.

eg
investor admitting they'll buy X tomorrow causes everyone to buy X today, thus costing an investor more to buy X tomorrow
so investors only admit things after they have took their own action

This is the type of game Morgan likes to play. He FUDS about Bitcoin a lot and make weak and shallow investors to panic. I stopped listening or reading him early 2018.
1719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will SEC never approve Bitcoin ETF? on: January 10, 2019, 05:08:09 AM
I believe it will be in the good interest of SEC to approve the Bitcoin ETF. It will help regulate the market like gold is now. But if it is not approved, it will not stop Bitcoin gaining higher price and use. Did Bitcoin not get to $20,000 without the ETF?

SCAM ALERT!

There is a scam accusation against this Seyblock project. Find the thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5093402.new#new. So be careful and do not waste your time until the developer clears himself.
