Full Node is defined as unique IP with open port 51339 running a Zettelkasten (ZTTL) Node. (can be a qt-wallet or a daemon, doesn't really matter).

И я так понимаю, что в вашем случае блокировка аккаунта произошла вообще без каких-либо предварительных уведомлений, хотя более-менее адекватные централизованные биржи обычно заранее предупреждают о подобных ограничениях и, как правило, дают время для вывода средств с платформы.
Ну такая себе биржа конечно, зарегистрирована в Эстонии, объем торгов около или чуть больше 500 BTC в сутки в сервисах статистики можно посмотреть, сейчас только обратил внимание что блокировка пользователей из Белоруси и России действует с 28 февраля, если судить по их твиту, на coingecko тоже этот статус отображается. https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/stex Твит очень даже красноречиво отображает их позицию, так что естественно они и не дали пользователям время на вывод средств, но думаю там никто большие суммы и не держал, хотя могу ошибаться. |
